本发明涉及一种通讯设备,包括相连接的上壳和下壳,以及用于完成通讯功能的主PCB板、喇叭和按键组件,主PCB板设置在下壳上,其中,上壳包括面壳和面盖,按键组件设置在面壳与面盖之间;喇叭设置在面壳之下,按键组件通过穿过面壳的软性线路板连接主PCB板;面盖、按键组件和面壳上对应设置有连通至喇叭前腔的出声孔;面壳、按键组件、面盖、喇叭的连接处均密封设置。本发明通过采用面壳将按键PCB板与喇叭分开,便于防水处理,并在面壳上进行及时排水设计,防止喇叭前腔中的水长期积流影响声音效果,同时采用传统的网布防水等防水方式防止水和尘土进入,有效增强了整机防水性能,经验证能达到IP67级别的防水级别。

[28] 本发明实施例的通讯设备包括相连接的上壳和下壳, 以及用于完成通讯功能的 主 PCB板、 喇叭和按键组件, 主 PCB板设置在下壳上。 本实施例中各图示均以上 壳为主, 下壳与主 PCB板之间的装配图, 及喇叭与主 PCB板的装配图可参考图 2
[29] 其中, 如图 3所示, 上壳包括面壳 500和面盖 200, 按键组件设置在面壳 500与面 盖 200之间, 按键组件包括按键 301和按键 PCB板 302。 喇叭 600设置在面壳 500之 下, 面壳 500上设置有连接孔 501, 按键组件通过穿过面壳连接孔 501的软性线路 板 303连接主 PCB板。 如图 5所示, 喇叭通过胶黏剂连接面壳 500反面, 面壳 500上 的连接孔 501在穿过软性线路板 303之后, 也釆用胶黏剂密封。 面盖 200、 按键组 件和面壳 500上对应设置有连通至喇叭前腔的出声孔 201。 面壳 500、 按键组件、 面盖 200、 喇叭 600的连接处均密封设置。
[30] 通过将上壳分成面壳 500和面盖 200, 可以使得按键 PCB板 302与主 PCB板之间 的连接点最小, 方便进行密封, 使按键组件部分与主 PCB板之间的防水设计更加 容易。
[31] 需要说明的是, 本实施例中, 由面壳 500至喇叭 600前腔各层上开设的孔由外及 内相连通, 统称为出声孔 201, 根据各出声孔所在的不同层来区分。
[32] 本实施例中, 如图 6所示, 按键 301包括功能选择按键区 311与数字字符输入按 键区 312, 在面盖上对应设置有该功能选择按键区 311与数字字符输入按键区 312 , 如图 7所示。 使用吋, 可直接将按键 301套在面盖 200上的相应位置即可。 面盖 200上的出声孔 201设置在功能选择按键区 311与数字字符输入按键区 312之间; 面壳 500和按键组件上的出声孔设置在与面盖 200上的出声孔相对应的位置。 这 样可充分利用面积, 在面盖上设置较大的出声孔, 而且不需要专门针对按键部 分做特别的防水处理, 只需在按键 301、 按键 PCB板 302之间设置胶黏剂进行密封 即可, 可有效提高通讯设备的声音效果及防水性能。
[33] 本实施例中, 按键 301与按键 PCB板 302之间设置有防水层, 按键 301、 按键 PC B板 302及其防水层之间均釆用胶黏剂密封。 防水层具体可包括胶膜 402和网布 40 1, 其中胶膜 402帖于按键 PCB板 302上, 网布 401设置于胶膜 402与按键 301之间。 胶膜 402起到对按键 PCB板 302的防水作用, 网布 401在保证声导的同吋能隔绝外 界的尘土, 同吋也能起到基本的防水作用, 面盖 200与按键 301配合之后刚好与 面壳 500扣合, 固定按键 301及其他按键组件, 再超声固定面壳 500与面盖 200。 也可以釆用其他防水材料组成该防水层。
[34] 为适应大量水进入的情况, 防止前腔中的水长期积流影响声音效果, 在面壳 50 0上还设置有导水槽 503, 如图 4所示, 导水槽 503的起始端连通喇叭 600前腔, 尾 端连通通讯设备上壳与下壳的连接处, 在喇叭前腔有大量水进入吋, 可将通讯 设备竖起, 水在重力作用下即可沿着导水槽从手持通讯设备底部排出。
[35] 由于喇叭 600的发声区域较大, 而所开设的出声孔 201又相对较小, 尤其是数字 字符输入按键区 312没有开设出声孔, 会导致喇叭发出的声音被这一部分按键档 住, 在设备内形成回声。 因此在面壳 500、 按键 PCB板 302及防水层上与该部分按 键对应的区域还设置有透声孔 502, 便于使喇叭发出的声音在按键下形成回流, 防止回声的形成, 提高通话声音质量。 透声孔 502的个数可以是 4个, 呈矩阵排 列在按键 PCB板及面壳上的相应位置, 保证透声均匀。 设置个数太少可能达不到 预期效果, 太多则会影响面壳及按键 PCB板的整体结构, 使其容易变形。
[36] 本实施例中, 面盖 200、 按键组件和面壳 500上的出声孔的个数优选釆用 3个, 分别从面盖 200上连通至喇叭前腔, 呈一字形在各层上排开, 一方面保证导声效 果, 另一方面保证进入喇叭前腔部分的水充分流出。 当有水进入吋, 由于喇叭 的前腔与后腔之间密封设置, 因此不会影响喇叭及下壳上的主 PCB板, 同吋可直 接通过连通的出声孔将水排出。
[37] 生产装配吋, 可釆用从正面装配的方式, 即在面壳内装配好喇叭等内部元件之 后, 再在面壳之上装配按键组件, 再将面盖装在按键上, 各部件间连接处都有 胶粘剂做防水处理, 面壳与面盖间釆用超声固定, 可提高生产效率和防水直通 率。
[38] 本发明通过改变通讯设备上壳的结构, 釆用面壳将按键 PCB板与喇叭分开, 便 于防水处理, 并在面壳上进行了及吋排水设计, 防止前腔中的水长期积流影响 声音效果, 同吋釆用传统的网布防水等防水方式防止水和尘土进入, 有效增强 了整机防水性能, 经验证能达到 IP67级别的防水级别。
[39] 应当理解的是, 对本领域普通技术人员来说, 可以根据上述说明加以改进或变 换, 而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
