Abstract

본 발명은 파노라마 이미지 사이의 중복을 제거하기 위한 방법, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 기록 매체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 파노라마 이미지 사이의 중복을 제거하기 위한 방법으로서, (a) 촬영 지점을 참조로 하여 복수의 파노라마 이미지의 위치를 특정하는 단계, (b) 특정된 복수의 파노라마 이미지의 위치 및 복수의 파노라마 이미지에 각각 포함된 특정 객체의 방향을 참조로 하여, 적어도 두 개의 파노라마 이미지에 각각 포함되는 특정 객체를 동일한 객체인 것으로 인식하는 단계, 및 (c) 동일한 객체인 것으로 인식된 특정 객체에 대한 객체 이미지 중 매칭 정확도가 높을 것으로 판단되는 상위 n개의 객체 이미지를 특정 객체에 대한 기준 이미지로서 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법이 제공된다.
