Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年10月16日に、日本に出願された特願2009-239178号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
非特許文献1の5.3.1節には、CSGに加入している移動局での選択(manual CSG selection;マニュアルCSG選択)操作によって、VPLMNのセルに在圏する他の移動局に対してCSGへの加入資格(CSGメンバシップ)を付与することが記載されている。ここで、このCSGへの加入資格の付与は、他の移動局のHPLMNとCSGに関する情報交換なしに行われる。
一方、従来技術では、移動局に対してCSGへの加入資格を付与する場合、移動局がホームセル基地局にアクセスをする必要がある。
しかしながら、ホームセル基地局に割り当てられたCSG IDが移動局のCSGリストに含まれない場合、移動局がホームセル基地局にアクセスをすることができず、移動局に対してグループへの加入資格を付与することができないという欠点があった。
上記構成によると、無線通信システムは、第3のアクセス制御方式に基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更し、第3のアクセス方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を移動局装置に記憶させ、変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から第1のアクセス制御方式に基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する。これにより、無線通信システムでは、グループに加入していなかった移動局装置に対して、グループへの加入資格を確実に付与することができる。
上記構成によると、無線通信システムは、基地局装置に割り当てられたグループ識別情報のグループに加入している移動局装置からの加入装置追加要求に基づいて第3のアクセス制御方式に変更するので、グループに加入している移動局装置がグループに加入していなかった移動局装置に対して、グループへの加入資格を確実に付与することができる。
上記構成によると、無線通信システムは、グループの識別情報を移動局装置に記憶させたことを示す完了通知に基づいて、第1のアクセス制御方式に変更する。これにより、無線通信システムは、移動局装置にグループへの加入資格を付与した後、迅速に第1のアクセス制御方式に変更することができ、グループへの加入資格を有しない別の移動局装置が基地局装置にアクセスをすることができる機会を少なくすることができる。
上記構成によると、無線通信システムは、第1のアクセス制御方式と第3のアクセス制御方式とを周期的にくり返す。これにより、無線通信システムは、例えば、グループへの加入資格に有効期限を設定し、第3のアクセス制御方式に変更されたときにグループへの加入資格を更新させることができ、利用されないグループへの加入資格がいつまでも残ってしまうことを防止することができる。
上記構成によると、無線通信システムは、グループに加入した移動局装置の数に基づいて第1のアクセス制御方式に変更するので、グループに加入している移動局装置の数を制御することができる。

以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態について詳しく説明する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る無線通信システム1の概略図である。この図において、無線通信システムは、マクロセル基地局M、ホームセル基地局H、移動局B11、B12を具備する。
マクロセル基地局Mは、ホームセル基地局と通信を行う。セルC1は、マクロセル基地局Mの電波が届く範囲を示す。ホームセル基地局Hは、移動局B11、B12と通信を行う。また、ホームセル基地局Hには、CSG(Closed Subscriber Group;特定の加入者グループ、たとえば会社では従業員、施設では利用者、家庭では家族など)IDが予め割り当てられている。セルC2は、ホームセル基地局Hの電波が届く範囲を示す。通常、ホームセル基地局は、マクロセル基地局に比べてサービスを提供する範囲は狭いが、設置数は多い。
なお、ホームセル基地局のアクセス制御方式には、他に、オープンアクセス方式(第2のアクセス制御方式)及びハイブリッドアクセス方式(第3のアクセス制御方式)がある。オープンアクセス方式では、マクロセル基地局と同様に、どの移動局もホームセル基地局にアクセスをすることができる。ハイブリッドアクセス方式では、CSGに加入している移動局に加えて、そのCSGに加入していない移動局であってもホームセル基地局にアクセスをすることができる。
以下、ホームセル基地局Hをホームセル基地局h1という。また、移動局B11を移動局b1という。
図2は、本実施形態に係るホームセル基地局h1の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。この図において、ホームセル基地局h1は、アンテナ部h11、受信部h12、アクセス方式制御部h13、通信制御部h14、アプリケーション部h15、通信部h16、及び送信部h17を含んで構成される。ここで、受信部h12は、メンバ追加要求受信部h121を含んで構成される。また、アクセス方式制御部h13は、第1のアクセス方式変更部h131、ID登録要求部h132、第2のアクセス方式変更部h133を含んで構成される。
受信部h12は、アンテナ部h11から入力された信号をダウンコンバートしてA/D変換し、A/D変換した信号を復調及び復号して得られた受信情報をアクセス方式制御部h13、通信制御部h14、及びアプリケーション部h15に出力する。ここで、受信部h12のメンバ追加要求受信部h121は、自装置に割り当てられているCSG IDのCSGに加入している移動局B12から受信したCSGメンバ追加要求を、第1のアクセス方式変更部h131に出力する。このCSGメンバ追加要求は、自装置に割り当てられているCSG IDのCSGに加入している移動局B12が、このCSGへの加入資格(CSGメンバシップ)を他の移動局b1に対して付与することを要求するものである。
アプリケーション部h15は、受信部h12から入力された受信情報を処理する。また、アプリケーション部h15は、通信部h16を介して、他の装置と通信を行う。
送信部h17は、通信制御部h14及びアプリケーション部h15から入力された送信情報を符号化及び変調してD/A変換し、D/A変換した信号をアップコンバートしてアンテナ部h11に出力する。
図3は、本実施形態に係る移動局b1の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。この図において、移動局b1は、アンテナ部b11、受信部b12、通信制御部b13、ID更新部b14、CSGリスト記憶部b15、アプリケーション部b16、及び送信部b17を含んで構成される。
受信部b12は、アンテナ部b11から入力された信号をダウンコンバートしてA/D変換し、A/D変換した信号を復調および復号して得られた受信情報を通信制御部b13及びアプリケーション部b16に出力する。
通信制御部b13は、移動局b1の各部を制御する。例えば、通信制御部b13は、受信部b12から入力された受信情報のうちID登録要求を、ID更新部b14に出力する。また、例えば、通信制御部b13は、ID更新部b14から入力された完了応答を、送信部b17及びアンテナ部b11を介してホームセル基地局h1に送信する。
また、ID更新部b14は、CSG IDの登録を完了した場合、その完了応答を通信制御部b13に出力する。なお、ID登録要求に加入資格の有効期限が含まれている場合、ID更新部b14は、その有効期限の経過後にこのCSG IDを許可CSGリストL151(図3)から削除する。
アプリケーション部b16は、受信部b12から入力された受信情報を処理する。例えば、アプリケーション部b16は、ユーザインタフェース、ブラウジング、メール等の処理を行う。
送信部b17は、通信制御部b13及びアプリケーション部b16から入力された送信情報を符号化及び変調し次いでD/A変換し、D/A変換した信号をアップコンバートしてアンテナ部b11に出力する。
図4は、本実施形態に係る無線通信システム1での各装置の動作を示すシーケンス図である。この図は、初期状態として、ホームセル基地局h1にCSG ID「1234」が割り当てられ、ホームセル基地局h1は、そのCSG IDのCSGへの加入資格を有する移動局装置のみにアクセスを許可するクローズドアクセス方式のアクセス制御を行うことを示す。また、初期状態として、移動局b1は許可CSGリストにCSG ID「1234」を含まないことを示し、移動局B12は許可CSGリストにCSG ID「1234」を含むことを示す。つまり、移動局B12はCSG ID「1234」のCSGへの加入資格を有しており、緊急呼以外でも、ホームセル基地局h1にアクセスをすることができる。
(ステップS102)ホームセル基地局h1は、移動局b1がCSGへの加入資格を有さないと判定し、アタッチ拒否を移動局b1へ送信する。つまり、この時点では、移動局b1は、CSG ID「1234」のCSGへの加入資格を有しておらず、緊急呼以外、ホームセル基地局h1にアクセスをすることができない。その後、ステップS103に進む。
(ステップS103)移動局B12は、ユーザによる選択(manual CSG selection;マニュアルCSG選択)操作に基づいて、CSGメンバ追加要求をホームセル基地局b1へ送信する。その後、ステップS104に進む。
(ステップS105)移動局b1は、アタッチ要求をホームセル基地局h1へ送信する。その後、ステップS106に進む。
(ステップS106)ホームセル基地局h1は、アクセス制御方式がハイブリッド方式であるため、CSGへの加入資格を有していない移動局b1に対してもアタッチ許可を送信する。これにより、移動局b1は、ホームセル基地局h1にアクセスをすることができる。その後、ステップS107に進む。
(ステップS108)移動局b1は、許可CSGリストにCSG ID「1234」を追加登録する。これにより、移動局b1は、緊急呼以外でも、ホームセル基地局h1にアクセスをすることができる。その後、ステップS109に進む。
(ステップS109)移動局b1は、CSGリストにCSG ID「1234」の登録が完了したことを示す完了応答を、ホームセル基地局h1へ送信する。その後、ステップS110に進む。
(ステップS111)移動局b1は、ホームセル基地局h1にアクセスして通信を行う。この通信(通常通信)には、緊急呼以外の通信も含まれる。
また、本実施形態によれば、無線通信システム1は、CSG IDを移動局b1に記憶させたことを示す完了応答に基づいて、クローズドアクセス方式に変更する。これにより、無線通信システム1は、移動局b1にCSGへの加入資格を付与した後、迅速にクローズドアクセス方式に変更することができ、CSGへの加入資格を有しない別の移動局がホームセル基地局h1にアクセスをすることができる機会を少なくすることができる。よって、CSGへの加入資格を有し、ホームセル基地局h1を利用できる移動局の数を限定することができ、ホームセル基地局h1の運用が円滑に行われる。
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の第2の実施形態について詳しく説明する。
上記第1の実施形態では、ホームセル基地局h1は、移動局B12からのCSGメンバシップ追加要求に基づいてアクセス制御方式を変更する場合について説明をした。本実施形態では、ホームセル基地局が予め定めた期間毎にアクセス制御方式を変更する場合について説明をする。
本実施形態に係る無線通信システム2の概略図は、図1と同じであるので説明は省略する。以下、ホームセル基地局Hをホームセル基地局h2という。また、本実施形態に係る移動局B11が持つ機能及び構成は、移動局b1と同じであるので説明は省略する。
第1のアクセス方式変更部h231は、計時部h28から信号が入力されると、アクセス制御方式をハイブリッドアクセス方式に変更する変更命令を通信制御部h14に出力する。つまり、第1のアクセス方式変更部h231は、計時部h28が時間の計時を開始する時点、及び、後述する第2のアクセス方式変更部h233がクローズドアクセス方式に変更したときから予め定めた期間T2が経過した後に、ハイブリッドアクセス方式に変更する。
第2のアクセス方式変更部h233は、計時部h28から信号が入力されると、アクセス制御方式をクローズドアクセス方式に変更する変更命令を通信制御部h14に出力する。すなわち、第2のアクセス方式変更部h233は、ハイブリッドアクセス方式に変更したときから予め定められた時間T0が経過した後に、クローズドアクセス方式に変更する。
これにより、ホームセル基地局h2のアクセス制御方式は、期間T0の間にハイブリッドアクセス方式、期間T2の間にクローズドアクセス方式、を周期的にくり返す。
図6は、本実施形態に係る無線通信システム2での各装置の動作を示すシーケンス図である。本実施形態に係るシーケンス図(図6)と第1の実施形態に係るシーケンス図(図4)とを比較すると、ステップS101、S102、S105、S106、S109、S111の処理は同じである。第1の実施形態と同じ処理の説明は省略する。また、図6は、移動局b1及びホームセル基地局h2の初期状態が、それぞれ、第1の実施形態の移動局b1及びホームセル基地局h1(図4)と同じであることを示す。
(ステップS207)ホームセル基地局h2は、CSG ID「1234」、及び、そのCSG IDのCSGへの加入資格の有効期限T1のID登録要求を移動局b1へ送信する。その後、ステップS208に進む。
(ステップS210)ホームセル基地局h2は、ステップS204にてアクセス制御方式をハイブリッドアクセス方式に変更した時点から予め定めた期間T0が経過した時点で、アクセス制御方式をクローズドアクセス方式に変更する。その後、ステップS111に進む。
(ステップS213)ホームセル基地局h2は、ステップS210にてアクセス制御方式をクローズドアクセス方式に変更した時点から予め定めた期間T2が経過した時点で、アクセス制御方式をハイブリッドアクセス方式に変更する。
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の第3の実施形態について詳しく説明する。
本実施形態では、ホームセル基地局がCSGに加入している移動局の数に基づいて、アクセス制御方式を変更する場合について説明をする。
本実施形態に係る無線通信システム3の概略図は、図1と同じである。ただし、本実施形態では、セルC3内に移動局b1と同じ構成の移動局(他の移動局という)が多数在圏する。以下、ホームセル基地局Hをホームセル基地局h3という。また、本実施形態に係る移動局B11が持つ機能及び構成は、移動局b1と同じであるので説明は省略する。
図8は、本実施形態に係る無線通信システム3での各装置の動作を示すシーケンス図である。本実施形態に係るシーケンス図(図8)と第1の実施形態に係るシーケンス図(図4)とを比較すると、ステップS101~S109の処理は同じである。第1の実施形態と同じ処理の説明は省略する。また、図8は、移動局b1及びホームセル基地局h3の初期状態が、それぞれ、第1の実施形態の移動局b1及びホームセル基地局h1(図4)と同じであることを示す。また、この図は、移動局B12の初期状態も第1の実施形態と同じであることを示す。
(ステップS311)他の移動局は、移動局b1と同様に、CSG IDを登録し、その完了応答をホームセル基地局h3へ送信する。その後、ステップS312に進む。

- グループの識別情報が割り当てられ、当該グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式の制御を行う基地局装置と、加入したグループの識別情報を記憶し、当該グループの識別情報が割り当てられた基地局装置へアクセスをする移動局装置と、を具備する無線通信システムにおけるアクセス制御方法において、
第1のアクセス方式変更部が、前記第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第1の過程と、
識別情報更新部が、前記第1の過程にて前記第3のアクセス方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を、前記移動局装置に記憶させる第2の過程と、
第2のアクセス方式変更部が、前記第1の過程にて変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から前記第1のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第3の過程と、
を有することを特徴とするアクセス制御方法。 - 前記第1の過程にて、前記基地局装置に割り当てられたグループ識別情報のグループに加入している移動局装置からの加入装置追加要求に基づいて、前記第3のアクセス制御方式に変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- 前記第3の過程にて、前記第2の過程でグループの識別情報を移動局装置に記憶させたことを示す完了通知に基づいて、前記第1のアクセス制御方式に変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- 前記第3の過程にて、前記第1の過程にて第3のアクセス制御方式に変更したときから予め定められた時間が経過した後に、前記第1のアクセス制御方式に変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- 前記第1の過程と、前記第2の過程と、を周期的にくり返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- 前記第3の過程にて、前記グループに加入した移動局装置の数に基づいて、前記第1のアクセス制御方式に変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- 前記第3の過程にて、前記グループに加入した移動局装置であって前記基地局装置にアクセスしている移動局装置の数に基づいて、前記第1のアクセス制御方式に変更することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のアクセス制御方法。
- グループの識別情報が割り当てられ、当該グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式の制御を行う基地局装置におけるアクセス制御方法において、
第1のアクセス方式変更部が、前記第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第1の過程と、
第2のアクセス方式変更部が、前記第1の過程にて変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から前記第1のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第2の過程と、
を有することを特徴とするアクセス制御方法。 - 加入したグループの識別情報を記憶し、当該グループの識別情報が割り当てられた基地局装置へアクセスをする移動局装置におけるアクセス制御方法において、
識別情報更新部が、前記グループに加入した移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を、前記移動局装置に記憶させる課程を有することを特徴とするアクセス制御方法。 - グループの識別情報が割り当てられ、当該グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式の制御を行う基地局装置と、加入したグループの識別情報を記憶し、当該グループの識別情報が割り当てられた基地局装置へアクセスをする移動局装置と、を具備する無線通信システムにおいて、
前記移動局装置は、
前記第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を、前記移動局装置に記憶させる識別情報更新部を備え、
前記基地局装置は、
前記第3のアクセス制御方式に前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第1のアクセス方式変更部と、
前記第1のアクセス方式変更部が変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から前記第1のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第2のアクセス方式変更部と、
を備えることを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - グループの識別情報が割り当てられ、当該グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式の制御を行う基地局装置において、
前記第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第1のアクセス方式変更部と、
前記第1のアクセス方式変更部が変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から前記第1のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第2のアクセス方式変更部と、
を備えることを特徴とする基地局装置。 - 加入したグループの識別情報を記憶し、当該グループの識別情報が割り当てられた基地局装置へアクセスをする移動局装置において、
前記グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を、前記移動局装置に記憶させる識別情報更新部を備えることを特徴とする移動局装置。 - グループの識別情報が割り当てられ、当該グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式の制御を行う基地局装置のコンピュータを、
前記第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第1のアクセス制御方式変更手段、
前記第1のアクセス制御方式変更手段にて変更した第3のアクセス制御方式から前記第1のアクセス制御方式に、前記基地局装置のアクセス制御方式を変更する第2のアクセス制御方式変更手段、
として機能させるアクセス制御プログラム。 - 加入したグループの識別情報を記憶し、当該グループの識別情報が割り当てられた基地局装置へアクセスをする移動局装置のコンピュータを、
前記グループに加入した移動局装置からのアクセスを許可する第1のアクセス制御方式と、任意の移動局装置から前記基地局装置へのアクセスを許可する第2のアクセス制御方式と、の制御を同時に行う第3のアクセス制御方式に変更した基地局装置に割り当てられたグループの識別情報を、前記移動局装置に記憶させる識別情報更新手段として機能させることを特徴とするアクセス制御プログラム。
