下面结合附图来具体描述本发明的优先实施例, 其中, 附图构成本申 请一部分, 并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理。 为了清楚和 简化目的, 当其可能使本发明的主题模糊不清时, 将省略本文所描述的器 件中已知功能和结构的详细具体说明。
本发明实施例中, 移动终端用户只需设置是否自动备份通讯录, 无需 再做其它任何设置, 就能够将每次存入的通讯录以 txt格式通过移动邮件服 务器和互联网邮件服务器发送到指定的互联网邮箱中; 需要恢复通讯录时, 只需将指定互联网邮箱中备份的 txt格式文件下载到移动终端上, 转换成移 动终端通讯录支持的文件格式即可。 其中, 移动终端与移动邮件服务器之 间釆用移动邮件协议交互, 移动邮件服务器与互联网邮件服务器之间釆用 简单邮件传输协议(SMTP ) 交互。
首先, 结合附图 1到附图 3对本发明实施例所述方法进行详细说明。 如图 1所示, 图 1为本发明实施例所述方法中, 通讯录备份的流程示 意图, 具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 101 : 当移动终端用户需要通过移动终端进行通讯录备份时, 在移 动终端中设置用于进行备份的互联网邮箱地址;
步骤 102:移动终端根据该用户的备份请求自动生成一个用于备份用户 通信录的通讯录备份文件, 这里设定该通讯录备份文件的名称为 Address List.txt;
步骤 103:移动终端调出当前移动终端通讯录中的所有记录并逐条进行 格式转换,转换成文本格式后存入到 Address List.txt中(本发明实施例中釆 用 txt文本格式, 当然也可以釆用其他格式); 记录的项目可由用户进行设 定, 比如可以包括: 姓名、 地址信息、 电话号码、 email等; 如果用户仅对 当前通讯录进行备份, 则可以跳过步骤 104执行步骤 105; 如果除了当前移 动终端通讯录中的通讯记录外, 用户还想增加其他的记录进行备份, 可以 通过移动终端存入一条记录, 移动终端将该条输入的记录进行格式转换后 并将其存入到 Address List.txt文件中, 然后执行步骤 104;
步骤 104: 开启计时器开始计时, 等待用户在预定时间 (比如 3分钟) 内存入下一条记录, 如果在预定时间内再次获取到用户输入的通讯记录, 则转到步骤 103 , 同时计时器计时恢复为零, 重新开始计时; 如果在预定时 间内没有再次获取到用户输入的通讯记录, 则转到步骤 105;
步骤 105: 移动终端发送消息给移动邮件服务器, 请求移动邮件服务器 对用于备份的互联网邮箱进行检索, 搜索其中是否已存有包含 Address LisUxt文件的邮件, 如果搜索到该邮件, 则执行步骤 106, 否则直接执行步 骤 107;
步骤 106: 删除该邮件, 并执行步骤 107;

发送到移动邮件服务器, 邮件标题可以设置为 "Address List.txt" ; 然后由移 动邮件服务器将该邮件转发到互联网邮件服务器, 最后由互联网邮件服务 器将该邮件存入到用户设定的用于备份的互联网邮箱中;
步骤 108: 自动备份移动终端通讯录流程结束。
移动终端通讯录经过上述备用处理后, 当移动终端用户需要进行通讯 录的恢复时, 可以通过互联网邮箱向移动终端发送邮件, 即可获取到备份 于互联网邮箱中的移动终端通讯录 Address List.txt文件,实现恢复移动终端 通讯录的目的。
如图 2所示, 图 2为本发明实施例所述方法中, 通过互联网恢复通讯 录的流程示意图, 具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 201 : 当移动终端用户需要恢复通讯录时, 通过互联网终端(比如 PC机)登录到备份移动终端通讯录 Address List.txt文件的互联网邮箱, 在 其中搜索到备份有 Address List.txt文件的邮件;
步骤 202:移动终端用户向互联网邮件服务器提交该邮件作为一个待发 送的邮件;
步骤 203: 互联网邮件服务器将该邮件投递到移动邮件服务器上; 步骤 204: 移动邮件服务器把该邮件存入该移动终端用户的邮箱里, 这 样移动终端用户就能够从移动邮件服务器上获取到该邮件;
步骤 205:移动终端用户将该邮件中的附件 Address List.txt文件下载到 移动终端上, 并将 Address List.txt文件转换为移动终端支持的格式文件; 步骤 206:移动终端将格式转换后的文件加载到用于存放通讯录的存储 器的相应位置中, 就可以恢复移动终端通讯录。
如图 3所示, 图 3为本发明实施例所述方法中, 通过移动终端恢复通 讯录的流程示意图, 具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 301 :移动终端向移动邮件服务器发起获取存有通讯录备份文件的
List.txt, 因此本发明实施例中移动终端获取向移动邮件服务器发起标题为 Address List.txt的邮件的请求;
步骤 302: 移动邮件服务器收到移动终端的获取邮件请求后, 将该请求 发送给相应的互联网邮件服务器 (该互联网邮件服务器中存储有移动终端 用户设定的互联网邮件的所有邮件);
步骤 303: 该互联网邮件服务器在其中检索到该移动终端用户的邮箱, 并在邮箱中检索到备份在其中的标题为 Address List.txt的邮件,将该邮件投 递到移动邮件服务器上;
步骤 304 : 移动邮件服务器接收到互联网邮件服务器发来的标题为 Address List.txt的邮件后, 将该邮件存入到该移动终端的邮箱中, 移动终端 用户就可以从获取到该邮件;
步骤 305:移动终端将该邮件的附件 Address List.txt文件下载到移动终 端本地, 并将 Address List.txt文件转换为移动终端支持的格式文件;
步骤 306: 移动终端将转换后的格式文件加载到本地存储器中(移动终 端中设定的用于存储通讯录的存储器) 的相应位置, 从而实现恢复通讯录 的目的。
并且, 移动终端通讯录经过上述备用处理后, 当移动终端用户在忘带 移动终端时, 想要和通讯录中的某人取得联系时, 就可以通过互联网邮箱 将邮箱服务器中备份的 Address List.txt文件下载到本地 PC机上, 然后搜索 到该人的联系方式, 即可与该人取得联系。 下面结合附图 4对比本发明实施例所述装置进行详细说明。 如图 4所示, 图 4为本发明实施例所述装置的结构示意图, 具体可以 包括:

移动终端, 主要负责将通讯录中的记录进行格式转换后保存到预生成 绑定, 并向移动邮件服务器发送检索通讯录备份文件的请求; 所述绑定是 指将通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中, 通过移动邮件服务器转发到用于存放 通讯录备份文件的预定互联网邮箱中保存; 具体的说就是, 当移动终端用 户需要进行通讯录备份时, 移动终端获取其中存储的通讯录, 将通讯录中 的记录逐条转换成互联网邮箱支持的文件格式, 比如 txt格式, 然后将转换 后的 txt格式文件,即通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中发送至移动邮件服务器。
在进行通讯录的恢复时, 移动终端接收移动邮件服务器发来的携带有 通讯录备份文件的邮件, 下载通讯录备份文件到移动终端本地后, 将该通 讯录备份文件转换为移动终端支持的通讯录格式文件, 并存储到本地用于 存放通讯录的存储器的指定位置上。
移动邮件服务器, 主要负责移动终端用户与互联网邮件服务器之间邮 件的存储、 通知和处理; 具体的说就是, 在进行通讯录备份处理过程中, 移动终端服务器在接收到移动终端发来的通讯录备份文件检索请求时, 根 据该请求检索所述互联网邮箱中是否已有携带有通讯录备份文件的邮件, 如果是, 则删除已有的邮件, 并触发所述移动终端将该邮件发送到所述互 联网邮件服务器中; 否则直接触发所述移动终端将该邮件发送到所述互联 网邮件服务器中;
在进行通讯录恢复出来过程中,如果移动终端用户通过 PC等互联网终 端登录到互联网邮箱中查找到存有通讯录备份文件的邮件, 并将该邮件通 过互联网邮件服务器发送给移动邮件服务器时, 移动邮件服务器接收移动 并将该邮件存入到给所述移动终端中; 如果移动终端用户通过移动终端发 送恢复通讯录的请求给移动邮件服务器时, 移动邮件服务器根据所述移动 终端的恢复请求向所述互联网邮箱请求获取存有所述通讯录备份文件的邮 述移动终端中。
互联网邮件服务器, 在进行通讯录备份处理过程中, 互联网邮件服务 器将所述移动邮件服务器转发来的邮件存入到移动终端用户预定的互联网 邮箱中; 在进行通讯录恢复过程中, 将互联网邮箱中的存有通讯录备份文 件的邮件发送给移动邮件服务器。
最后结合附图 5对本发明实施例所述移动终端进行详细说明。
如图 5所示, 图 5为本发明实施例所述移动终端的结构示意图, 具体 可以包括: 文件生成单元、 格式转换单元和发送请求单元, 其中,
文件生成单元, 用于在进行通讯录备份时, 预生成一个用于备份通讯 录的通讯录备份文件;
格式转换单元, 用于将通讯录中的记录进行格式转换后保存到预生成 的通讯录备份文件中; 或者, 用于在恢复通讯录过程中, 将接收到的通讯 录备份文件进行格式转换后加载到所述移动终端的通讯录中;
发送请求单元, 用于将所述通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中通过移动邮 件服务器转发到所述互联网邮箱中进行备份; 或者, 用于在恢复通讯录过 程中, 通过所述移动邮件服务器向所述互联网邮箱请求获取存有所述通讯 录备份文件的邮件。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端通讯录自动备份及恢复 的方法、 系统及移动终端, 本发明实施例所述技术方案能够自动备份移动 终端上通讯录到用户指定的邮箱中, 解决了 SIM卡或移动终端遗失造成的 通讯录丟失, 从而损失大量宝贵的人际关系的问题。 用户能够方便的通过 电脑或者移动终端获取到备份在互联网邮箱上的移动终端通讯录, 并将其 转换成移动终端通讯录支持的文件格式, 恢复丟失的通讯录。 此外, 用户 还能够方便的在电脑上获取到存放在互联网邮箱上的移动终端通讯录备份 文件, 在用户在忘带移动终端时, 如果想要和通讯录中的某人取得联系, 就能够通过浏览该文件, 获取到想要联系的人的通讯方式。 因此, 本发明 不仅保护了移动终端通讯录的安全, 也方便了因移动终端忘记携带等原因 造成的与外界联系困难等问题。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本 发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端通讯录自动备份及恢复的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
A、移动终端将通讯录中的记录进行格式转换后保存到预生成的通讯录 备份文件中;
B、 所述移动终端将所述通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中, 通过移动邮件
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
C、 当需要恢复通讯录时, 下载保存在所述预定互联网邮箱中的通讯录 备份文件到所述移动终端中进行通讯录的恢复。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 C具体包括: Cll、 当需要恢复通讯录时, 通过互联网邮件服务器到所述预定互联网 邮箱中查找到携带有所述通讯录备份文件的邮件, 通过所述移动邮件服务 器将查找到的邮件发送到所述移动终端中;
C12、 所述移动终端从收到的邮件中获取所述通讯录备份文件, 将所述 通讯录备份文件中的记录进行格式转换后, 加载到用于保存通讯录的存储 器中;
或者, 所述步骤 C具体包括:
C21、所述移动终端通过所述移动邮件服务器向互联网邮件服务器请求 获取所述互联网邮箱中保存的携带有所述通讯录备份文件的邮件, 所述移 动邮件服务器将所述互联网邮件服务器反馈的携带有所述通讯录备份文件 的邮件发送到所述移动终端中;
C22、 所述移动终端从收到的邮件中获取所述通讯录备份文件, 将所述 通讯录备份文件中的记录进行格式转换后, 加载到用于保存通讯录的存储 器中。
4、 根据权利要求 1到 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A 具体包括:
Al、 根据移动终端用户的备份请求, 所述移动终端生成用于备份通讯 录的通讯录备份文件, 并将所述通讯录备份文件与需要发送到的预定互联 网邮箱进行绑定;
A2、 所述移动终端获取当前通讯录中的记录, 将其进行格式转换后存 入所述通讯录备份文件中。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当移动终端用户还需要 备份除通讯录外的其他记录时, 所述步骤 A还包括: 输入需要备份的记录, 将输入的记录进行格式转换后存入到所述通讯录备份文件中。
6、 根据权利要求 1到 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B 具体包括:
Bl、 所述移动终端请求所述移动邮件服务器检索所述预定互联网邮箱 中是否已有携带有通讯录备份文件的邮件, 如果是, 则删除已有的邮件, 并执行步骤 B2; 否则直接执行步骤 B2;
B2、 所述移动终端将所述通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中, 通过所述移 动终端服务器转发至互联网邮件服务器;
B3、 所述互联网邮件服务器将该邮件存入到所述预定互联网邮箱中。
7、 根据权利要求 1到 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括: 移动终端用户直接到所述预定互联网邮箱中查找存有所述通讯录备 份文件的邮件, 并将该邮件中的通讯录备份文件下载到本地。
8、 一种移动终端通讯录自动备份及恢复的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统 包括: 移动终端、 移动邮件服务器和互联网邮件服务器, 其中,
所述移动终端, 用于将通讯录中的记录进行格式转换后保存到预生成 的通讯录备份文件中, 并将所述通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中, 通过移动 所述移动邮件服务器, 用于触发所述移动终端将该邮件发送到所述互 联网邮件服务器中;
所述互联网邮件服务器, 用于将所述移动邮件服务器转发来的邮件存 入到所述预定互联网邮箱中。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端服务器还 用于,
在恢复通讯录的过程中, 接收移动终端用户通过所述互联网邮件服务 器发来的存有所述通讯录备份文件的邮件, 并将该邮件存入到给所述移动 终端中; 或者,
用于根据所述移动终端的恢复请求向所述互联网邮件服务器请求到所
中。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述移动邮件服务器还用于, 根据移动终端的请求检索所述预定互联 网邮箱中是否已有携带有通讯录备份文件的邮件, 如果是, 则删除已有的 邮件, 并触发所述移动终端将该邮件发送到所述互联网邮件服务器中; 否 则, 直接触发移动终端将该邮件发送到所述互联网邮件服务器中;
相应的, 移动终端, 用于向移动邮件服务器发送请求检索通讯录备份 文件。
11、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端中设置有通讯录自动 备份及恢复装置, 该装置具体包括: 文件生成单元、 格式转换单元和发送 请求单元, 其中,
所述文件生成单元, 用于在进行通讯录备份时, 预生成用于备份通讯 录的通讯录备份文件; 所述格式转换单元, 用于将通讯录中的记录进行格式转换后保存到预 生成的通讯录备份文件中; 或者, 用于在恢复通讯录过程中, 将接收到的 通讯录备份文件进行格式转换后加载到所述移动终端的通讯录中;
所述发送请求单元, 用于将所述通讯录备份文件携带在邮件中通过移 动邮件服务器转发到所述预定互联网邮箱中进行备份; 或者, 用于在恢复 通讯录过程中, 通过所述移动邮件服务器向所述预定互联网邮箱请求获取 存有所述通讯录备份文件的邮件。
