切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种家庭基站系统切换过程中用户 设备( User Equipment , UE )的接入控制在无线接入网( Radio Access Network , RAN )侧完成, UE的接入信息通知到核心网的系统及方法。 背景技术
家庭基站是一种小型、低功率的基站, 部署在家庭及办公室等室内场所, 主要作用是为了给用户提供更高的业务速率并降低使用高速率服务所需要的 费用, 同时弥补已有分布式蜂窝无线通信系统覆盖的不足。 家庭基站的优点 是实惠、 便捷、 低功率输出、 即插即用等。
家庭基站用户是通过家庭基站接入网 ( Home (e)NodeB Access Network, H(e)NB AN ) (如图 1、 图 2所示)连接到核心网网络的, 其中 H(e)NB AN 由家庭基站 ( Home (e)NodeB , H(e)NB )和家庭基站网关 (Home (e)NodeB Gateway, H(e)NB GW )共同组成。 H(e)NB GW主要执行的功能为: 验证家庭 基站的安全性, 处理家庭基站的注册和接入控制, 负责交换核心网和家庭基 站的数据。 H(e)MS系统为家庭基站管理系统,对家庭基站进行运行维护管理, 根据运营商要求配置和控制家庭基站, 最主要为 H(e)NB实现配置管理功能, 其中包括位置信息的核实、为 H(e)NB进行参数配置, 主要设计到 CN级别的 参数配置、 RAN侧的参数配置以及 RF 的参数配置。 对于演进的家庭基站 ( HeNB ) 系统, HeNB可能不通过 HeNB GW而和 MME直接连接。
随着家庭基站技术的发展,引入了封闭用户组( Closed Subscriber Grou , CSG ) 的概念。 CSG是封闭用户组, 用以对用户进行分组管理, 用户属于某 一 CSG 的前提是其终端设备的国际移动用户识别码 (International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, IMSI )和 CSG进行了签约。 伴随着 CSG概 念的引入, 家庭基站引入了针对 CSG接入模式的概念。 其中 CSG的家庭基 站接入模式有三种, 分别是开放(Open )接入模式、 闭合(Close )接入模式 和混合(Hybrid )接入模式。 其中接入模式为 Open的家庭基站, 允许签约和 非签约用户接入, 和正常的宏小区无异; 接入模式为 Close 的家庭基站, 仅 仅允许和该 CSG签约的用户接入; 而对于接入模式为 Hybrid的家庭基站, 虽 然同时允许签约和非签约用户接入, 但是签约用户优于非签约用户, 在资源 紧张的情况下, 家庭基站优先服务于签约用户, 有可能将非签约用户切换到 别的小区或者释放其信令连接。 其中判断 UE是以哪种身份接入网络的, 可 以根据 UE的允许 CSG列表( Allowed CSG List )来完成。 Allowed CSG list 是 UE签约的所有的 CSG的信息列表, 分别存储于网络侧和 UE。 如果 UE 接入的家庭基站所属的 CSG在 UE的 Allowed CSG List,则 UE是以签约用户 身份进入的,其接入身份为 Close的,否则 UE的接入是以非签约身份进入的, 其接入身份为 Open的。 另外对于 HNB, 在 HNB不支持 CSG或者 UE不支 持 CSG的情况下,和 Allowed CSG List对应的是允许 IMSI列表( Allowed IMSI List ) , 保存在 HNB GW, 是和某一特定的 HNB签约的 UE的 IMSI的列表。 对于不支持 CSG的 UE接入到 Hybrid的 HNB时,如果 UE的 IMSI在 Allowed IMSI List里, 则认为 UE和 HNB进行了签约, 其接入身份可以认为是签约身 份, 否则是以非签约身份接入的。
由于 Hybrid的小区在家庭基站的服务上对签约用户和非签约用户有所区 另 |J , 因此家庭基站需要知道 UE是以什么身份接入的以便在资源使用上进行 按身份区别处理。 对此, 现有技术已有描述。 即对于初始接入的 UE, 如果接 入 Hybrid的 CSG小区,对于 HeNB则在 UE初始上下文建立的时候由 CN通 知给 HeNB, 对于 HNB则在首次 UE的 RAB指派过程中通知给 HNB。
不仅家庭基站需要知道 UE的真实接入身份,核心网也应该明确知道 UE 的接入信息, 其中不仅包括 UE的接入身份, 还应该包含相应的接入小区的 信息。 CN知道 UE的接入身份可以对不同模式接入的用户的信息进行统计, 并且在计费等方面可以进行区别对待。 在切换过程中, 由于在处理 UE接入 控制的网元的不同,可能造成 CN无法知道 UE的真正的接入信息。尤其是对 于同一 GW即 Intra-GW, CN辅助的切换方法, CN无法完全知道 UE接入小 区的信息。
Intra-GW的切换, 是指发起切换的家庭基站同属于一个家庭基站网关。 即源 H(e)NB和目标 H(e)NB同属于相同的 H(e)NB GW。由于 UE的接入控制 在 H(e)NB GW完成, 在 UE切换中未与核心网交互, 因此核心网不能获取 UE的自身接入信息、 以及 UE当前接入的家庭基站小区的信息。
另外对于 HeNB的情况, 针对 CSG接入控制的网元有可能在源 HeNB, MME或者目标 HeNB GW。 对于 MME作接入控制的情况 , 由于 UE的接入 身份在 MME作接入控制的时候就已知; 但是在源 HeNB和目标 HeNB GW 作接入控制时, MME在接入控制完成后不知道 UE真正的接入身份。
另外, 对于 HNB系统, UE分支持 CSG和不支持 CSG两种。 在切换过 程中, 对于支持 CSG的情况, 其接入控制与 HeNB的情况类似; 对于 UE不 支持 CSG的情况, 由于目标 HNB GW保存有与目标 HNB签约的 UE IMSI 的列表, 因此接入控制在 HNB GW完成,对此 CN无法获取 UE的接入身份。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信 息的系统及方法, 可实现用户在家庭基站 /演进家庭基站的切换过程中将用户 的接入信息发送至核心网。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入 信息的方法, 包括: 用户在家庭基站或演进家庭基站间进行切换, 且核心网 不作用户的接入控制时,
若目标演进家庭基站与核心网直接连接, 或不支持封闭用户组的用户切 换到混合模式的目标家庭基站时, 对所述用户进行接入控制的网元将用户的 接入身份信息发送至核心网。
所述方法还包括: 当目标演进家庭基站与核心网直接连接时, 所述目标 演进家庭基站收到切换请求消息后对所述用户进行接入控制, 完成接入控制 后向移动管理实体发送切换请求响应时携带所述用户的接入身份信息。

本发明还提供一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的方法, 包括: 用户在属于同一家庭基站网关的家庭基站间切换, 且核心网不作用户的 接入控制时, 目标家庭基站网关 /目标演进家庭基站网关将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网, 或者
用户在属于同一演进家庭基站网关的演进家庭基站间切换, 且核心网不 作用户的接入控制时, 目标家庭基站 /目标演进家庭基站将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网。
当发生切换的源演进家庭基站与目标演进家庭基站属于同一演进家庭基 站网关时, 该方法还包括:

方法实施例 以下结合附图分别介绍不同场景下的切换情况将 UE的接入信息通知到 核心网的方法;
实施例一:
本实施例描述目标 HeNB与 MME直连,且 UE的接入控制在目标 HeNB 完成下的 UE接入身份的通知流程并且切换流程经过 MME完成。该流程的切 换判断放在目标 HeNB完成。在切换的时候, MME将 UE的 Allowed CSG List 发到目标 HeNB, 目标 HeNB 在完成切换判断后将 UE 的接入身份反馈给 MME。 如图 3所示 (图中虚线表示该流程或网元可选) , 其具体流程如下: 步骤 301 : 源 HeNB根据 UE的测量结果, 在满足切换的情况下, 发起切 换流程; 首先源 HeNB将切换要求消息发送到 HeNB GW或者直接发送到 MME;
步骤 302: 如果切换要求发送到 HeNB GW, 则 HeNB GW将该消息发送 到 MME;
步骤 303: MME收到切换要求消息后, 根据切换要求消息里面的目标侧 的路由信息向目标 HeNB发送切换请求, 在该过程中, MME将作为 UE接入 步骤 304: 目标 HeNB收到切换请求后, 进行 UE的接入控制之后, 目标 HeNB发送切换请求响应到 MME, 在切换请求响应消息中携带 UE的接入身 份信息;
本发明对目标 HeNB进行 UE的接入控制的判断方法不作限制, 可以是 通过 UE的 Allowed CSG List判断该 UE是否允许接入目标 HeNB。
步骤 305: MME在收到切换请求响应后, 获知 UE的接入身份, 并且向 源 HeNB发送切换命令;
步骤 306: 如果切换命令经过 HeNB GW, 则 HeNB GW将切换命令透传 到源 HeNB。
通过以上流程, 完成了 HeNB之间的切换, 并且在该过程中将 UE的接 入身份通知到核心网的网元 MME。 实施例二:
本实施例描述发生切换的源 HeNB和目标 HeNB同属于同一 HeNB GW 的情况, 即所谓的 Intra-GW下的切换, 在该切换过程中, CN可能会辅助参 与切换流程。 但是 UE的接入控制在 HeNB GW完成。 如图 4所示, 具体流 程如下描述:
步骤 401 : 源 HeNB根据 UE的测量上报信息判断目标 HeNB进行切换, 向 HeNB GW发送切换要求消息, 携带目标 HeNB的信息 (比如可以是目标 HeNB的 Id ) ;
步骤 402: HeNB GW收到切换要求后, 根据切换要求里面的跟踪域标识 ( Tracking Area Identity , ΤΑΙ )判断目标 HeNB和源 HeNB同属于同一 HeNB GW, HeNB GW对 UE进行接入控制判断;
本发明对目标 HeNB进行 UE的接入控制的判断方法不作限制, 可以通 过 HeNB提供的信息, 判断 UE可以接入, 或者通过和 CN的接入控制信息 交互完成 UE的接入控制判断。
步骤 403: HeNB GW在完成了 UE的接入控制后, 在判断允许接入目标
HeNB的情况下向目标 HeNB发送切换请求消息,在该消息中携带 UE的接入 身份信息;
步骤 404: 目标 HeNB向 HeNB GW发送切换请求响应消息;
步骤 405: HeNB GW向源 HeNB发送切换命令;
步骤 406:完成切换后, 目标 HeNB将 UE的接入信息发送至 HeNB GW,
HeNB GW再将接收的 UE的接入信息透传至 MME;
UE的接入信息包括 UE的接入身份信息以及目标 HeNB的信息; 目标 HeNB的信息即 UE接入的 CSG小区的 CGI、 CSG ID等信息;
目标 HeNB可以在路径切换( Path Switch )过程中通过路径切换请求( Path Switch Request ) 消息发送 UE的接入身份信息及目标 HeNB的信息, 或者通 过切换通知消息( HANDOVER NOTIFY )消息发送 UE的接入身份信息及目 标 HeNB的信息 ,也可以通过新增消息发送 UE的接入身份信息及目标 HeNB 的信息; 步骤 406中, 还可以是在完成切换以后, HeNB GW通知 MME UE的接 入身份信息及目标 HeNB的信息。
通过以上流程, 完成了 Intra-GW内的 HeNB之间的 UE的切换, 并且通 过该流程将 UE的接入信息通知到了 MME。
实施例三:
本实施例描述 UE的接入控制在目标 HNB GW完成下的 UE接入身份的 通知流程, 并且切换流程经过 CN完成。 本实施例针对不支持 CSG的 UE切 换到 Hybrid CSG的 HNB的情况下, 目标 HNB GW在做完 UE的接入控制后 将 UE的真实接入身份通知到 CN。 如图 5所示, 具体流程描述如下:
步骤 501 : 源 HNB根据 UE的测量上^艮信息, 判断目标 HNB。 源 HNB 发送重定位要求消息到源 HNB GW;
步骤 502: 源 HNB GW将重定位要求消息转发到 CN;
步骤 503: CN根据重定位要求里的目标信息, 路由并向目标 HNB GW 发送重定位请求消息;
步骤 504: 目标 HNB GW收到重定位请求消息后, 根据 UE的能力或版 本判断是否需要进行 UE的接入控制, 本实施例设需要在目标 HNB GW进行 UE的接入控制, 目标 HNB GW在对 UE做完接入控制后,将 UE的接入身份 信息通过向目标 HNB发送的重定位请求消息通知到目标 HNB;
步骤 504中, 在 HNB GW判断出 UE的接入身份后, 可以通过新增消息 将 UE的接入身份信息通知到 CN, 即不需要通过步骤 506的请求响应消息发 送 UE的接入身份信息; HNB GW还可以不在重定位请求消息携带 UE的接 入身份信息,而是在收到目标 HNB返回的重定位请求响应消息后在重定位请 求响应消息中插入 UE的接入身份信息。
步骤 505: 目标 HNB构造重定位请求响应消息, 该消息中包含 UE的接 入身份信息, 目标 HNB将重定位请求响应消息发送到目标 HNB GW;
步骤 506: 目标 HNB GW将重定位请求响应消息透传至 CN, CN解析重 定位请求响应消息并获取 UE的接入身份信息; 步骤 507: CN向源 HNB GW发送重定位命令;
步骤 508: 源 HNB GW转发重定位命令到源 HNB, 完成 UE切换在网络 侧的消息交互流程;
通过以上流程完成了不支持 CSG的 UE的切换流程, 并且将 UE的接入 身份信息传递到 CN。
实施例四:
本实施例描述 UE的接入控制在 HNB GW完成下的 UE接入身份的通知 流程并且切换流程不经过 CN完成。 如图 6所示, 具体流程如下描述:
步骤 601 : 源 HNB根据 UE的测量上报信息判断出目标 HNB进行切换, 源 HNB向源 HNB GW发送重定位要求消息;
步骤 602: 源 HNB GW判断目标 HNB和源 HNB同属于同一 HNB GW, HNB GW对 UE作接入控制;
本发明对具体的接入控制方法不作限制, 可以釆用通过 HeNB提供的信 息, 判断 UE是否可以接入, 或者 HNB GW根据获取到的 UE接入控制信息 即 Allowed CSG List或者 Allowed IMSI List对 UE进行接入控制判断。
步骤 603: HNB GW在判断接入允许目标 HNB的情况下, 向目标 HNB 发送重定位请求消息, 其中携带 UE的接入身份信息;
步骤 604: HNB允许 UE切入,则向 HNB GW发送重定位请求响应消息; 步骤 605: HNB GW在收到目标 HNB的重定位请求响应消息后, 向源
HNB发送重定位命令;
步骤 606: 目标 HNB将 UE的接入信息发送至 HNB GW, HNB GW再将 接收的 UE的接入信息透传至 CN;
目标 HNB可以是通过新增消息发送 UE的接入信息;
UE的接入信息包括 UE的接入身份信息以及目标 HeNB的信息; 目标
HeNB的信息即 UE接入的 CSG小区的 CGI、 CSG ID等信息;
UE的接入信息还可以是在完成切换以后, 由 HNB GW发送至 CN。 工业实用性 本发明提供一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统及方法, 可 实现切换过程中 RAN侧做 UE的接入控制且 CN无法知道 UE的接入身份的 情况下, RAN侧将 UE的接入身份信息以及接入的家庭基站的信息通知到核 心网。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的方法, 包括: 用户在家庭 基站或演进家庭基站间进行切换, 且核心网不作用户的接入控制时,
若目标演进家庭基站与核心网直接连接, 或不支持封闭用户组的用户切 换到混合模式的目标家庭基站时, 对所述用户进行接入控制的网元将用户的 接入身份信息发送至核心网。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述方法还包括:
当目标演进家庭基站与核心网直接连接时, 所述目标演进家庭基站收到 切换请求消息后对所述用户进行接入控制, 完成接入控制后向移动管理实体 发送切换请求响应时携带所述用户的接入身份信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
不支持封闭用户组的用户从源家庭基站切换到混合模式的目标家庭基站 时, 该方法还包括:
所述目标家庭基站网关收到重定位请求消息后对所述用户作接入控制, 当允许接入所述目标家庭基站时向目标家庭基站发送重定位请求消息, 所述 重定位请求消息中携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述目标家庭基站向目标家庭基站网关发送重定位请求响应消息, 携带 所述用户的接入身份信息, 所述目标家庭基站网关将包含用户的接入身份信 息的重定位请求响应消息透传给核心网。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
不支持封闭用户组的用户从源家庭基站切换到混合模式的目标家庭基站 时, 该方法还包括:
目标家庭基站网关收到重定位请求消息后对所述用户作接入控制, 完成 所述接入控制后目标家庭基站网关将用户的接入身份信息通过新增消息发送 至核心网; 或者,
所述目标家庭基站网关收到目标家庭基站返回的重定位请求响应消息后 在重定位请求响应消息中插入用户的接入身份信息, 并将包含用户的接入身 份信息的重定位请求响应消息发送至核心网。
5、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的方法, 包括:
用户在属于同一家庭基站网关的家庭基站间切换, 且核心网不作用户的 接入控制时, 目标家庭基站网关 /目标演进家庭基站网关将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网, 或者
用户在属于同一演进家庭基站网关的演进家庭基站间切换, 且核心网不 作用户的接入控制时, 目标家庭基站 /目标演进家庭基站将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
当发生切换的源演进家庭基站与目标演进家庭基站属于同一演进家庭基 站网关时, 该方法还包括:
所述演进家庭基站网关收到切换要求后对所述用户作接入控制, 当允许 接入所述目标演进家庭基站时向目标演进家庭基站发送切换请求消息, 携带 所述用户的接入身份信息; 以及
完成切换后, 所述目标演进家庭基站将所述用户的接入信息发送至家庭 基站网关, 所述演进家庭基站网关将接收的用户的接入信息透传至移动管理 实体; 或者所述目标演进家庭基站网关将所述用户的接入信息发送至移动管 理实体;
所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局 d、区标识及封闭用户组标识。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
当发生切换的源家庭基站与目标家庭基站属于同一家庭基站网关时, 该 方法还包括:
所述家庭基站网关收到重定位要求消息后对所述用户作接入控制, 当允 许接入所述目标家庭基站时向目标家庭基站发送重定位请求消息, 所述重定 位请求消息中携带所述用户的接入身份信息; 以及 完成切换后, 所述目标家庭基站将所述用户的接入信息发送至核心网, 或者所述目标家庭基站网关将所述用户的接入信息发送至核心网; 所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局小区标识及封闭用户组标识。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中,
所述目标演进家庭基站网关将所述用户的接入信息发送至移动管理实体 的步骤中, 所述目标演进家庭基站通过发送的路径切换请求消息、 切换通知 消息或新增消息携带用户的接入信息。
9、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统, 包括源家庭基站、 目标家庭基站、 源家庭基站网关、 目标家庭基站网关及核心网; 用户在源家 庭基站与目标家庭基站间进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时,
所述目标家庭基站网关设置为: 当不支持封闭用户组的用户切换到混合 模式的目标家庭基站时, 对所述用户进行接入控制, 以及将用户的接入身份 信息发送至核心网。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中,
所述目标家庭基站网关还设置为: 不支持封闭用户组的用户从源家庭基 站切换到混合模式的目标家庭基站时, 收到重定位请求消息后对所述用户作 接入控制; 以及当允许接入所述目标家庭基站时, 向目标家庭基站发送重定 位请求消息, 所述重定位请求消息中携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述目标家庭基站设置为: 向目标家庭基站网关发送重定位请求响应消 息时携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述目标家庭基站网关还设置为: 将包含用户的接入身份信息的重定位 请求响应消息透传给核心网。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述目标家庭基站网关还设置为: 不支持封闭用户组的用户从源家庭基站切换到混合模式的目标家庭基站 时, 收到重定位请求消息后对所述用户作接入控制;
完成所述接入控制后将用户的接入身份信息发送至核心网; 或者收到目 标家庭基站返回的重定位请求响应消息后向重定位请求响应消息插入用户的 接入身份信息; 以及
将包含用户的接入身份信息的重定位请求响应消息发送至核心网。
12、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统, 包括源家庭基站、 目标家庭基站、 家庭基站网关及核心网;
所述家庭基站网关设置为: 用户在属于同一家庭基站网关的源家庭基站 与目标家庭基站间进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时, 将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网;
所述目标家庭基站设置为: 用户在属于同一家庭基站网关的源家庭基站 与目标家庭基站间进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时, 将用户的接入信息发 送至核心网。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中,
所述家庭基站网关还设置为: 收到重定位要求消息后对所述用户作接入 控制, 以及当允许接入所述目标家庭基站时向目标家庭基站发送重定位请求 消息, 所述重定位请求消息中携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述目标家庭基站还设置为: 完成切换后, 将所述用户的接入信息发送 至家庭基站网关;
所述家庭基站网关还设置为: 将接收的用户的接入信息透传至核心网; 所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局小区标识及封闭用户组标识。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中, 所述家庭基站网关还设置为: 收到重定位要求消息后对所述用户作接入控制, 以及当允许接入所述目 标家庭基站时向目标家庭基站发送重定位请求消息, 所述重定位请求消息中 携带所述用户的接入身份信息; 以及
完成切换后, 将所述用户的接入信息发送至核心网;
所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局小区标识及封闭用户组标识。
15、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统, 包括源演进家庭 基站、 目标演进家庭基站及移动管理实体; 所述目标演进家庭基站与移动管 理实体直接连接;
所述目标演进家庭基站设置为: 用户在源演进家庭基站与目标演进家庭 基站间进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时, 将用户的接入身份信息发送至移 动管理实体。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其中,
所述目标演进家庭基站还设置为: 收到切换请求消息后对所述用户进行 接入控制;
所述目标演进家庭基站是设置为: 将用户的接入身份信息发送至移动管 理实体是: 向移动管理实体发送切换请求响应时携带所述用户的接入身份信 息。
17、 一种切换过程核心网获取用户的接入信息的系统, 包括源演进家庭 基站、 目标演进家庭基站、 演进家庭基站网关及移动管理实体;
所述演进家庭基站网关设置为: 用户在属于同一演进家庭基站网关的演 进家庭基站进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时, 将用户的接入信息发送至移 动管理实体;
所述目标演进家庭基站设置为: 用户在属于同一演进家庭基站网关的演 进家庭基站进行切换且核心网不作接入控制时, 将用户的接入信息发送至移 动管理实体。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的系统, 其中,
所述演进家庭基站网关还设置为: 收到切换要求后对所述用户作接入控 制, 以及当允许接入所述目标演进家庭基站时向目标演进家庭基站发送切换 请求消息, 携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述目标演进家庭基站还设置为: 完成切换后, 将所述用户的接入信息 发送至演进家庭基站网关;
所述演进家庭基站网关还设置为: 将接收的用户的接入信息透传至移动 管理实体;
所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局小区标识及封闭用户组标识。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的系统, 其中,
所述演进家庭基站网关还设置为: 收到切换要求后对所述用户作接入控 制, 以及当允许接入所述目标演进家庭基站时向目标演进家庭基站发送切换 请求消息, 携带所述用户的接入身份信息;
所述演进家庭基站网关还设置为: 将所述用户的接入信息发送至移动管 理实体;
所述接入信息包括用户的接入身份信息以及用户接入的封闭用户组小区 的全局小区标识及封闭用户组标识。
