Abstract

L'invention concerne des acides aminés et polypeptides non naturels qui comportent au moins un acide aminé non naturel, et des procédés d'élaboration de ces produits. Les acides aminés non naturels, pris en eux-mêmes ou intégrés à un polypeptide, peuvent comprendre une large gamme de fonctionnalités, mais généralement ils comportent au moins un groupe indole, carbonyle, et/ou hydrazine. L'invention concerne également des polypeptides d'acides aminés non naturels qui sont modifiés plus avant de façon post-translationnelle, des procédés permettant de réaliser ces modifications et des procédés de purification de tels polypeptides. En règle générale, les polypeptides d'acides aminés non naturels modifiés comportent au moins un groupe indole, carbonyle et/ou hydrazine. On décrit par ailleurs des procédés d'utilisation de ces polypeptides d'acides aminés non naturels et des mêmes polypeptides modifiés, y compris des applications thérapeutiques, diagnostiques et autres applications de biotechnologie.
