下面结合图 2所示基于 NGN的 IPTV系统, 对本发明的媒体同步方法 进一步详细阐述。 在图 2所示 IPTV系统的结构中, 终端可以是数字电视的 机顶盒、 掌上电脑 (PDA, Personal Digital Assistant ) 等设备。 媒体功能模 块是 IPTV系统中内容分发网络( CDN , Content Delivery Network ) 的主要 组成部分, 其为终端提供媒体服务, 包括媒体控制和媒体交付等功能。 媒 体控制功能在不同的标准中, 其名称和结构有所不同, 在国际电信联盟电 信 标 准 化 部 门 ( ITU-T , International Telecommunication Union Telecommunications standardization sector )标准中, 媒体控制功能对应内容 分发和存储 ( Content Delivery and Storage ); 在用于高级网络的通信和互联 网融合的业务和协议 ( TISPAN, Telecommunication and Internet converged Services and Protocols for Advanced Networking )中对应媒体功能( MF , Media Function ); 在开放 IPTV论坛 (OIPF, Open IPTV Forum )标准中对应集群 控制 (CC, Clustered Control ) 和媒体交付功能 ( CDF )。 业务控制模块是 业务的控制功能实体, 包括该业务的使用权限控制、 业务逻辑控制等等; 对应 IPTV的业务控制模块, 负责 IPTV业务的逻辑控制, 所有 IPTV业务 都在该业务控制模块的控制下进行。 业务会话控制模块, 负责 NGN中的 IP 多媒体子系统( IMS , IP Multimedia Subsystem )控制功能, 负责所有 IMS 信令的统一控制。
其中, IPTV业务控制模块, 用于确定需要同步的多个媒体流, 选择其 中一个媒体流作为参考媒体流, 并从媒体功能模块获取参考媒体流的时间 参数, 该时间参数包括播放绝对时间和播放相对时间; 还用于根据参考媒 体流的时间参数, 通知媒体功能模块调整多个媒体流中其他媒体流的播放 状态。 媒体功能模块, 用于提供媒体服务, 并为业务控制模块提供媒体流 的时间参数; 还用于根据业务控制模块的通知, 调整多个媒体流中其他媒 体流的播放状态 , 将其他媒体流调整到与参考媒体流相同的播放相对时间。 例如: 图 2中, IPTV业务控制模块确定需要同步的媒体流 1和媒体流 2, 并选择媒体流 1为参考媒体流, 从媒体功能模块获取媒体流 1的时间参数; 根据媒体流 1 的时间参数, 通知媒体功能模块调整媒体流 2的播放状态, 该通知中携带媒体流 1 的时间参数; 媒体功能模块接收到通知后, 根据媒 体流 1的时间参数调整媒体流 2的播放状态,将媒体流 2调整到与媒体流 1 相同的播放相对时间, 从而实现媒体流 2和媒体流 1的播放同步。
需要说明的是, 本发明中需要同步的多个媒体流既可以是由相同的媒 体功能模块来控制的, 也可以是由不同的媒体功能模块来控制的。 另外, 本发明的媒体同步方法适用于媒体推荐业务, 并且媒体同步操作既可以在 媒体推荐过程中执行, 也可以在媒体推荐后的媒体播放过程中执行。 下面 结合具体实施例进行说明。
在图 3 所示的实施例一中, 媒体同步操作发生在媒体推荐后的媒体播 放过程中, 且需要同步的多个媒体流(媒体流 1、 媒体流 2 )是由不同的媒 体功能模块来控制。 如图 3所示, 媒体同步主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 301, 通过媒体推荐的方式, 终端 1 (媒体推荐的主动方)与媒体 功能模块 1建立起相应的媒体流, 终端 2 (媒体推荐的被动方)与媒体功能 模块 2建立起相应的媒体流。
一个业务网络中的终端 ί、终端 2分别与媒体功能模块 1和媒体功能模 块 2建起相关的媒体流服务。 这两个相关的媒体流是通过媒体推荐的方式 建立的, 例如: 终端 1的用户将其正在播放的媒体流推荐给终端 2的用户, 让终端 2的用户一同观看; 那么在推荐之后, 终端 1与媒体功能模块 1建 立起相应的媒体流, 终端 2与媒体功能模块 2建立起相应的媒体流。
步驟 302, IPTV业务控制模块选择媒体流 1作为参考媒体流, 并通过 业务会话控制模块发起获取媒体流 1时间参数的请求到媒体功能模块 1。
需要说明的是, 在实际应用中, 媒体流的同步请求既可以由终端 1 或 终端 2来发起, 也可以来自 IPTV业务控制功能模块自身; 当 IPTV业务控 制功能模块获知有媒体流同步需求时, 才开始执行步骤 302的操作。
步骤 303 ,媒体功能模块 1通过业务会话控制模块返回媒体流 1的时间 参数给 IPTV业务控制模块, 该时间参数包括: 播放绝对时间和播放相对时 间。
所谓播放相对时间, 是指当前媒体流 1 的播放相对于媒体文件起始位 置的偏移时间; 播放绝对时间, 是指获取该偏移时间时的系统时间。
步驟 304 305 , IPTV业务控制模块通过业务会话控制模块, 请求媒体 功能模块 2根据媒体流 1的时间参数修改媒体流 2的播放状态。
在发送给媒体功能模块 2的请求中, 携带了媒体流 1 的时间参数, 即 媒体流 1 的播放绝对时间和播放相对时间, 这是媒体功能模块 2调整媒体 流 2播放状态的依据。
步骤 306~308, 媒体功能模块 2根据请求中的时间参数, 调整媒体流 2 的播放状态, 并通过业务会话控制模块返回确认响应给 IPTV 业务控制模 块。
媒体功能模块 2根据请求中的时间参数 (媒体流 1 的播放绝对时间和 播放相对时间), 计算媒体流 2与媒体流 1在播放相对时间上的差值, 然后 根据该差值调整媒体流 2 当前的播放相对时间, 进而实现媒体流 2的播放 状态与媒体流 1的播放状态同步。
在图 4所示的实施例二中, 媒体同步操作发生在媒体推荐过程中, 且 需要同步的多个媒体流(媒体流 1、 媒体流 2 )是由不同的媒体功能模块来 控制。 如图 4所示, 媒体同步主要包括以下步骤:
步驟 401 , 终端 1 (媒体推荐的主动方 ) 向 IPTV业务控制模块请求媒 体推荐业务, 并在请求中携带终端 1 当前播放的媒体流 1 的时间参数, 即 媒体流 1的播放绝对时间和播放相对时间。
步驟 402 , IPTV业务控制模块向终端 2 (媒体推荐的被动方)发送媒 体推荐, 并将推荐的媒体流 1的时间参数发送给媒体功能模块 2。
IPTV业务控制模块接收到终端 1的媒体推荐业务请求后, 通知媒体功 能模块 2建立与终端 2的媒体连接, 并将推荐的媒体流 1 的时间参数发送 给媒体功能模块 2。
步骤 403 ,媒体功能模块 2根据媒体流 1的时间参数, 直接调整在终端 2上播放的媒体流 2的播放状态,使媒体流 2开始播放的状态与媒体流 1当 前的播放状态同步。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种媒体同步的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
确定需要同步的多个媒体流, 并选择其中一个媒体流作为参考媒体流; 获取所述参考媒体流的时间参数, 所述时间参数包括播放绝对时间和 播放相对时间;
根据所述参考媒体流的时间参数, 调整所述多个媒体流中的其他媒体 流的播放状态与所述参考媒体流同步。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述媒体同步的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据参考 媒体流的时间参数, 调整多个媒体流中的其他媒体流的播放状态与参考媒 体流同步, 具体为:
根据所述参考媒体流的播放绝对时间, 获取其他各媒体流在所述播放 绝对时间所对应的播放相对时间;
将获取的其他各媒体流的播放相对时间分别与参考媒体流的播放相对 时间进行比较, 得到播放相对时间的差值;
根据其他各媒体流与参考媒体流的播放相对时间的差值, 调整其他各 媒体流的播放状态与参考媒体流同步。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述媒体同步的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体 同步由业务控制模块发起, 或由播放所述媒体流的终端发起。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述媒体同步的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体同步 在媒体推荐过程中执行, 具体包括:
媒体推荐的主动方向业务控制模块请求媒体推荐业务, 并在请求中携 带主动方所推荐媒体流的时间参数;
所述业务控制模块向被动方发送媒体推荐, 并将所推荐媒体流的时间 参数发送给所述被动方的媒体功能模块;
所述被动方的媒体功能模块根据接收的时间参数, 调整所推荐媒体流 在被动方开始播放的状态与在主动方当前的播放状态同步。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述媒体同步的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体同步 在媒体推荐后的媒体播放过程中执行, 具体包括:
媒体推荐的主动方向被动方推荐媒体流, 且所述主动方和被动方分别 与各自的媒体功能模块建立起相应的媒体流;
业务控制模块选择主动方播放的媒体流作为参考媒体流, 并从主动方 的媒体功能模块获取参考媒体流的时间参数;
所述业务控制模块请求被动方的媒体功能模块调整被动方媒体流的播 放状态 , 并在所述请求中携带参考媒体流的时间参数;
所述被动方的媒体功能模块根据请求中的时间参数, 调整所述被动方 的媒体流播放状态与在主动方的参考媒体流的播放状态同步。
6、 一种媒体同步的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 业务控制模块和 媒体功能模块, 其中,
所述业务控制模块, 用于确定需要同步的多个媒体流, 选择其中一个 媒体流作为参考媒体流, 并从所述媒体功能模块获取所述参考媒体流的时 间参数, 所述时间参数包括播放绝对时间和播放相对时间; 还用于根据所 述参考媒体流的时间参数, 通知所述媒体功能模块调整多个媒体流中其他 媒体流的播放状态;
所述媒体功能模块, 用于提供媒体服务, 并为所述业务控制模块提供 媒体流的时间参数; 还用于根据所述业务控制模块的通知, 调整多个媒体 流中其他媒体流的播放状态, 将所述其他媒体流调整到与参考媒体流相同 的播放相对时间。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述媒体同步的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体功能 模块进一步用于, 根据所述参考媒体流的播放绝对时间, 获取其他各媒体 流在所述播放绝对时间所对应的播放相对时间; 将获取的其他各媒体流的 播放相对时间分别与参考媒体流的播放相对时间进行比较, 得到播放相对 时间的差值; 根据其他各媒体流与参考媒体流的播放相对时间的差值, 调 整其他各媒体流的播放状态与参考媒体流同步。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述媒体同步的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体 同步由业务控制模块发起, 或由播放所述媒体流的终端发起。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述媒体同步的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体同步 在媒体推荐过程中执行, 相应的,
所述业务控制模块进一步用于, 在接收到媒体推荐的主动方发送的媒 体推荐业务请求时, 向被动方发送媒体推荐, 并将所述请求中携带的主动 方所推荐媒体流的时间参数发送给所述被动方的媒体功能模块;
所述被动方的媒体功能模块进一步用于, 根据接收的时间参数, 调整 所推荐媒体流在被动方开始播放的状态与在主动方当前的播放状态同步。
10、 根据权利要求 8 所述媒体同步的系统, 其特征在于, 所述媒体同 步在媒体推荐后的媒体播放过程中执行, 相应的,
所述业务控制模块进一步用于, 选择主动方播放的媒体流作为参考媒 体流, 并从主动方的媒体功能模块获取参考媒体流的时间参数; 还用于请 求被动方的媒体功能模块调整被动方媒体流的播放状态, 并在所述请求中 携带参考媒体流的时间参数;
所述媒体功能模块进一步用于, 分别与媒体推荐的主动方和被动方建 立起相应的媒体流; 被动方的媒体功能模块根据来自业务控制模块的请求 中的时间参数, 调整被动方媒体流的播放状态与在主动方的参考媒体流播 放状态同步。
