S416、 EC/SI通过当前正常工作的其中一个接入单元 201 A向业务处理单 元 202B发送匹配结果响应。
采用上述的工作流程, 由于短消息业务的处理不再依赖于某个业务处理 单元或接入单元的运行状况, 所以提高了可靠性, 当该处理短消息业务的设 备 200作为集群网关时, 增加了集群网关的可扩展性。
进一步地, 如图 5所示, 业务处理单元 202包括多个业务处理模块 501, 其中, 每个业务处理模块 501分别与所述多个接入单元 201相连, 并用于处理 所述短消息业务(对应于处理短消息业务的设备 200没有存储单元的情况); 或者,每个业务处理模块 501分别与多个接入单元 201相连以及分别与多个存 储单元 301相连, 并用于处理所述短消息业务以及进行所述等待状态报告实 体与所述状态报告的匹配处理(对应于处理短消息业务的设备 200包含存储 单元的情况)。 这样, 就可以将各个业务处理单元 202部署在不同的地方, 以 用于不同的用途, 例如, 其中一个业务处理单元 202用于商业行业大客户, 并且当有来自该商业行业大客户的短消息业务时, 该业务处理单元 202中的 其中一个当前正常工作的业务处理模块 501对该短消息业务进行处理; 再例 如, 另一个业务处理单元 202用于教育行业大客户, 并且当有来自该教育行 业大客户的短消息业务时, 该业务处理单元 202中的其中一个当前正常工作 的业务处理模块 501对该短消息业务进行处理等。当然,对于外部 EC/SI而言, 并不需要关心接入的具体是哪个业务处理单元 202。
进一步地, 如图 6所示, 所述存储单元 301包括: 位置寄存器 601, 用于 存储所述等待状态报告实体的位置信息(例如,存储在哪一个存储子单元 602 中等); 存储子单元 602, 用于存储所述等待状态报告实体。 此时, 所述接入 单元 201具体用于根据短消息标识的唯一性,从所述位置寄存器 601中获取所 述等待状态报告实体的位置信息, 并根据所述位置信息从相应的存储子单元 602中获取所述等待状态报告实体。 当然, 所述接入单元 201也可以具体用于 根据短消息标识的唯一性, 从所述位置寄存器 601中获取所述等待状态报告 实体的位置信息并将该位置信息发送给当前正常工作的其中一个业务处理 单元 202, 然后由该业务处理单元 202根据该位置信息从相应的存储子单元 602中获取所述等待状态报告实体。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种处理短消息业务的方法, 包括:
S71、 第一接入单元接收短消息业务;
572、 所述第一接入单元将所述短消息业务发送给第一业务处理单元;
573、 所述第一业务处理单元处理所述短消息业务, 将处理后的短消息 业务通过任一接入单元发送出去;
其中, 所述第一接入单元从预先设置的两个以上的接入单元中选取获 得, 所述第一业务处理单元从预先设置的两个以上的业务处理单元中选取获 付。
应当理解的是, 本文的短消息业务可以为通常意义上的文本短消息业 务, 也可以为彩信业务或其它类型的短消息业务。 而且, 才艮据实际的应用环 境, 本文的接入单元可以实现与一个或多个外部网元进行通信, 例如, 预先 设置的两个以上的接入单元中的其中一个接收来自 EC的短消息业务并发送 给预先设置的两个以上的业务处理单元中的其中一个、该业务处理单元处理 该短消息业务、该业务处理单元将处理后的短消息业务通过预先设置的两个 以上的接入单元中的其中一个发送给短消息中心(短消息被发送到本地的情 况)或前转网关 (短消息被发送到异地的情况)。
采用所述的处理短消息业务的方法, 由于预先设置的两个以上的接入单 元中的其中一个能够接收短消息业务并发送给预先设置的两个以上的业务 处理单元中的其中一个, 这样当其中某个接入单元或业务处理单元宕机, 其 他的接入单元或业务处理单元仍然能够承担宕机的接入单元或者业务处理 单元的工作, 所以能够高可靠性的处理短消息业务。
进一步地, 步骤 S71中, 所述第一接入单元从预先设置的两个以上的接 入单元中选取获得具体为: 所述第一接入单元根据负载均衡机制从预先设置 的两个以上的接入单元中选取获得。
进一步地, 如图 8所示, 步骤 S73之后还包括:
581、 所述第一业务处理单元生成等待状态报告实体并将所述等待状态 报告实体存储在第一存储单元中, 其中所述第一存储单元从预先设置的两个 以上的存储单元中选取获得;
582、 第二接入单元接收状态报告, 在所述存储单元中查询所述短消息 所对应的等待状态报告实体,将所述等待状态报告实体和所述状态报告发送 给第二业务处理单元;
其中, 所述在所述存储单元中查询所述短消息所对应的等待状态报告实 体具体为: 根据短消息标识的唯一性获取所述等待状态报告实体的位置信 息,基于所述位置信息从所述存储单元中获取所述短消息所对应的等待状态 报告实体。
当然, 步骤 S82也可以实现为: 第二接入单元接收状态报告并根据短消 息标识的唯一性获取所述等待状态报告实体的位置信息(例如, 该等待状态 报告实体存储在预先设置的两个以上的存储单元中的哪一个中), 所述第二 接入单元将该位置信息以及状态报告发送给所述第二业务处理单元, 所述第 二业务处理单元根据该位置信息从相应的存储单元中获取所述等待状态报 告实体。
S83、 所述第二业务处理单元进行所述等待状态报告实体和所述状态报 告的匹配处理, 并将匹配结果通过任一接入单元发送出去。
采用步骤 S81至 S83,就能够确定短消息业务是否成功送达至手机或应用 终端等。
进一步地, 步骤 S83中, 所述第二业务处理单元进行所述等待状态报告 实体和所述状态报告的匹配处理之后还包括: 所述第二业务处理单元在所述 存储单元中清除该等待状态报告实体, 以防止所述存储单元中没有空闲的空 间来存储后续的等待状态报告实体。
应当理解的是, 上述第一接入单元和第二接入单元可以相同也可以不 同; 上述第一业务处理单元和第二业务处理单元可以相同也可以不同。
还应当理解的是,本文所述的处理短消息业务的设备和方法可以用于网 关、 短消息中心等网元。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体 ( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种处理短消息业务的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括多个接入 单元和多个业务处理单元, 其中, 每个所述接入单元分别与所述多个业务处 理单元相连;
所述接入单元,用于接收短消息业务并发送给其中一个所述业务处理单 元, 将来自所述业务处理单元的处理后的短消息业务发送出去;
所述业务处理单元, 用于处理所述短消息业务, 并将处理后的短消息业 务通过其中一个所述接入单元发送出去。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备还包括多个存 储单元, 每个所述存储单元用于存储等待状态报告实体;
所述业务处理单元,还用于在将处理后的短消息业务通过其中一个所述 接入单元发送出去之后, 生成所述等待状态报告实体, 将所述等待状态报告 实体存储在其中一个所述存储单元中,接收其中一个所述接入单元发送的从 所述存储单元中获取的等待状态报告实体和该接入单元接收的来自所述设 备外部的状态报告, 并将两者进行匹配, 将匹配结果通过其中一个所述接入 单元发送出去。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述业务处理单元还用 于获得所述匹配结果后, 清除所述存储单元中用于与所述状态报告进行匹配 的等待状态报告实体。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述业务处 理单元包括多个业务处理模块, 其中, 每个所述业务处理模块分别与所述多 个接入单元相连, 并用于处理所述短消息业务; 或者
每个所述业务处理模块分别与所述多个接入单元相连以及分别与所述 多个存储单元相连, 并用于处理所述短消息业务以及进行所述等待状态报告 实体与所述状态 ^艮告的匹配处理。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元包括: 位置寄存器, 用于存储所述等待状态报告实体的位置信息;
存储子单元, 用于存储所述等待状态报告实体;
所述接入单元具体用于根据短消息标识的唯一性,从所述位置寄存器中 获取所述等待状态报告实体的位置信息, 并根据所述位置信息从相应的存储 子单元中获取所述等待状态报告实体。
6、 一种处理短消息业务的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 第一接入单元接收短消息业务;
所述第一接入单元将所述短消息业务发送给第一业务处理单元; 所述第一业务处理单元处理所述短消息业务, 将处理后的短消息业务通 过任一接入单元发送出去;
其中, 所述第一接入单元从预先设置的两个以上的接入单元中选取获 得, 所述第一业务处理单元从预先设置的两个以上的业务处理单元中选取获 付。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一接入单元从预 先设置的两个以上的接入单元中选取获得具体为: 所述第一接入单元根据负 载均衡机制从预先设置的两个以上的接入单元中选取获得。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述将处理后的 短消息业务通过任一接入单元发送出去之后还包括:
所述第一业务处理单元生成等待状态报告实体并将所述等待状态报告 实体存储在第一存储单元中, 其中所述第一存储单元从预先设置的两个以上 的存储单元中选取获得;
第二接入单元接收状态报告,在所述存储单元中查询所述短消息所对应 的等待状态报告实体,将所述等待状态报告实体和所述状态报告发送给第二 业务处理单元;
所述第二业务处理单元进行所述等待状态报告实体和所述状态报告的 匹配处理, 并将匹配结果通过任一接入单元发送出去。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在所述存储单元中 查询所述短消息所对应的等待状态报告实体具体为: 根据短消息标识的唯一 性获取所述等待状态报告实体的位置信息,基于所述位置信息从所述存储单 元中获取所述短消息所对应的等待状态报告实体。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二业务处理单元 进行所述等待状态报告实体和所述状态报告的匹配处理之后还包括: 所述第 业务处理单元在所述存储单元中清除该等待状态报告实体。
