媒体流控制模块, 用于从判断模块获知目的终端的标识后, 将向媒体切 换发起终端发送的业务数据流切换至目的终端; 具体的, 从所述判断模块获 知目的终端的标识后, 向所述目的终端转发所述媒体切换请求消息, 并与所 述目的终端建立媒体连接, 通过此媒体连接将发往媒体切换发起终端的业务 数据流切换到所述目的终端上。
如图 3所示, 媒体切换发起终端和目的终端 (可以是一个以上, 图中的 目的终端只作示例)属于同一用户网关 (例如家庭网关或公司网关) , 各终 端可通过此用户网关连接 IPTV业务。此用户网关可以处理 HTTP请求、 RTSP 请求等消息, 用户网关能够识别媒体切换是网关内部还是网关外部的, 对于 网关内部的媒体切换请求, 家庭网关截获终端的 RTP/RTSP媒体请求, 并响 应请求, 帮助终端建立起虚拟的媒体接收环境。
实现媒体切换方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , 终端通过用户网关进行网络附着和设备发现过程;
用户网关为媒体切换发起终端和目的终端分配 IP地址(一般是私网 IP 地址) , 终端设备通过网关连接外部网络, 附着到网络。 其中, 设备发现操 作可以釆用通用即插即用 (Universal Plug and Play, 简称 UPnP )等协议, 设 备发现步骤可能在设备一上电时就完成了, 不是媒体切换时的必选步骤。
媒体切换发起终端可以获知属于同一用户网关的其它终端。
步骤 302,媒体切换发起终端通过用户网关与业务控制、 IPTV业务控制、 媒体功能等实体建立起业务通道,完成一个点播节目的连接,从 IPTV系统接 收业务流;
此步骤是一个正常的点播节目建立流程, 并且用户网关上为此连接的媒 体及其控制通道启用网络地址转换( Network Address Translation, 简称 NAT ) 和应用层网关(Application Layer Gateway, 简称 ALG )功能, 保存网关内终 端的 IP地址和端口号的对应关系。
步骤 303 , 在观看过程中, 由于某种原因 (如用户需要更换位置)想在 其他终端设备上继续观看该节目, 媒体切换发起终端发起媒体切换请求; 此 步骤具体包括以下内容:
步骤 303a, 媒体切换发起终端向用户网关发起媒体切换请求消息, 在媒 体切换请求消息中指示一个或多个同属于用户网关的目的终端。
媒体切换请求消息中可携带各目的终端的标识或 IP地址或其它可指示出 目的终端的参数。
媒体切换发起终端可通过 HTTP POST发起媒体切换请求。 步骤 303b, 用户网关判断此请求中指示的目的终端属于此用户网关, 向 媒体切换发起终端返回确认消息。 步骤 304, 目的终端与用户网关进行媒体切换准备, 建立媒体连接; 此 步骤具体包括以下内容:
步骤 304a, 用户网关判断媒体切换请求消息中指示的目的终端属于此用 户网关后, 向目的终端转发媒体切换请求;
步骤 304b, 目的终端收到此媒体切换请求后, 向用户网关或其他媒体设 备(可以是家庭内部其他网络或者其它媒体设备)发起媒体连接建立请求;
至此, 终端 1与用户网关或者其他媒体设备建立起媒体连接 (包括建立起接 收点播节目的端口号) ; 目的终端完成了接收媒体数据的准备工作;
步骤 305, 用户网关更新 IPTV系统的数据库。
用户网关将媒体切换发起终端的媒体连接参数更新为与目的终端的媒体 连接参数(如 IP地址, UPD或者 TCP端口号等) , 保证原来到达媒体切换 发起终端的点播媒体流可以到达目的终端; 此步骤具体包括以下内容:
步骤 305a,用户网关向 IPTV系统的业务控制发送业务数据库更新请求; 此更新请求中包括目的终端的媒体连接参数;
步骤 305b, 业务控制将此业务数据库更新请求转发至 IPTV业务控制; 步骤 305c, IPTV业务控制将媒体切换发起终端的媒体连接参数更新为与 目的终端的媒体连接参数;
步骤 305d, IPTV业务控制向业务控制发送响应消息;
步骤 305e, 业务控制向用户网关转发响应消息。
步骤 306, 用户网关将原本发送至媒体切换发起终端的媒体流切换至向 目的终端发送。
至此, 用户可以在目的终端观看原本在媒体切换发起终端上观看的点播 节目。
在其他的实施例中, 步骤 305是可选的, 在某些 IPTV系统中, 没有查询 用户在线设备信息功能的情况下, 用户网关就不需要发送更新数据的消息。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明中提供了一种无需系统侧设备参与的简洁的媒体切换方案, 当两 个终端在同一用户网关 (例如家庭网关) 下时, 两个终端之间的媒体切换在 用户网关的控制下完成, 无需系统侧参与, 简化了切换流程, 减轻了网络负 荷。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现媒体切换的方法, 其包括:
媒体切换发起终端向用户网关发送媒体切换请求消息, 并在所述媒体切 换请求消息中指示有一个或多个同属于所述用户网关的目的终端; 以及
所述用户网关接收到所述媒体切换请求消息后, 将业务数据流切换到所 述目的终端上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述用户网关接收到所述媒体切换请求消息的步骤之后, 所述方法还包 括: 所述用户网关向所述目的终端转发所述媒体切换请求消息, 所述目的终 端与所述用户网关建立起媒体连接;
所述用户网关通过所述媒体连接将发往所述媒体切换发起终端的所述业 务数据流切换到所述目的终端上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中,
所述用户网关与所述目的终端建立起媒体连接的步骤之后, 所述方法还 包括:
所述用户网关通过交互式网络电视系统的业务控制向交互式网络电视 ( IPTV )业务控制发送业务数据库更新请求, 并在所述业务数据库更新请求 中携带有所述目的终端的媒体连接参数,所述 IPTV业务控制将所述媒体切换 发起终端的媒体连接参数更新为所述目的终端的媒体连接参数。
4、 一种实现媒体切换的系统, 其包括媒体切换发起终端、 用户网关和目 的终端, 其中,
所述媒体切换发起终端设置为:向所述用户网关发送媒体切换请求消息, 并在所述媒体切换请求消息中指示一个或多个同属于所述用户网关的目的终 端;
所述用户网关设置为: 接收所述媒体切换请求消息后, 将业务数据流切 换到所述目的终端上。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的系统, 其中, 所述用户网关还设置为: 接收到所述媒体切换请求消息后, 向所述目的 终端转发所述媒体切换请求消息, 并通过与所述目的终端建立的媒体连接将 发往所述媒体切换发起终端的所述业务数据流切换到所述目的终端上;
所述目的终端设置为: 收到所述媒体切换请求消息后, 与所述用户网关 建立起媒体连接, 并通过此媒体连接接收所述业务数据流。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的系统, 所述系统还包括交互式网络电视 IPTV系 统的业务控制器和 IPTV业务控制器, 其中,
所述用户网关还设置为: 与所述目的终端建立起媒体连接后, 通过所述 业务控制器向所述 IPTV业务控制器发送业务数据库更新请求,并在所述业务 数据库更新请求中携带所述目的终端的媒体连接参数;
所述 IPTV业务控制器设置为: 收到所述业务数据库更新请求后, 将所 述媒体切换发起终端的媒体连接参数更新为所述目的终端的媒体连接参数。
7、一种实现媒体切换的用户网关, 其包括相连的判断模块和媒体流控制 模块; 其中,
所述判断模块设置为:
接收媒体切换发起终端发送的媒体切换请求消息; 以及
判断所述媒体切换请求消息中指示的目的终端是否属于所述用户网 关, 并将属于所述用户网关的目的终端的标识通知至所述媒体流控制模 块;
所述媒体流控制模块设置为: 从所述判断模块获知所述目的终端的标识 后, 将向所述媒体切换发起终端发送的业务数据流切换至所述目的终端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的用户网关, 其中,
所述媒体流控制模块还设置为: 从所述判断模块获知所述目的终端的标 识后, 向所述目的终端转发所述媒体切换请求消息, 并与所述目的终端建立 媒体连接, 通过此媒体连接将发往所述媒体切换发起终端的业务数据流切换 到所述目的终端上。
9、 一种交互式网络电视终端, 所述交互式网络电视终端设置为: 作为媒体切换发起终端时, 向用户网关发送媒体切换请求消息, 并在所 述媒体切换请求消息中指示一个或多个同属于所述用户网关的目的终端。
10、 一种交互式网络电视终端, 所述交互式网络电视终端设置为: 作为目的终端时, 从用户网关收到媒体切换请求消息后, 与所述用户网 关建立起媒体连接, 并通过所述媒体连接接收业务数据流。
11、 一种交互式网络电视终端, 所述交互式网络电视终端设置为: 作为媒体切换发起终端时, 向用户网关发送媒体切换请求消息, 并在所 述媒体切换请求消息中指示一个或多个同属于所述用户网关的目的终端; 以 及
作为目的终端时, 从所述用户网关收到媒体切换请求消息后, 与所述用 户网关建立起媒体连接, 并通过所述媒体连接接收业务数据流。
