本发明提供一种在 WAPI终端间实现直接通信的系统及方法,具有 WAPI 功能的主叫终端向与具有 WAPI功能的被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 并与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接, 之后主叫终端与被叫终端通过建立的 WAPI 链路直接进行通信。
本实施例提供一种在 WAPI终端间实现直接通信的系统, 包括主叫终端 及被叫终端;
如图 1所示, 主叫终端及被叫终端均包括主控模块、 射频收发电路(比 如手机射频芯片组成的电路) 、 WAPI模块、 天线、 显示部分、 键盘、 声音 输出部分( RECEIVER/SPEAKER )声音输入部分( MIC ) ;
主叫终端的主控模块, 用于收到 WAPI模块发来的应答信号后判断该应 答信号是否合法, 即判断应答信号中的标识是否为被叫终端的标识, 若是则 通知 WAPI模块与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接, 否则丟弃该应答信号。
被叫终端的主控模块, 用于收到 WAPI链接建立请求后判断该请求是否 为友好用户发来的, 若是则通知 WAPI模块返回应答;
主叫终端及被叫终端的主控模块还用于对接收的数据信号进行音频编 码、 信道编码等操作, 还用于当用户选择 WAPI直通功能时将编码后的信号 发送至 WAPI模块, 以及当用户未选择 WAPI直通功能时将编码后的信号发 送至射频收发电路; 还用于收到射频收发电路或是 WAPI模块发来的信号后 进行解码 , 并发送至 RECEIVER/SPEAKER播放;
射频收发电路, 用于发送主控模块发来的数据信号, 还用于将从天线接 收的信号解调后发送至主控模块; 主叫终端的 WAPI模块, 用于开启后向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立, 其中携带本终端的标识, 如可以是介质访问控制 (Media Access Control, MAC )地址, 还用于将接收的应答信号发送至主控模块; 以及收到 WAPI链 接建立的通知后开始与被叫终端进行建链, 即同步、 速率约定、 校验等, 建 立起能实时传送语音信息的 WAPI链路。
主叫终端的 WAPI模块还用于 WAPI链接建立完成与被叫终端通过建立 的 WAPI链路直接进行通信,即将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至被叫终端,以及将从天线接收的数据信号解调后发送至主控模块。
主叫终端的 WAPI模块还可以用于发送 WAPI链接建立请求后判断预设 时间内是否收到应答信号, 若未收到则再次发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 直到 发送 WAPI链接建立请求的次数达到预设值。
被叫终端的 WAPI模块, 用于开启时将接收的 WAPI链接建立请求发送 至主控模块, 还用于收到主控模块的发送应答的通知后向主叫终端返回应答 信号, 其中携带本终端的标识(如可以是 MAC地址) ;
被叫终端的 WAPI模块还用于 WAPI链接建立完成与主叫终端通过建立 的 WAPI链路直接进行通信,即将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至主叫终端,以及将从天线接收的数据信号解调后发送至主控模块。
声音输出部分(RECEIVER/SPEAKER ) , 用于收到主控模块发来的解码 后的信号后播放语音;
声音输入部分(MIC )用于釆样语音信号, 以及将转换成的电信号发送 给主控模块。
本实施例提供一种在 WAPI终端间实现直接通信的方法, 如图 2所示, 包括:
步骤 201 : 主叫终端向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 请求消息中 携带主叫终端的标识(如可以是 MAC地址) ;
步骤 202: 被叫终端在收到请求消息后, 与存储在本地的友好用户进行 对比, 判断是否为友好用户, 是则执行步骤 203 , 否则执行步骤 206; 步骤 203: 被叫终端向主叫终端发送应答信号, 并携带被叫终端的标识 (如可以是 MAC地址) ;
步骤 204: 主叫终端收到应答信号, 判断该应答信号是否合法, 若合法 则执行步骤 205, 否则执行步骤 210;
判断是否合法是指, 主叫终端判断应答信号中携带的标识是否为被叫终 端的标识, 若是则合法, 否则不合法。
步骤 205: 双方终端开始建立 WAPI链接, 建立起可用的 WAPI通讯链 路。
WAPI链接建立过程包括同步、 速率约定、 校验等。
步骤 206: 主叫终端与被叫终端开始通过建立的 WAPI链路实现直接通 信。
链路建立完成之后, 被叫终端可通过声音、 振动或显示来提示机主, 有 友好用户在呼叫。 用户选择接听时, 语音等信号就通过这个链路透明传输, 达到双方直接通讯的目的。
步骤 207: 被叫终端判断是否有手动关 WAPI模块的命令, 有则执行步 骤 208, 否则执行步骤 209;
步骤 208: 直接关掉 WAPI模块;
步骤 209: 被叫终端继续监听外部请求。
步骤 210: 丟弃该应答信号, 继续监听应答信号。
主叫终端还可以设置一定时器, 用于判断在预设时间内 (如 3秒)是否 收到应答信号, 若在预设时间内未收到被叫终端的应答信号则再次发送建链 请求, 直到发送的建链请求次数(如 3次)达到预设值。 若发送次数达到预 设值仍无应答, 就提示对方无应答, 此时也许被叫没有开启 WAPI功能, 主 叫终端可以通过发短信等方式来通知被叫开启 WAPI功能, 然后再次发送请 求, 等待回应。
被叫终端可以是用户主动开启 WAPI模块, 还可以是收到移动终端 A的 请求短信之后开启 WAPI模块; 本发明通过 WAPI呼叫流程, 建立起点对点的链接。 本发明的 WAPI终 端可以釆用两种通讯方式, 信号的前端处理都是一样, 就是在收发电路部分 不一样,一个是靠一般射频收发电路,一个是通过 WAPI模块; 当使用 WAPI 模块时, 主处理器把数据通道切换到 WAPI模块, 用建立的链路来实时通讯, 达到免费通讯的目的, 而且不受无线基站, 热点布局等条件影响。
本发明还提供了一种终端, 其包括: WAPI模块、
WAPI模块设置为:
当所述 WAPI终端作为主叫终端时, 向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请 求, 并与所述被叫终端建立 WAPI链接; WAPI链接建立完成与被叫终端通 过建立的 WAPI链路直接进行通信; 以及,
当所述 WAPI终端作为被叫终端时, 收到 WAPI链接建立请求后与所述 主叫终端建立 WAPI链接; WAPI链接建立完成与主叫终端通过建立的 WAPI 链路直接进行通信。
所述终端还包括主控模块,
所述 WAPI模块是设置为: 当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 所述 WAPI链 接建立请求携带主叫终端的标识;
所述 WAPI模块还设置为:
当所述终端作为被叫终端时, 将接收的 WAPI链接建立请求发送至主控 模块; 收到主控模块发来的返回应答的通知后向主叫终端返回应答信号, 所 述应答信号中携带本终端的标识;
当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 将接收的被叫终端返回的应答信号发送至 主控模块;
所述主控模块设置为:
当所述终端作为被叫终端时, 收到 WAPI链接建立请求后, 根据主叫终 端的标识判断是否为友好用户发来的请求,若是则通知 WAPI模块返回应答; 当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 收到所述应答信号后, 判断所述应答信号 是否合法, 若合法则通知 WAPI模块与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接。 所述主控模块还设置为:
当 WAPI链接建立完成后, 将编码后的数据信号发送至 WAPI模块; 以及, 接收 WAPI模块解调后的数据信号, 并进行解码;
所述 WAPI模块还设置为:
当所述终端为主叫终端时,将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至被叫终端;
当所述终端为被叫终端时,将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至主叫终端。
所述 WAPI模块还设置为: 当所述终端为主叫终端时, 发送 WAPI链接 建立请求后,判断预设时间内是否收到应答信号,若未收到则再次发送 WAPI 链接建立请求, 直到发送 WAPI链接建立请求的次数达到预设值。
所述终端的标识为终端的介质访问控制 (MAC )地址。
工业实用性
本发明利用移动终端带有的 WAPI模块, 建立点对点的链接, 来传送语 音等信息。 这种实现方式是不通过无线运营商的网络, 因此不会产生费用, 而且不受无线运营商的无线信号覆盖率的影响,只要在 WAPI的使用范围内, 就能实现实时通讯。 本发明也不需要 WAPI热点的参与, 它是两个 WAPI设 备间点对点的连接, 而不是通过 INTERNET等网络来实现连接的, 因此也不 需要 WAPI热点的参与, 因此不受热点布局范围窄的限制。 而且不增加硬件 成本, 在使用方式上十分的便捷, 只需简单的菜单操作, 甚至可以使用定义 好的按键, 一键通, 因此其前景十分看好。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在 WAPI终端间通信的方法, 包括:
具有 WAPI功能的主叫终端向具有 WAPI功能的被叫终端发送 WAPI链 接建立请求, 与所述被叫终端建立 WAPI链接, 所述主叫终端与被叫终端通 过建立的 WAPI链路直接进行通信。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述发送步骤中, 所述主叫终端向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求时 携带主叫终端的标识;
所述建立 WAPI链接的步骤包括: 被叫终端收到所述 WAPI链接建立请 求后, 若是友好用户发来的请求, 则向所述主叫终端返回应答信号, 所述应 答信号中携带被叫终端的标识, 主叫终端判断所述应答信号是否合法, 若合 法则与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
主叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求后, 该方法还包括:
若主叫终端在预设时间内未收到被叫终端返回的应答信号, 则再次向所 述被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 直到发送的 WAPI链接建立请求的次 数达到预设值。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述判断所述应答信号是否合法的步骤是: 主叫终端判断应答信号中携 带的标识是否为所述被叫终端的标识, 若是则合法, 若不是则不合法。
5、 如权利要求 2或 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述主叫终端及被叫终端的标识为终端的介质访问控制 (MAC )地址。
6、 一种在 WAPI终端间通信的系统, 包括主叫终端及被叫终端; 所述主叫终端及被叫终端分别包括 WAPI模块;
所述主叫终端的 WAPI模块设置为:
向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 并与所述被叫终端建立 WAPI链 接;
WAPI链接建立完成与被叫终端通过建立的 WAPI链路直接进行通信; 所述被叫终端的 WAPI模块设置为:
收到 WAPI链接建立请求后与所述主叫终端建立 WAPI链接;
WAPI链接建立完成与主叫终端通过建立的 WAPI链路直接进行通信。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述主叫终端的 WAPI模块是设置为: 所述 WAPI链接建立请求携带主 叫终端的标识;
所述主叫终端与被叫终端还分别包括主控模块;
所述被叫终端的 WAPI模块还设置为:
将接收的 WAPI链接建立请求发送至主控模块;
收到主控模块发来的返回应答的通知后向主叫终端返回应答信号, 所述 应答信号中携带本终端的标识;
所述被叫终端的主控模块设置为: 收到 WAPI链接建立请求后根据所述 主叫终端的标识判断是否为友好用户发来的请求, 若是则通知 WAPI模块返 回应答;
所述主叫终端的 WAPI模块还设置为: 将接收的被叫终端返回的应答信 号发送至主控模块;
所述主叫终端的主控模块设置为: 收到应答信号后判断所述应答信号是 否合法, 若合法则通知 WAPI模块与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述主叫终端及被叫终端的主控模块还设置为:
当 WAPI链接建立完成后, 将编码后的数据信号发送至 WAPI模块; 以及, 接收 WAPI模块解调后的数据信号, 并进行解码;
所述主叫终端的 WAPI模块还设置为: 将接收的编码后的数据信号通过 建立的 WAPI链路发送至被叫终端;
所述被叫终端的 WAPI模块还设置为: 将接收的编码后的数据信号通过 建立的 WAPI链路发送至主叫终端。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述主叫终端的 WAPI模块还设置为: 发送 WAPI链接建立请求后判断 预设时间内是否收到应答信号, 若未收到则再次发送 WAPI链接建立请求, 直到发送 WAPI链接建立请求的次数达到预设值。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中,
所述主叫终端及被叫终端的标识为终端的介质访问控制 (MAC )地址。
11、 一种终端, 其包括: WAPI模块、
WAPI模块设置为:
当所述 WAPI终端作为主叫终端时, 向被叫终端发送 WAPI链接建立请 求, 并与所述被叫终端建立 WAPI链接; WAPI链接建立完成与被叫终端通 过建立的 WAPI链路直接进行通信; 以及,
当所述 WAPI终端作为被叫终端时, 收到 WAPI链接建立请求后与所述 主叫终端建立 WAPI链接; WAPI链接建立完成与主叫终端通过建立的 WAPI 链路直接进行通信。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端还包括主控模块, 所述 WAPI模块是设置为: 当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 所述 WAPI链 接建立请求携带主叫终端的标识;
所述 WAPI模块还设置为:
当所述终端作为被叫终端时, 将接收的 WAPI链接建立请求发送至主控 模块; 收到主控模块发来的返回应答的通知后向主叫终端返回应答信号, 所 述应答信号中携带本终端的标识;
当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 将接收的被叫终端返回的应答信号发送至 主控模块;
所述主控模块设置为:
当所述终端作为被叫终端时, 收到 WAPI链接建立请求后, 根据主叫终 端的标识判断是否为友好用户发来的请求,若是则通知 WAPI模块返回应答; 当所述终端作为主叫终端时, 收到所述应答信号后, 判断所述应答信号 是否合法, 若合法则通知 WAPI模块与被叫终端建立 WAPI链接。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其中,
所述主控模块还设置为:
当 WAPI链接建立完成后, 将编码后的数据信号发送至 WAPI模块; 以及, 接收 WAPI模块解调后的数据信号, 并进行解码;
所述 WAPI模块还设置为:
当所述终端为主叫终端时,将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至被叫终端;
当所述终端为被叫终端时,将接收的编码后的数据信号通过建立的 WAPI 链路发送至主叫终端。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的终端, 其中,
所述 WAPI模块还设置为: 当所述终端为主叫终端时, 发送 WAPI链接 建立请求后,判断预设时间内是否收到应答信号,若未收到则再次发送 WAPI 链接建立请求, 直到发送 WAPI链接建立请求的次数达到预设值。
15、 如权利要求 11所述的终端, 其中,
