Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cellule solaire hybride à transfert de charges ligand-métal et à sensibilisation par colorant qui comporte une électrode de travail comprenant une couche de nano-oxyde composée de particules de nano-oxyde adsorbées avec des colorants et des ligands, et son procédé de fabrication. Le rendement de la cellule solaire hybride à transfert de charges ligand-métal et à sensibilisation par colorant peut être amélioré par rapport à celle d'une cellule solaire classique à sensibilisation par colorant qui n'est adsorbée qu'avec des colorants du fait que les colorants et les ligands adsorbés produisent simultanément du courant électrique.
