5. 根据权利要求 1或 4所述套有标志套管的书写笔芯,其特征在于: 所述笔杆部位 (120) 包括不同直径的第一笔杆部 (121) 和第二 笔杆部 (122), 所述标志套管 (30) 套接在直径略小的第二笔杆 部 (122)上, 所述第一笔杆部(121) 和第二笔杆部 (122) 的半 径差等于标志套管 (30) 的厚度。
6. 一种套有标志套管的书写笔, 该书写笔 (200) 包括笔头 (210) 以及笔杆(220), 其特征在于: 所述书写笔(200)外表面上套有 标志套管(30),该标志套管(30)加热后固定套接在书写笔(200) 的外表面。

9. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述套有热缩标志套管的书写笔, 其特征在 于: 所述书写笔(200)还包括有笔帽(230), 所述标志套管(30) 套接在笔帽 (230) 的外表面上。
10.根据权利要求 8所述套有热缩标志套管的书写笔, 其特征在于: 所述笔杆 (220) 包括有握笔部位 (221) 和尾杆部位 (222), 所 述标志套管 (30) 套接在握笔部位 (221) 或尾杆部位 (222) 的 外表面上。
