前記移動局が、前記周辺セルで用いられるサイクリックプリフィックスの長さと、該周辺セルに割り当てられるセルIDと、該移動局の在圏セルと該周辺セルとの間の送信タイミング差を受信するステップと、
前記移動局が、前記サイクリックプリフィックスの長さと前記セルIDと前記送信タイミング差とに基づいて、前記周辺セルによって送信されている参照信号を受信するステップと、
前記移動局が、前記周辺セルから受信した参照信号に基づいて、該移動局の在圏セルと該周辺セルとの間の伝搬遅延差を測定するステップと、
