Abstract

본 발명은 차량이 비상 정차시에 후방에 이를 알려주는 차량용 비상 표시 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 레이져 광을 조사하여 지면에 특정 형태를 디스플레이하는 발광부와, 상기 발광부의 디스플레이위치를 결정하도록 상기 발광부를 회전시키는 구동부를 포함하여 구성되는 레이져 출력부와; 감지신호를 송출하는 발신부와; 상기 발신부로부터 송출된 감지 신호의 반사파를 수신하는 수신부와; 상기 감지신호 송출 및 상기 반사파 수신을 검측하여 후방 물체의 거리를 연산하는 연산부; 그리고 상기 레이져 출력부, 발신부, 수신부 및 연산부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성되고: 상기 제어부는, 상기 연산부의 연산값에 따라 상기 구동부를 구동시켜 상기 발광부의 디스플레이 위치를 변화시킨다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 후방 차량이 접근함에 따라, 비상표시 위치를 이동시켜 후방 차량의 운전자에게 지속적으로 비상표시를 인지시켜, 사고의 위험을 감소시키는 장점이 있다.
