There are four kinds of human brain waves: alpha wave (α), beta wave (β), theta wave (θ), and delta wave (δ). Normally, the brain waves that occur when a person opens their eyes are beta waves (12-23 Hz), which indicates that the brain responds to extraterrestrial activity in a tense state, and 23-38 Hz is a high-beta wave ( high β) is used as a stress index in the brain. 상기 제조예 1에서 얻은 조성물의 주관적 인지적 효과를 평가하기 위해서, 10~30대 남녀 각 12명씩을 조사 대상으로 하여 실험을 실시하였다. 주관적 인지적 효과 평가는 측정자가 느끼는 섭취 전후의 인지적 변화의 질문을 통하여 9점 척도로 평가하였다. 변화 없음을 0점으로 하고 확실한 기능성을 인지하였을 때 9점을 체크하도록 하였다. 기억력 개선, 심리적 안정, 머리의 맑음 정도, 스트레스 해소 및 집중력 향상의 5가지 항목에 대하여 질문하였고, 그 결과는 도 6에 나타내었다.In order to evaluate the subjective cognitive effects of the composition obtained in Preparation Example 1, an experiment was conducted with 12 men and women each in their 10s and 30s.
