2 )移动通信终端通过 SMS方式向中转服务器发起读邮件和 /或写邮 件等请求, 中转服务器完成了鉴权、 完整性等一系列检查后, 将该请求 转给邮箱服务器, 通过 SMS 方式为移动通信终端和邮箱服务器提供读 写操作的交互服务。
但是, 目前的这种移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互方式具有以 下缺点:

一种移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互方法, 包括:
移动通信终端通过中间服务器与电子邮箱所在的邮箱服务器进行 操作交互, 在进行操作交互的过程中, 中间服务器首先根据所设置的用 户信息判断对应用户设置的通信方式, 然后采用判断出的通信方式为该 用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提供交互处理服务。

本发明的核心技术方案是: 将用户的电子邮箱号与用户的移动通信 终端号绑定, 移动通信终端通过中间服务器与绑定电子邮箱所在的邮箱 服务器进行操作交互; 在所述中间服务器侧, 将所述邮件服务器接收或 发送的电子邮件信息转换为 WAP格式以供移动通信终端访问, 同时在 中间服务器侧设置用户的通信方式; 在进行操作交互的过程中, 中间服 务器首先判断对应用户是否设置了 WAP通信方式, 再根据判断结果, 选择 SMS方式和 /或 WAP方式为该用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提 供操作交互处理服务。
图 2为本发明所述移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互系统的组成 示意图。 参见图 2, 该系统 200设置在移动通信终端 210和与其绑定的 电子邮箱所述邮箱服务器 220之间, 所述邮箱服务器 220设置在互联网 侧, 用户可以通过计算机登录互联网直接访问该邮箱服务器 220。 本发 明所述的系统主要是由多台中间服务器组成, 包括:
数据库(DB )服务器 201 , 用于存储用户的各种设置信息, 在本发 明中, 所述设置信息主要包括用户标识信息及其通信方式信息, 以及过 滤条件信息例如通知时段、 发件人限制等信息。
WAP邮箱服务器 202, 与所述邮箱服务器 220交互, 用于将邮箱服 务器 220的互联网形式的电子邮箱转换为在无线通信网络中可以访问的 WAP格式, 用户的移动通信终端可以通过 WAP通信方式, 例如通过通 用分组无线电业务(GPRS ) 网络, 访问该 WAP邮箱服务器, 从而对用 户的 WAP电子邮箱进行直接操作交互。
中间处理服务器 203, 分别与移动通信终端 210、 DB服务器 201、 以及邮箱服务器 220进行通信, 用于转发处理移动通信终端 210与邮箱 服务器 220之间的操作交互消息,在移动通信终端 210与邮箱服务器 220 进行操作交互的过程中,中间处理服务器 203首先根据数据库服务器 201 的设置信息判断对应用户的通信方式, 再根据判断结果, 通过 SMS 方 式为该用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提供操作交互处理服务, 和 / 或通知移动通信终端采用 WAP方式与 WAP邮件服务器进行操作交互。
具体地, 所述中间处理服务器 203包括邮件处理服务器 231和提醒 处理服务器 232, 其中:
邮件处理服务器 231与移动通信终端 210之间通过 SMS方式通信, 与邮箱服务器 220之间通过 TCP协议通信,主要用于接收移动通信终端 210的读邮件请求和 /或写邮件请求, 然后从 DB服务器 201中查询该移 动通信终端对应用户设置的通信方式, 如果用户没有设置 WAP方式, 则采用 SMS 方式与移动通信终端交互以完成读写操作, 如果用户设置 了 WAP方式, 则通知移动通信终端以 WAP方式访问 WAP邮箱服务器 以完成读写操作。
提醒处理服务器 232与移动通信终端 210之间通过 SMS方式通信, 与邮箱服务器 220之间通过 TCP协议通信,主要用于接收来自邮箱服务 器 220的新邮件通知信息, 然后从 DB服务器 201中查询该移动通信终 端对应用户设置的通信方式,如果用户没有设置 WAP方式,则通过 SMS 方式将所述新邮件通知信息发送给移动通信终端;如果用户设置了 WAP 方式, 则通过 SMS或 WAPpush方式将所述新邮件通知信息发送给移动 通信终端。 另外, 提醒处理服务器 232还可以根据用户设置的过滤条件 对来自邮件服务器 220的新邮件通知信息进行筛选, 只将满足制定条件 的新邮件通知信息发送给移动通信终端 210。
所述系统可进一步包括 IM服务器 204, 用于为 IM用户提供 IM通 信服务, IM用户可以通过 IM客户端与 IM服务器 204进行交互, 从而 与通信对端进行即时聊天。 本发明中, 所述邮件处理服务器 231 与 IM 服务器 204通过 TCP协议通信,当邮件处理服务器 231收到移动通信终 端 210的写邮件请求后, 与所述 IM服务器 204通信, 从 IM服务器 204 中查询 IM用户信息, 根据查询结果判断写邮件用户及其对应的收邮件 用户是否都为 IM用户、 且收邮件用户对应的 IM客户端当前是否在线, 如果是则触发 IM服务器 204为所述写邮件用户和所述收邮件用户 (例 如图 2中的移动通信终端 210和 IM客户端 230 )提供 IM通信服务, 并 转发 IM服务器 204与移动通信终端 210之间相应的 IM信息。
为了适应移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互的特殊需求, 本发明 所述的提醒处理服务器、 邮件处理服务器以及数据库服务器可以进行一 些特殊设计, 从而达到更优化的效果。
对于提醒处理服务器, 由于提醒处理服务器在每次收邮件时都需要 提醒移动通信终端, 需要应对突发邮件激增导致数据量突然增大的问 题, 因此本发明采用通用网络进程 ( GNP, General network process )作 为网络层结构,该结构的效率和可靠性方面都已得到^险证,最大支持 5W 的网络吞吐; 假设每台服务器服务(server )峰值处理能力为 1W, 则预 期最多需两台提醒处理服务器。 其次, 为提高过滤的效率, 在提醒处理 服务器启动过程中, 将所述数据库服务器中的所有用户设置信息 (例如 该用户接收提醒的频率, 时段等)都载入本提醒处理服务器的内存中, 优选地, 将所述的所有用户设置信息一次性地载入提醒处理服务器中。 这里所述的用户信息是指绑定了电子邮箱的用户的信息, 一般情况下该 部分用户人数最大约为 1M数量级, 因此这些用户的信息完全可以在内 存中緩存。 再次, 所述邮件处理服务器还可以提供某种形式的用户接口 (例如网页接口和短信接口), 用户可以通过该用户接口对数据库中的 用户信息进行修改, 如果用户修改了某些设置信息, 则邮件处理服务器 首先将该设置记录在数据库服务器中, 之后通知提醒处理服务器更新其 在内存中的相关用户信息, 确保数据库中的用户信息和内存中的用户信 息保持一致。
对于邮件处理服务器, 本发明采用容错框架, 该容错框架以 ICE为 基础搭建, 允许业务平行部署于一台以上邮件处理服务器, 即使某台主 机出现故障, 也不会影响到邮件处理业务的使用。
对于本发明用户信息的存储, 本发明可以在设置用户信息时, 以用 户标识为索引, 对用户标识取模后按照模值设置存储表, 将用户信息分 别存储在所述模值对应的存储表中; 在查询某用户的信息时, 先将该用 户的标识取模, 从该模值对应的存储表中查找该用户的信息。 例如, 在 绑定电子邮件的用户数据库中的用户信息以用户的 UIN号码为索引,采 用对 UIN号码模 100的算法将用户信息分别存储在 100个数据表中,以 每张数据表平均保存 100K条用户信息计算, 此存储系统可支撑大约 10
M的用户量, 在查询时通过对 UIN号取模, 可以直接查找到该 UIN对 应的表, 再从该表中查找对应的 UIN信息。
下面分别介绍每种操作交互的具体过程。
以下步骤 311至步骤 314是新邮件通知流程, 具体包括:
步骤 311、 用户移动通信终端绑定的电子邮箱每收到一封邮件都会 将该邮件的主题等内容提取出来携带在新邮件通知信息中发给提醒处 理服务器。
步骤 312、 提醒处理服务器根据用户设置的过滤条件, 例如通知时 段、 发件人的限制等, 确定是否给用户移动通信终端下发新邮件通知信 步骤 312、 如果需要给用户移动通信终端下发新邮件通知信息, 则 提醒服务器会查询用户的设置信息, 判断用户是否设置了 WAP方式, 如果设置了 WAP方式, 则采用 WAPPush方式将所述新邮件通知信息发 送给绑定的移动通信终端, 所述采用 WAPpush 方式发送的新邮件通知 信息中包括所述新邮件的 WAP链接地址; 如果未设置 WAP方式, 则采 用 SMS方式将所述新邮件通知信息发送给绑定的通信终端。
步骤 314、 用户移动通信终端收到 SMS短信后, 可以通过 SMS指 令方式对邮件进行进一步的读操作和 /或写操作;用户移动通信终端收到 Wappush提醒则可以直接通过 GPRS网络访问所述 WAP邮箱服务器, 以读写其 WAP网页形式的邮箱。
以下步骤 321至步骤 323是用户移动通信终端读邮件的流程, 具体 为:
步骤 321、 用户移动通信终端发送读邮件请求至邮件处理服务器。 步骤 322、 邮件处理服务器查询用户的设置信息, 判断用户设置的 通信方式, 如果设置了 WAP方式, 则采用 WAPPush方式将待读邮件的 WAP链接地址发送给所述移动通信终端,移动通信终端通过 GPRS网络 访问所述 WAP邮箱服务器, 以读取所述 WAP链接地址, 根据该链接地 址读取邮件。
步骤 323、如果所述用户未设置 WAP方式, 则邮件处理服务器从邮 箱服务器获取待读邮件的内容,将该邮件内容以一条或一条以上的 SMS 信息发送给用户移动通信终端。
以下步骤 331至步骤 335是用户移动通信终端写邮件的流程, 具体 为:
步骤 331、 用户移动通信终端发送写邮件请求至邮件处理服务器。 步骤 332、 邮件处理服务器查询用户的设置信息, 判断用户设置的 通信方式, 如果用户设置了 WAP方式, 则采用 WAPPush方式将待写邮 件的 WAP链接地址发送给所述移动通信终端,移动通信终端通过 GPRS 网络访问所述 WAP邮箱服务器,以访问所述写邮件 WAP链接地址进行 写邮件操作。
步骤 333、 如果用户未设置 Wap方式, 则判断写邮件用户和收邮件 用户是否都为 IM用户、 且收邮件用户对应的 IM客户端当前是否在线, 如果是则触发 IM服务器为所述写邮件用户和收邮件用户提供 IM通信服 务,此时邮件处理服务器需要转发 IM服务器与写邮件用户之间的 IM信 息; 否则, 执行步骤 334。 本步骤需要用户移动通信终端在发送写邮件 请求时携带收邮件用户的标识, 所述判断的具体方法可以是连接 IM服 务器, 从 IM服务器的数据库中查询写邮件用户和收邮件用户是否都是 IM用户, 且收邮件用户的 IM客户端是否在线。
步骤 334、邮件处理服务器通过 SMS通信方式提示用户移动通信终 端完成写邮件的各项操作, 例如输入收件人、 主题、 内容等操作, 在收 到一封邮件的所有写操作内容后, 将该封邮件的内容组包发送给邮箱服 务器, 由邮箱服务器将该邮件发送给收件人。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围 并不局限于此, 任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据库服务器, 用于存储用户的设置信息, 其中包括用户的通信方 式信息;
邮箱服务器, 用于将电子邮箱的信息转换为移动通信终端支持的格 式以供移动通信终端访问;
中间处理服务器, 用于根据数据库服务器的设置信息判断对应用户 的通信方式, 并通知移动终端采用判断出的通信方式访问所述邮箱服务 器。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于,
如果判断出所述通信方式包括 WAP通信方式, 则通知移动通信终 端采用 WAP方式与 WAP邮件服务器进行操作交互。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于,
所述中间处理服务器进一步用于, 如果判断出用户的通信方式不包 括 WAP通信方式, 则通过短消息服务 SMS方式为该用户的移动通信终 端和电子邮箱服务器提供操作交互处理服务。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述中间处理服务 器包括:
邮件处理服务器,用于接收移动通信终端的读邮件请求和 /或写邮件 请求, 根据对应用户设置的通信方式, 采用 SMS 方式与移动通信终端 交互以完成读操作和 /或写操作, 或者通知移动通信终端以 WAP方式访 问 WAP邮箱服务器以完成读操作和 /或写操作;
提醒处理服务器, 用于接收来自邮箱服务器的新邮件通知信息, 根 据用户设置的通信方式, 采用 SMS方式或 WAPpush方式将通知信息发 送给移动通信终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统进一步包 括 IM服务器, 用于为 IM用户提供 IM通信服务;
所述邮件处理服务器进一步用于, 在收到移动通信终端的写邮件请 求后, 与所述 IM服务器通信, 判断写邮件用户及其对应的收邮件用户 是否都为 IM用户、且收邮件用户对应的 IM客户端当前是否在线,如果 是,则触发 IM服务器为所述写邮件用户和所述收邮件用户提供 IM通信 服务, 并转发 IM服务器与移动通信终端之间相应的 IM信息。
6、 一种移动通信终端与电子邮箱的操作交互方法, 其特征在于, 移动通信终端通过中间服务器与电子邮箱所在的邮箱服务器进行 操作交互, 在进行操作交互的过程中, 中间服务器首先根据所设置的用 户信息判断对应用户设置的通信方式, 然后釆用判断出的通信方式为该 用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提供交互处理服务。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于,
如果判断出所述通信方式包括 WAP通信方式,则通过 WAP方式为 该用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提供操作交互处理服务。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
如果判断出对应用户没有设置 WAP通信方式, 则通过 SMS方式为 该用户的移动通信终端及其电子邮箱提供操作交互处理服务。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述的操作交互 过程为新邮件通知过程时, 所述提供操作交互处理服务包括:
当所述电子邮箱收到邮件后, 邮箱服务器发送新邮件通知信息给中 间服务器; 中间服务器判断用户设置的通信方式, 如果设置了 WAP方 式, 则采用 WAPPush方式将所述新邮件通知信息发送给绑定的移动通 信终端; 如果未设置 WAP方式, 则采用 SMS方式将所述新邮件通知信 息发送给绑定的通信终端。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的用户信息设 置在数据库中, 所述新邮件通知过程由专门的提醒处理服务器完成, 且 该方法进一步包括:
在提醒处理服务器启动过程中, 将数据库中的用户信息加载到提醒 处理服务器的内存中, 提醒处理服务器在收到新邮件通知信息时, 通过 查询内存获取目关的用户信息。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述的操作交互 过程为读邮件过程时, 所述提供操作交互处理服务包括:
用户的移动通信终端向中间服务器发送读邮件请求, 中间服务器判 断该用户设置的通信方式, 如果设置了 WAP方式, 则采用 WAPPush方 式将待读邮件的 WAP链接地址发送给所述移动通信终端, 移动通信终 端通过 WAP方式访问该 WAP链接地址从而读取邮件;如果未设置 WAP 方式, 则从邮箱服务器获取对应邮件的内容, 将邮件内容以一条或一条 以上的 SMS信息发送给用户移动通信终端。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述的操作交互 过程为写邮件过程时, 所述提供操作交互处理服务包括:
用户的移动通信终端向中间服务器发送写邮件请求, 中间服务器判 断该用户设置的通信方式, 如果设置了 WAP方式, 则釆用 WAPPush方 式将待写邮件的 WAP链接地址发送给所述移动通信终端, 移动通信终 端通过 WAP方式访问该 WAP链接地址进行写邮件操作; 如果未设置 WAP方式, 则通过 SMS通信方式提示用户移动通信终端完成写邮件的 各项操作, 在收到一封邮件的所有写操作内容后, 将该封邮件的内容组 包发送给邮箱服务器。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的方法,其特征在于, 当用户未设置 WAP 方式时, 进一步包括: 判断写邮件用户和收邮件用户是否都为 IM用户, 且收邮件用户对应的 IM客户端当前是否在线,如果是则触发 IM服务器 为所述写邮件用户和收邮件用户提供 IM通信服务。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于,
在设置用户信息时, 以用户标识为索引, 对用户标识取模后按照模 值设置存储表, 将用户信息分别存储在所述模值对应的存储表中;
在查询用户的信息时, 先将该用户的标识取模, 从该模值对应的存 储表中查找该用户的信息。
