Description

可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及工程机械领域, 具体涉及一种可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置。 背景技术
目前一般的混凝土泵中的混凝土搅拌装置如图 1所示:液压马达 1安装于支撑座 5上, 支撑座 5固定于料斗 6上, 搅拌轴 2与马达相连, 液压马达 1通过驱动搅拌轴 2来驱动搅拌 装置对混凝土进行搅拌。 为了防止搅拌装置中的混凝土浆料发生泄漏, 通常在搅拌轴 2 和料斗 6之间设有密封结构 4。 但是, 随着搅拌轴 2的旋转, 密封结构 4的磨损不断加剧, 再可靠的密封结构最终也会出现泄漏, 即出现所谓 "漏浆" 。 混凝土输送泵中, 搅拌装 置的漏浆问题一直是个难以彻底解决的技术问题, 漏浆通常不需要搅拌装置立刻停机, 但其随着磨损的进一步加剧, 会产生如下危害: 一是在没有预知密封已破坏的情况下, 会导致搅拌装置的突然失效而造成意外停机; 二是混凝土砂浆会沿着搅拌轴 2流向液压 马达 1, 可能破坏液压马达 1的油封而进入液压系统, 导致液压油被污染, 而且漏浆里的 砂石会对液压元件产生致命的破坏, 甚至造成系统崩溃, 经验也证明混凝土输送泵中, 液压马达轴端油封被破坏通常会伴随液压系统的严重污染,而液压系统的污染将会对混 凝土泵造成致命的伤害, 大大地增加了机器的维修成本, 也相应增加了由于维护、 修理 而花费的时间, 从而影响了工程工期和工程质量。 目前大多数现有技术就解决混凝土泵 搅拌漏浆问题的思路都放在如何"不漏浆 "上, 即加强搅拌轴的密封, 如增加密封元件、 改善密封结构, 但由于混凝土工况的恶劣和磨损的必然存在, 都不能彻底解决漏浆所带 来的种种问题。
棚新型
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的缺点, 提供一种可观察漏浆情况、 有效隔离漏浆以 防止破坏液压马达的油封、 保证液压系统安全、 提高液压系统的使用寿命、 结构简单实 用、 成本低廉、 性能可靠且安装简易的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型采用的技术方案为: 一种可隔离警示漏浆的混 凝土搅拌装置, 它包括液压马达、 支撑座和搅拌轴, 所述液压马达安装于支撑座上, 所 述搅拌轴与液压马达连接, 在搅拌轴上设有密封结构, 在密封结构和液压马达之间的搅 拌轴或液压马达的输出轴上设有隔离盘。 作为本技术方案的进一步改进:
所述支撑座上设有排浆观察窗;
所述排浆观察窗开设于支撑座的下方;
所述隔离盘为橡胶、 尼龙、 塑料、 陶瓷或者金属制成的圆盘;
所述隔离盘过盈配合套设于搅拌轴或输出轴上; 或者, 所述隔离盘固定于搅拌轴或 者输出轴的端部。
本实用新型具有以下优点:本实用新型通过在密封结构和液压马达之间的搅拌轴上 或液压马达的输出轴上设有隔离盘,从漏浆警示和隔离两个方面来及时发现以消除因漏 浆而可能产生的危害, 当漏浆沿搅拌轴流出的时候, 隔离盘会阻隔漏浆进一步沿着搅拌 轴破坏液压马达油封、 污染液压系统, 支撑座上还设有排浆观察窗, 且排浆观察窗优选 开设于支撑座的下方, 漏浆沿着搅拌轴流到隔离盘处自动掉落, 掉落的漏浆会从开口的 支撑座流出, 因此操作人员可轻松知道密封结构的磨损状况, 有计划地停机检修, 这样 可以降低操作人员的劳动强度和复杂度, 提高搅拌装置的无故障工作时间, 提高搅拌装 置的使用寿命。 在本实用新型中, 隔离盘过盈配合套设于搅拌轴或输出轴上,或者安装 于搅拌轴或输出轴的端部, 由于搅拌轴或输出轴带动隔离盘转动, 隔离盘还可以离心甩 落流到隔离盘处的混凝土漏浆, 既可以用于新混凝土搅拌装置, 还可以用于现有混凝土 搅拌装置的改造, 具有结构简单实用、 安装简易、 成本低廉、 性能可靠的优点。

具体实施方式
如图 2所示, 本实用新型第一实施例中, 一种混凝土泵的混凝土搅拌装置包括液压 马达 1、 搅拌轴 2、 隔离盘 3、 密封结构 4和支撑座 5。 液压马达 1安装于支撑座 5上, 支撑 座 5通过螺栓固定于混凝土泵的料斗 6上, 搅拌轴 2的一端插入液压马达 1的轴内, 与液压 马达 1通过花键连接配合, 另一端伸入料斗 6内。 在搅拌轴 2上设有用于搅拌轴 2与料斗 6 之间轴密封的密封结构 4, 隔离盘 3套设于在密封结构 4和液压马达 1之间的搅拌轴 2上, 隔离盘 3为橡胶或者尼龙制成的中心开孔的圆盘, 隔离盘 3过盈配合套设于搅拌轴 2上。 如图 3所示, 支撑座 5为圆柱形套筒结构, 它的两个端面分别连接液压马达 1与料斗 6, 其 侧面开设有用于排除漏浆的排浆观察窗 51, 为了便于排除混凝土漏浆, 排浆观察窗 51开 设于支撑座 5的下方。
如图 4所示, 本实用新型第二实施例的混凝土搅拌装置, 和第一实施例基本相同, 其主要区别点为: 液压马达 1的轴插入搅拌轴 2内, 与搅拌轴 2通过花键连接配合。 由于 输出连接结构比较紧凑, 支撑座 5为如图 7所示的圆锥套结构, 支撑座 5在圆锥侧面上开 设有排浆观察窗 51, 排浆观察窗 51设于支撑座 5的下方。
如图 5所示, 本实用新型第三实施例的混凝土搅拌装置, 和第二实施例基本相同, 其主要区别点为: 隔离盘 3通过螺栓固定于搅拌轴 2的端部, 在本实施例中, 隔离盘 3可 为塑料、 陶瓷或者金属等硬质材料制成中心开孔的圆盘。 此外, 也可以将隔离盘 3通过 螺栓固定于液压马达输出轴的端部。
如图 6所示, 本实用新型第四实施例的混凝土搅拌装置, 和第二实施例基本相同, 其主要区别点为: 隔离盘 3过盈配合套设于液压马达 1的输出轴 11上。
在本实用新型的上述实施例中,当液压马达 1驱动搅拌装置时,搅拌轴 2发生转动, 若密封结构 4发生磨损, 混凝土漏浆会穿过密封结构 4并沿搅拌轴 2流到隔离盘 3处, 沿着隔离盘 3下落, 由于隔离盘 3随搅拌轴 2旋转, 隔离盘 3将附着其上的混凝土漏浆 离心甩出, 混凝土漏浆从支撑座 5下方的排浆观察窗 51流出, 操作人员可以通过观察 排浆观察窗 51的漏浆状况来判断搅拌装置是否需要停机检修。

1、 一种可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 它包括液压马达 (1) 、 支撑座 (5) 和搅拌轴 (2) , 所述液压马达 (1) 安装于支撑座 (5) 上, 所述搅拌轴 (2) 与液压马 达 (1) 连接, 搅拌轴 (2) 上设有密封结构 (4) , 其特征在于, 在所述密封结构 (4) 和液压马达 (1) 之间的搅拌轴 (2) 上或液压马达 (1) 的输出轴 (11) 上设有隔离盘 (3) 。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在于: 所述 支撑座 (5) 上设有排浆观察窗 (51) 。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在于: 所述 排浆观察窗 (51) 开设于支撑座 (5) 的下方。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在 于: 所述隔离盘 (3) 为橡胶、 尼龙、 塑料、 陶瓷或者金属制成的圆盘。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在于: 所述 隔离盘 (3) 过盈配合套设于搅拌轴 (2) 或输出轴 (11) 上。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在于: 所述 隔离盘 (3) 固定于搅拌轴 (2) 或输出轴 (11) 的端部。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的可隔离警示漏浆的混凝土搅拌装置, 其特征在 于: 所述隔离盘 (3) 过盈配合套设于搅拌轴 (2) 或输出轴 (11) 上。
