随着智能终端功能的强大,用户对智能终端的依赖性越来越强。随着智能终端中存储的用户信息越来越多,智能终端对用户的重要性也越来越大,因为不仅购买一部智能终端(例如智能手表)需要花费不菲的金钱,还有智能终端上保存了很多重要的个人信息,一旦偷盗智能终端的人或者拾到智能终端的人发现终端存储了一些有价值的个人信息,他们可能把这些个人信息用于不良目的,甚至用于非法目的,这使得机主的损失就不仅仅是一部智能终端了,但目前还没有一种比较好的找回丢失智能终端的技术,这为使用智能终端的用户带来较多不便。

实施例一:
请参见图1所示,本实施例提供的智能终端防丢方法包括:
步骤101:智能终端判断自身是否已经丢失;
步骤102:智能终端在判断自身已丢失时,获取当前用户(也即当前使用该智能终端的用户)的身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息;
步骤103:智能终端根据获取到的身份标识、或身份信息和呼叫信息生成防丢提示信息发送到原用户(也即机主)指定的目的地址。
本实施例中的智能终端可以是可穿戴智能设备,例如智能手表等,也可 以是智能移动终端,例如智能手机等。
本实施例中,在上述步骤101之前,还可包括防丢功能开启或关闭设置,如果用户设置为关闭,则不使用上述图1所示的过程进行防丢处理;如用户(也即机主)设置为开启,才使用上述图1所示的过程进行防丢处理;此时用户可进一步设置防丢提示信息发送的目的地址,该目标地址包括用户(也即机主)和/或用户设定的亲情用户(例如家人、朋友等)的电话号码和/或邮箱;对应的步骤103中的智能终端可通过短信(包括普通短信和彩信)和/或邮件将防丢提示信息发送到用户设定的目的地址;这样用户在智能终端丢失后,则可通过自己或家人朋友的号码或邮箱获取到终端自动发送的防丢提示信息,并根据该防丢提示进行下一步的追踪。用户设置亲情用户时,可以设置1个或多个,每个亲情用户的目的地址可以包括一个以上,例如同时设置电话号码和邮箱。
用户在开启了防丢功能后,除了设置上述目的地址外,还可向智能终端发送防丢设置信息以进行进一步设置,该用户防丢设置信息可包括发送时间间隔,该发送时间间隔的设置可避免智能终端丢失后频繁的发送防丢提示信息;该发送时间间隔可由用户根据自己需求自定义,也可以设置几个默认推荐的时间间隔值供用户选择,例如半小时、一小时或者两小时等;在触发开始计时后,计时未到达设置的发送时间间隔时,智能终端不会向目的地址发送防丢失提示信息。用户还可进一步设置用户信息,也即机主信息,包括机主姓名、电话号码、住址、单位、邮箱、微信、QQ等;
上述步骤101智能终端判断自身是否已经丢失包括:智能终端判断插入的用户识别卡(例如SIM卡)是否已经更换,如是,则判定已丢失。可选的,智能终端可通过用户识别卡的EFICCD文件来判断插入的用户识别卡是否已经更换。智能终端可通过内置的丢失监测模块(可通过SIM卡更换检测程序实现)监听SIM卡是否更换,智能终端开机时会读取SIM卡的EFICCID文件,并进行保存。每次保存的EFICCID文件只会与上一次开机保存的EFICCID文件进行比较,所以每次开机读取到的EFICCID文件都会把上上次保存的文件覆盖掉。
每次智能终端开机读取到的EFICCID文件与上一次开机读取到的文件相 同时,则表明SIM卡未更换,继续监测,并在智能终端开机时再重新读取EFICCID文件;当智能终端开机读取到的EFICCID文件与上一次开机读取到的文件不相同时,表明SIM卡的EFICCID发生变化,认为已经更换了SIM卡,智能终端会记录下更换SIM卡的时间,以该时间作为智能终端丢失时间,获取该时间之后的呼叫信息。
特别地,EFICCID是SIM卡的一个基本文件,用于唯一识别一张SIM卡。EFICCID文件保存了SIM卡的唯一识别号码,智能终端在开机过程中,会有一个SIM卡的初始化过程,这个过程会读取EFICCID文件,所以当智能终端开机读取这个文件时,识别到EFICCID发生变化,那么说明SIM卡就已经更换。
上述步骤102中,智能终端在判断自己丢失后,则获取上述智能终端丢失时间之后的呼叫信息,具体可以获取自终端丢失时间之后的预设时间段(例如24小时内)的呼叫信息,也可以一直获取直到该智能终端被找回。本实施例中,该呼叫信息可以是当前用户使用该智能终端向外呼出的号码,也可以是别人向当前用户呼入的号码;或者同时包括上述呼出号码和呼入号码,只要能根据这些号码追踪到当前用户即可。所述智能终端在生成防丢提示信息时加入该呼叫信息。
同时,为了更全面和直接的获取到当前使用智能终端的用户的信息,在智能终端在判断自身已丢失时,还包括获取当前用户的身份标识,如用户号码,并在生成防丢提示信息时加入该身份标识。可选的,智能终端可通过读取SIM卡中的EFMSISDN文件获取到当前使用智能终端用户的号码,如果当前的SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中有内容,那么智能终端会保存下文件的内容;如果SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中没有内容,那么智能终端也会保存下文件的内容,并记录文件内容为空;如果SIM卡中没有EFMSISDN文件,那么智能终端保存EFMSISDN为空。
特别地,EFMSISDN是SIM卡的一个基本文件,文件中用来保存对应于SIM卡本身的电话号码,也就是我们常说的本机号码,这个文件也会在智能终端开机时进行读取,同时也可以通过程序内置AT命令去读取此文件。
应当理解的是,本实施例中智能终端在判断自身已丢失后,可以首先获 取到当前用户的电话号码并发到目的地址后再获取该用户使用该智能终端呼出或呼入的号码,这样及时性更好,而时间对于能及时找回智能终端比较关键;当然用户也可同时获取,或者先获取呼入或呼出号码,再获取当前用户的电话号码。
本实施例中,智能终端在判断自身已丢失后获取到原用户之前设置的发送时间间隔开始计时,也可在第一次获取到呼叫信息后(也即第一次获取到呼出或呼入号码后)开始计时,或者在获取到当前用户的用户号码后开始计时,在计时到达时间间隔后,将防丢提示信息发送到目的地址。
可选的,本实施例中生成的防丢提示信息内容除了可包括上述当前用户的号码以及呼入和/或呼出号码外,还可包括原用户信息(也即之前机主设置的信息,包括姓名、电话号码、住址等)、具体提示内容等。例如,当智能终端判断丢失后且在发送时间到达时只获取到了当前用户的号码,并未获得呼叫信息,此时生成的防丢提示信息内容可以是“XXX智能手机或手表可能已经丢失,这是当前智能手机或手表使用人的电话号码,请尽快把此号码转交给丢失智能手表的机主,以帮助找回丢失的智能手表”。又例如,当智能终端判断丢失后且在发送时间到达时获取到了当前用户的号码以及呼出的号码,此时生成的防丢提示信息内容可以是:“XXX智能手机或手表可能已经丢失,这是当前智能手机或手表使用人的电话号码以及最近呼出的电话号码,请尽快把这些呼出的号码转交给丢失智能手机或手表的机主,失主通过这些号码可以间接了解到当前使用人的姓名,地址,以及与这些呼出号码的朋友关系或亲属关系等信息,通过这些信息以帮助找回丢失的智能手机或手表”。
智能终端将防丢提示信息发送到目的地址时,先提取到原用户之前设置好的电话号码或邮箱,然后以相应的短信或邮件的方式发送。下面以目的地址为电话号码,以短信发送为例进行示例说明:
获取到目的地址也即将要发送的电话号码后(可能是一个或多个),然后建立一条短信,内容就是上述防丢提示信息的内容,本实施例中为了防止当前用户发现,新建的该短信可不保存,只用于后台操作,此时生成的短信内容带有类似描述:“XXX智能终端可能已经丢失,这是当前智能终端使用人的本机号码,以及其最近呼出的电话号码,请尽快把这些号码转交给丢失 智能终端的机主,失主通过这些号码可以间接了解到当前智能终端使用人的姓名,地址,以及了解到当前智能终端使用人与这些呼出号码的朋友关系或亲属关系等信息,通过这些信息以帮助找回丢失的智能终端”。
短信内容除上述描述外,还可以包括原机主姓名,电话号码等基本信息。
在上述短信生成好之后则将查询到的作为目的地址的原机主电话号码或者亲情号码作为收件人,如果号码有多个则群发给这些收件人。
在短信编辑好后,程序会自动对短信收件人和短信内容进行自检查,如果程序检测到因为某种原因,导致短信内容和收件人出现错误,那么信息模块会重新编辑一条短信。如果短信内容和收件人正确,在发送时间到达后,发送该短息,如果发送失败,程序会重新发送此消息。
作为目的地址的用户号码或者亲情号码对应的收件人成功接收到智能终端自动发送的短信,短信内容中除带有新SIM卡本机号码,以及最新呼出的电话号码,还有智能终端原机主的姓名,收件人通过原机主的姓名,知道丢失智能终端的机主,然后把收到的带有这些重要号码的信息及时告知失主,这些号码在告知丢失智能终端的机主后,可以联系上智能终端当前使用人,以及当前使用人联系过的朋友。此时机主可以有很多办法找回智能终端,比如:直接与智能终端当前的使用人联系并协商要回终端,如果失主未能直接从当前智能终端使用人那边要回智能终端,还可以联系上智能终端当前使用人联系过的朋友,从其朋友处获取当前智能终端使用人的姓名,住址等进一步的详细信息,并把这些信息告知公安机关,请求公安机关来协调找回智能终端。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述的方法。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种智能终端,该智能终端可以是可穿戴智能设备,例如智能手表等,也可以是智能移动终端,例如智能手机等。该智能终端包括智能终端防丢装置,请参见图2所示,包括:
丢失监测模块1,设置为判断智能终端是否已经丢失;
信息获取模块2,设置为在丢失监测模块的判断结果为是时,获取智能终端当前用户的身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息;
信息发送模块3,设置为根据信息获取模块2得到的身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息生成防丢提示信息发送到智能终端原用户指定的目的地址;
还包括设置模块4,设置为防丢功能开启或关闭设置,且设置为开启时,在丢失监测模块1判断智能终端是否已经丢失之前,进行目的地址以及防丢设置信息的设置,用户防丢设置信息包括发送时间间隔,和/或原用户自身信息。该目标地址包括用户(也即机主)和/或用户设定的亲情用户(例如家人、朋友等)的电话号码和/或邮箱;对应的信息发送模块3可通过短信(包括普通短信和彩信)和/或邮件将防丢提示信息发送到用户设定的目的地址;这样用户在智能终端丢失后,则可通过自己或家人朋友的号码或邮箱获取到终端自动发送的防丢提示信息,并根据该防丢提示进行下一步的追踪。用户设置亲情用户时,可以设置1个或多个,每个亲情用户的目的地址可以包括一个以上,例如同时设置电话号码和邮箱。发送时间间隔的设置可避免智能终端丢失后信息发送模块3频繁的发送防丢提示信息;该发送时间间隔可由用户根据自己需求自定义,也可以设置几个默认推荐的时间间隔值供用户选择,例如半小时、一小时或者两小时等;在触发开始计时后,计时未到达设置的发送时间间隔时,智能终端不会向目的地址发送防丢失提示信息。用户还可进一步设置用户信息,也即机主信息,包括机主姓名、电话号码、住址、单位、邮箱、微信、QQ等;
本实施例中的丢失监测模块1包括用户识别卡更换检测子模块11,设置为判断插入的用户识别卡(例如SIM卡)是否已经更换,如是,则判定已丢失。可选的,可通过用户识别卡的EFICCD文件来判断插入的用户识别卡是否已经更换。EFICCID是SIM卡的一个基本文件,用于唯一识别一张SIM卡。EFICCID文件保存了SIM卡的唯一识别号码,智能终端在开机过程中,会有一个SIM卡的初始化过程,这个过程会读取EFICCID文件,所以当智能终端开机读取这个文件时,识别到EFICCID发生变化,那么说明SIM卡就已经更换。
本实施例中,信息获取模块2包括呼出信息获取子模块21和/或呼入信息获取子模块22、用户信息获取子模块23;
呼出信息获取子模块21设置为获取当前用户使用该智能终端向外呼出的号码;
呼入信息获取子模块22设置为获取别人向当前用户呼入的号码。
用户信息获取子模块23,设置为在丢失监测模块1的判断结果为是时,获取当前用户的用户号码,并将获取到的用户号码发送给所述信息发送模块3。可选的,用户信息获取子模块23可通过读取SIM卡中的EFMSISDN文件获取到当前使用智能终端用户的号码,如果当前的SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中有内容,那么用户信息获取子模块23会保存下文件的内容;如果SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中没有内容,那么用户信息获取子模块23也会保存下文件的内容,并记录文件内容为空;如果SIM卡中没有EFMSISDN文件,那么用户信息获取子模块23保存EFMSISDN为空。
应当理解的是,本实施例中智能终端通过丢失监测模块1在判断自身已丢失后,可以首先通过用户信息获取子模块23获取到当前用户的电话号码并发到目的地址后再通过呼出信息获取子模块21和/或呼入信息获取子模块22获取该用户使用该智能终端呼出或呼入的号码,这样及时性更好,而时间对于能及时找回智能终端比较关键;当然也可同时获取,或者先获取呼入或呼出号码,再获取当前用户的电话号码。
本实施例中的信息发送模块3包括计时子模块31和信息发送子模块32;
计时子模块31设置为在丢失监测模块1判断智能终端已丢失后开始计时,或在呼出信息获取子模块21和/或呼入信息获取子模块22第一次获取到呼叫信息后开始计时,或在用户信息获取子模块23获取到用户号码后开始计时,以及在计时到达发送时间间隔后通知信息发送子模块32将防丢提示信息发送到目的地址。信息发送子模块32可通过短信或邮件等方式将防丢提示信息发送到目的地址,发送时,先提取到原用户之前设置好的电话号码或邮箱,然后以相应的短信或邮件的方式发送。下面以目的地址为电话号码,以短信发送为例进行示例说明:
信息发送子模块32获取到目的地址也即将要发送的电话号码后(可能是一个或多个),然后建立一条短信,内容就是上述防丢提示信息的内容,本实施例中为了防止当前用户发现,新建的该短信可不保存,只用于后台操作,此时生成的短信内容带有类似描述:“XXX智能终端可能已经丢失,这是当前智能终端使用人的本机号码,以及其最近呼出的电话号码,请尽快把这些号码转交给丢失智能终端的机主,失主通过这些号码可以间接了解到当前智能终端使用人的姓名,地址,以及了解到当前智能终端使用人与这些呼出号码的朋友关系或亲属关系等信息,通过这些信息以帮助找回丢失的智能终端”。
短信内容除上述描述外,还可以包括原机主姓名,电话号码等基本信息。
在上述短信生成好之后信息发送子模块32则将查询到的作为目的地址的原机主电话号码或者亲情号码作为收件人,如果号码有多个则群发给这些收件人。
在短信编辑好后,信息发送子模块32会自动对短信收件人和短信内容进行自检查,如果程序检测到因为某种原因,导致短信内容和收件人出现错误,那么信息模块会重新编辑一条短信。如果短信内容和收件人正确,在发送时间到达后,发送该短息,如果发送失败,程序会重新发送此消息。
作为目的地址的用户号码或者亲情号码对应的收件人成功接收到智能终端自动发送的短信,短信内容中除带有新SIM卡本机号码,以及最新呼出的电话号码,还有智能终端原机主的姓名,收件人通过原机主的姓名,知道丢失智能终端的机主,然后把收到的带有这些重要号码的信息及时告知失主,这些号码在告知丢失智能终端的机主后,可以联系上智能终端当前使用人,以及当前使用人联系过的朋友。此时机主可以有很多办法找回智能终端,比如:直接与智能终端当前的使用人联系并协商要回终端,如果失主未能直接从当前智能终端使用人那边要回智能终端,还可以联系上智能终端当前使用人联系过的朋友,从其朋友处获取当前智能终端使用人的姓名,住址等进一步的详细信息,并把这些信息告知公安机关,请求公安机关来协调找回智能终端。
实施例三:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面以智能终端为可穿戴智能终端中的智能手表、目的地址为电话号码为例进行示例性说明。
本实施例中,用户智能手表丢失后,当智能手表上的智能终端防丢装置检测到智能手表更换了SIM卡,会提取SIM卡中内置的本机号码,同时定时提取呼出的电话号码,定期把提取到的号码发送给预先设置好的收件人,收件人再把这些号码信息告知丢失智能手表的用户,用户通过这些号码信息,想办法找回丢失的智能手表。
本实施例中智能手表内置的智能终端防丢装置可通过多个程序模块实现,也可通过软硬件结合实现,下面以通过程序实现为例进行示例说明,其包括主基本信息设置程序(对应设置模块)、SIM卡更换检测程序(对应丢失监测模块)、电话号码提取程序(对应信息获取模块)、电话号码发送程序和短消息发送模块(对应信息发送模块)。这些程序都可存储于一个或多个存储介质中。
本实施例中,在智能手表内置了上述程序,用户在智能手表的机主基本信息设置程序中设置好机主姓名,原始本机号码,定时发送短信的时间间隔,接收短信的收件人号码。当用户智能手表丢失后,SIM卡更换检测程序一旦检测到更换了SIM卡,立马会提取SIM卡中内置的本机号码,并保存下来。SIM卡更换后,手机呼出电话后,会触发电话号码提取程序把呼出的电话号码提取出来,同时也进行保存,当检测到定时发送短信的时间间隔超时,那么会触发电话号码发送程序,并调用短消息模块,编辑一条短信,短信收件人,短信内容自动填充好,程序检查内容无误后,会自动发送短消息,只要收件人收到短信,就可以及时把短信内容及时的告知失主,失主通过提取的号码信息,想办法联系上正在使用智能手表的人,从而找回丢失的智能手表。
如图3所示,图3是本实施例进行机主基本信息设置程序的实现流程示意图,包括:
步骤301:用户启动机主基本信息设置进入设置界面;
步骤302:用户可以在此设置界面设置机主姓名,原始电话号码等基本 信息,看到此信息可以识别出丢失的手表用户;机主姓名和号码会在电话号码发送程序中引用;
步骤303:用户此设置界面设置作为收件人的亲情号码或用户自身号码,此号码用于在智能手表丢失后,丢失的智能手表一旦被插别的SIM卡,就会自动把提取的电话号码发送到该亲情号码,亲情号码会在电话号码发送程序中引用;
步骤304:用户在此设置界面设置发送短信的时间间隔,设置好时间间隔后,智能手表知道什么时候自动发送信息。时间间隔未到时,不会自动发送信息,时间间隔已到,会自动把提取的电话号码发给设置的收件人;时间间隔会在电话号码提取程序中引用,同时会在电话号码发送程序中引用。
特别地,用户设置的时间间隔,可以是半小时,一小时,二小时等等,机主基本信息设置程序可以内置多个时间间隔选项,供用户自已设置。时间间隔的功能是:当更换SIM卡后,用户有呼出过电话,那么会提取呼出的电话号码并保存,但如果在用户设置的时间间隔之内,那么还不会启动电话号码发送程序;而是继续监测设定的时间间隔是否已到,同时继续监测SIM卡更换后,是否有呼出过电话,这样就能避免频繁的发送短信,时间间隔是一个触发标准。
另外,应当理解的是,上述步骤302-步骤304之间并无严格的时序限制,二者谁先谁后执行可由用户自己选择。
如图4所示,图4是本发明实施例进行SIM卡更换检测程序的实现流程示意图,包括如下步骤:
步骤401:所述智能手表内置有SIM卡更换检测程序,启动SIM卡更换检测程序;
步骤402:读取智能手表内当前SIM卡的EFICCID文件,并进行保存;
步骤403:判断与上一次保存的EFICCID文件是否相同,如是,转至步骤404;如不相同,转至步骤405;
步骤404:继续监测SIM卡是否变换,返回步骤S402;
步骤405:确定SIM卡已经更换,判定智能手表已经丢失;
步骤406:记录更换SIM卡的时间作为智能手表丢失时间;
步骤407:启动电话号码提取流程进行号码提取。
如图5所示,图5是本实施例进行电话号码提取程序的实现流程示意图,包括如下步骤:
步骤501:所述智能手表内置有电话号码提取程序,启动该电话号码提取程序;
步骤502:会读取SIM卡中的EFMSISDN文件;
如果SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中有内容,那么智能手表会保存下文件的内容;如果SIM卡中有EFMSISDN文件,并且文件中没有内容,那么智能手表也会保存下文件的内容,并记录文件内容为空;如果SIM卡中没有EFMSISDN文件,那么智能手表保存EFMSISDN为空;
步骤503:判断更换后的SIM卡是否有呼出或有呼入电话,如否,转至步骤504;如是,转至步骤505;
步骤504:继续监测SIM卡是否有呼出或有呼入电话;
步骤505:提取呼出或呼入电话进行保存;
步骤506:判断设置的时间间隔是否已到,如否,转至步骤504;如是,转至步骤507;
步骤507:启动电话号码发送流程。
如图6所示,图6是本发明实施例进行电话号码发送流的实现流程示意图,包括如下步骤:
步骤601:智能手表内置有电话号码发送程序,启动该电话号码发送程序;
步骤602:准备获取到的本机号码和呼出或呼入的电话号码;准备这些号码,需调用电话号码提取程序,从中获取到本机号码和呼出的电话号码;
步骤603:调用短消息发送模块,新建一条短信,内容就是步骤一中准备的本机号码和呼出的电话号码,并且新建的短信不会保存,只用于后台操作;
步骤604:编辑收件人和短信内容;
可选地:短信内容带有类似描述:“XXX智能手表可能已经丢失,这是当前智能手表使用人的本机号码,以及其最近呼出的电话号码,请尽快把这些号码转交给丢失智能手表的机主,失主通过这些号码可以间接了解到当前智能手表使用人的姓名,地址,以及了解到当前智能手表使用人与这些呼出号码的朋友关系或亲属关系等信息,通过这些信息以帮助找回丢失的智能手表”;
短信内容除上述描述外,还可以包括原机主姓名,电话号码等基本信息;
新建的短信的同时,程序会调用机主基本信息设置程序,查询用户设置的作为收件人的亲情号码,程序编辑短信时,该号码将作为收件人。
特别地,短信收件人为机主基本信息设置程序中设置的亲情号码,如果亲情号码有多个,那么可以群发给这些收件人。
步骤605:在短信编辑好后,程序会自动对短信收件人和短信内容进行自检查,如果程序检测到因为某种原因,导致短信内容和收件人出现错误,转至步骤606;如果短信收件人和短信内容均正确,转至步骤607:
步骤606:重新编辑一条短信,转至步骤605;
步骤607:将编辑好的短信进行发送;
步骤608:判断发送是否成功,如否,转至步骤609,如是,转至步骤610;
步骤609:将该短信重新发送,转至步骤608;
步骤610:发送成功,电话号码发送程序退出。
亲情号码对应的收件人成功接收到智能手表自动发送的短信,短信内容中除带有新SIM卡本机号码,以及最新呼出的电话号码,还有智能手表原机主的姓名,收件人通过原机主的姓名,知道丢失智能手表的机主,然后把收到的带有这些重要号码的信息及时告知失主,这些号码在告知丢失智能手表的机主后,可以联系上智能手表当前使用人,以及当前使用人联系过的朋友。
丢失智能手表的机主获得这些信息后,可以有很多办法找回智能手表, 比如:直接与智能手表当前的使用人联系并协商要回手表,如果失主未能直接从当前智能手表使用人那边要回智能手表,还可以联系上智能手表当前使用人联系过的朋友,从其朋友处获取当前智能手表使用人的姓名,住址等信息,并把这些信息告知公安机关,请求公安机关来协调找回智能手表。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本发明不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性
上述技术方案便于使用智能终端的合法用户找回丢失的智能终端,减少财物损失,减少个人信息外露。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种智能终端防丢方法,包括:
    智能终端判断自身是否已经丢失;
    智能终端在判断自身已丢失时,获取当前用户的身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息;
    智能终端根据所述身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息生成防丢提示信息发送到原用户指定的目的地址。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能终端防丢方法,其中,智能终端判断自身是否已经丢失包括:
    智能终端判断插入的用户识别卡是否已经更换,如是,判定已丢失。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能终端防丢方法,其中,所述目标地址包括所述原用户和/或所述原用户设定的亲情用户的电话号码和/或邮箱;所述智能终端通过短信和/或邮件将所述防丢提示信息发送到所述目的地址。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能终端防丢方法,其中,所述呼叫信息包括所述当前用户呼出的号码,和/或向所述当前用户呼入的号码。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的智能终端防丢方法,其中,所述当前用户的身份标识包括当前用户的用户号码。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能终端防丢方法,所述方法还包括:
    所述智能终端判断自身是否已经丢失之前,接收所述原用户发送的防丢设置信息并进行设置,所述用户防丢设置信息包括发送时间间隔,和/或原用户自身信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能终端防丢方法,其中,智能终端根据所述身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息生成防丢提示信息发送到原用户指定的目的地址包括:
    所述智能终端在判断自身已丢失后开始计时、或在第一次获取到所述呼叫信息后开始计时、或在获取到所述用户号码后开始计时,在计时到达所述发送时间间隔后,将所述防丢提示信息发送到所述目的地址;
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述用户防丢设置信息包括原用户信息时,将所述原用户自身信息加入所述防丢提示信息后发送到所述目的地址。
  8. 一种智能终端防丢装置,包括:
    丢失监测模块,设置为判断智能终端是否已经丢失;
    信息获取模块,设置为在所述丢失监测模块的判断结果为是时,获取智能终端当前用户的身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息;
    信息发送模块,设置为根据所述身份标识、或身份标识和呼叫信息生成防丢提示信息发送到所述智能终端原用户指定的目的地址。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能终端防丢装置,其中,所述信息获取模块包括呼出信息获取子模块和/或呼入信息获取子模块、以及用户信息获取子模块;
    所述呼出信息获取子模块设置为获取所述当前用户呼出的号码;
    所述呼入信息获取子模块设置为获取向所述当前用户呼入的号码;
    用户信息获取子模块,设置为在所述丢失监测模块的判断结果为是时,获取所述当前用户的用户号码。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能终端防丢装置,还包括设置模块,设置为在所述丢失监测模块判断智能终端是否已经丢失之前,接收所述原用户发送的防丢设置信息并进行设置,所述用户防丢设置信息包括发送时间间隔,和/或原用户自身信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的智能终端防丢装置,所述信息发送模块包括计时子模块和信息发送子模块;
    所述计时子模块设置为在所述丢失监测模块判断所述智能终端已丢失后开始计时、或在所述呼出信息获取子模块和/或呼入信息获取子模块第一次获取到所述呼叫信息后开始计时、或在所述用户信息获取子模块获取到所述用户号码后开始计时,以及在计时到达所述发送时间间隔后通知所述信息发送子模块将所述防丢提示信息发送到所述目的地址。
  12. 一种智能终端,包括如权利要求8-11任一项所述的智能终端防丢装置。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~7中任一项所述的方法。
