[4] 现有的电冰箱中, 大部分拉手结构都是通过螺钉直接将拉手固定在门体上, 而 该固定方式存在着许多缺陷: 需预设螺母件在发泡门体的相应位置上, 安装位 置要求需非常准确, 稍有偏离或歪斜, 就会使螺钉对不准而造成装配返工, 使 得安装效率降低。
[5] 实用新型内容
[6] 本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足, 提供一种安装方便、 可靠性高 的拉手部件固定结构。
[7] 为实现上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案为: 一种拉手部件固定结构, 包括设 于门外壳上的拉手及设于门外壳内的发泡层, 还包括与拉手连接的卡座及设于 门外壳与发泡层之间的加强铁, 该卡座穿过设于门外壳上的通孔并与加强铁卡 扣配合, 该加强铁固定在发泡层上。
[8] 该加强铁包括自锁弹片及卡座过孔, 该自锁弹片将卡座压入并卡紧在卡座过孔 内。
[9] 该自锁弹片为弹簧钢片, 该卡座过孔包括相连通的大卡座过孔及小卡座过孔, 自锁弹片位于大卡座过孔出口处, 且自锁弹片的端部与大卡座过孔及小卡座过 孔的连接处平齐。 该自锁弹片釆用弹性良好的弹簧钢片, 保证自锁弹片在卡座 滑入过程中保持良好的弹性, 以便拉手安装到位后自锁弹片能有效压紧卡座。
[10] 该加强铁通过定位凸台与设于门外壳上的定位凸台孔配合固定。 门外壳留有通 孔和定位凸台孔, 便于安装固定加强铁。
[I I] 该卡座与拉手的端部通过螺纹连接。
[12] 该卡座包括与设于拉手端部的螺纹孔配合的螺栓、 与自锁弹片卡位配合的卡位 凸块。
[13] 该卡位凸块呈圆台结构, 且其顶部设有十字槽。 圆台结构的卡位凸块呈与加强 铁上的自锁弹片结构配合, 实现固定拉手的功能。 顶部作出十字槽, 方便工具 操作。
[14] 该加强铁与发泡层之间设有隔离作用的后盖。
[15] 与现有技术相比较, 本实用新型的拉手部件固定结构不需要螺钉, 门体发泡后 安装拉手, 将其滑入门体内部加强铁孔位中, 实现安全自锁, 大大提高了安装 效率, 同吋也提高了结构的可靠性。

[26] 下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明。
[27] 本实用新型为新型拉手部件固定结构, 实现拉手安装简便, 可靠, 保持外观精 美。
[28] 如图 1所示, 本实用新型的结构包括设于门外壳 1上的拉手 2及设于门外壳内 1的 发泡层, 还包括与拉手 2连接的卡座 3及设于门外壳 1内的加强铁 6, 该卡座 3通过 设于门外壳 1上的通孔 11与加强铁 6卡扣配合, 该加强铁 6固定于发泡层上。 其中 , 该卡座 3与拉手 2的端部通过螺纹配合连接。 如图 2a及图 2b所示, 拉手部件不需 要螺钉固定, 门外壳 1发泡后安装拉手, 将其滑入门外壳 1内部的加强铁 6卡槽中 , 实现安全自锁。 [29] 如图 3a、 3b及 3c所示, 该加强铁 6包括自锁弹片 61及卡座过孔 62, 该自锁弹片 6 1将卡座 3压入卡紧在卡座过孔 62内。 该自锁弹片 61为弹簧钢片, 该卡座过孔 62 包括相连通的大卡座过孔 63及小卡座过孔 64, 自锁弹片 61位于大卡座过孔 63出 口处, 且自锁弹片 61的端部与大卡座过孔 63及小卡座过孔 64的连接处平齐。
[30] 如图 4所示, 该加强铁 6通过定位凸台 65与设于门外壳 1上的定位凸台孔 12配合 固定。 门外壳 1留有通孔 11和定位凸台孔, 便于安装固定加强铁 6。
[31] 如图 5所示, 该卡座 3包括与设于拉手 2端部的螺纹孔 21配合的螺栓 31及与自锁 弹片 61卡位配合的卡位凸块 32。 该卡位凸块 32呈圆台结构, 与加强铁 6上的自锁 弹片 61配合, 实现固定拉手 2的功能; 且其顶部设有十字槽 34, 方便工具操作。 卡座 3与拉手 2装配效果如图 6所示。
[32] 如图 7所示, 该加强铁 6与发泡层之间设有隔离作用的后盖 7。
[33] 本实用新型的装配过程: 首先将加强铁 6与门外壳 1通过定位凸台 65和定位凸台 孔 12对齐, 用胶带粘贴固定。 然后用后盖 7将加强铁 6的自锁弹片 61处遮档住。 用胶带粘贴紧, 防止发泡材料接触到自锁弹片 61部位。
[34] 门体完成发泡后, 加强铁 6和后盖 7已经被发泡料固定。 装配拉手 2及卡座 3: 将 卡座 3的卡位凸块 32缓慢用力插入加强铁 6的大卡座过孔 63中, 直至卡座 3的卡位 凸块 32的底面与加强铁 6外表面平齐, 此吋加强铁 6的自锁弹片 61被卡座 3的卡位 凸块 32弹起。 然后将拉手 2及卡座 3向小卡座过孔 64方向滑动, 这个过程中, 由 于良好的弹性, 自锁弹片 61会逐渐恢复形变, 压住卡座 3的卡位凸块 32。 滑到底 端后, 自锁弹片 61将卡座 3压紧, 整个过程完成。 完成装配后结构的如图 8所示

[6] 根据权利要求 5所述的拉手部件固定结构, 其特征在于: 该卡座包括螺栓及 与螺栓连接的卡位凸块, 螺栓与设于拉手端部的螺纹孔配合, 卡位凸块与 自锁弹片卡位配合。
[7] 根据权利要求 6所述的拉手部件固定结构, 其特征在于: 该卡位凸块呈圆台 结构, 且其顶部设有十字槽。
