中国发明专利 CN 2036818U,于 1989年 5月 3 日公开了一种包皮环 扎切器, 它是由一个硬质圓环及外用手术丝线构成。 该圓环外径中央有 凹槽, 并开有用于剪线头的缺口。 手术时将圓环套入包皮与龟头之间, 以丝线将欲切除包皮结扎紧, 待其坏死、 干燥后自然脱落。 该发明具有 结构筒单、 使用方便, 患者比传统手术痛苦小, 具有较大进步。 此后, 包皮扎切技术在国内开始逐渐发展, 已陆续公开了多项相关的专利或专 利申请。
国际上推荐应用的 Tara Klamp一次性包皮切割器, 基本结构为一对 互相套合的闭合硬环。
上述各种包皮环扎切器、 包皮环切器或包皮切割器, 其技术或过于 复杂、 或过于筒单、 甚或只是重复前人的技术, 但大都用丝线或弹力橡 胶圏等绑扎物将包皮绑扎在一个闭合圓环的环形 槽内, 或把包皮套压 在两个硬环之间, 使其自然坏死、 脱落。 这种闭合圓环的直径是固定的, 无法随着患者阴茎的勃起而增大。 患者勃起后, 疼痛难忍。 此外, 在手术过程中或之后, 常有脱环后伤口 开裂出血的合并症。 这也是大多数男性不肯割包皮的原因之一。 因此, 有必要提供一种能随阴茎的勃起而增大、 且痛感更小、 伤口裂开出血等 合并症少的包皮环扎切器。 发明内容

在本发明又一优选的实施方式中, 上述扎切环的内直径是 8-54mm, 常用的 ^ 切环内直径有: 8mm、 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 34mm, 36mm, 38mm, 40mm、 42mm、 44mm、 46mm、 48mm、 50mm、 52mm、 54mm 等 28种规格。
在本发明另一优选的实施方式中, 上述相邻两个弧形段之间通过弹 性尼龙带连接, 弹性尼龙带在扎切环内侧形成内环, 弧形段均勾固定在 内环的外侧。
本发明中, 弹性尼龙带与弧形段之间可以通过缝纫、 粘合或超声波 热融合实现连接;相邻弧形段的端部之间可以设有一段可伸缩的分离部。

本实施例中, 扎切环 1的两侧均布有多个小孔 18 , 扎切环 1及弹性 绑扎物 2均由抗菌、 抗病毒的纳米材料制成。 实施例 6
如图 6所示, 本实施例的扎切环 1上的凸起 12有 3对, 每个凸起 12上均设有通孔 14, 线材 13穿过通孔 14, 将每对凸起 4捆绑在一起。
如果选用合适弹性的线材 13 , 将包皮绑扎在环形凹槽 3内后, 也可 以不解除或剪断线材 13 , 这样扎切环 1就变成了可伸缩式的, 如遇阴茎 膨胀, 扎切环 1也可以涨大。 其余结构如实施例 5所述。 实施例 7
如图 7所示, 每对凸起 12之间的连接通过套在凸起 12上的橡胶环 15实现。 将包皮绑扎在环形凹槽 3 内后, 橡胶环 15可以保留, 也以不 保留。 其余结构如实施例五所述。 实施例 8
如图 8所示, 在每对凸起 12中, 一个凸起 12向另一个凸起 12伸出 一个弧形臂 16, 而该另一凸起 12上设有相应的弧形凹陷 17, 二者相互 配合。 其余结构如实施例 5所述。 实施例 9
所述扎切环 1 的内孔呈锥管状, 其大端直径小于 18mm, 且大小端 直径相差 2-3mm。 这种锥管形包皮扎切器主要适合儿童使用, 其内径一 般在 8-18mm之间。 使用时, 根据儿童的年龄(确切地说是阴茎)大小, 选择合适大小的包皮扎切器使用。 其余结构如实施例 1所述。 实施例 10
如图 9至图 15所示,本实施例的包皮环扎切器包括扎切环 1和绑扎 物 24, 扎切环 1有一定弹性, 其外圓周上设有环形凹槽 19, 绑扎物 247 可以将包皮绑扎在环形凹槽 19内。 扎切环 1上有一个断口 20, 绑扎物 24为可伸缩的弹性绑扎物。 断口 20的两个端面平齐, 并可以相互对合。 断口 20的两端分别设有一个便于夹持的凸起 21 , 该凸起 21设置在环形 凹槽 19的一侧, 以不影响绑扎包皮为准。 在自然状态下, 扎切环 1的断 口两端相互靠拢。
扎切环 1的轴向厚度 L在 4-10.0mm之间,其径向厚度 H在 2-4.0mm 之间。 环形凹槽 19的横截面设为 形, 环形凹槽 19也可设为" V"形或 "U"形, 其最深处的深度在 1.5 ~ 3.0mm之间。 本实施例中, 扎切环 1的 两侧均布有多个小孔 25。 实施例 11
如图 11所示, 扎切环 1的外缘均作圓角处理(当然也可以是作导角 处理)。 扎切环 1及弹性绑扎物均由抗菌、 抗病毒的纳米材料制成。 其余 结构如实施例 10所述。 实施例 12
如图 12、 13所示, 在自然状态下, 扎切环 1上断口的两端张开的圓 心角 Θ在 30-55。之间。 其余结构如实施例 10所述。 实施例 13
如图 14所示, 扎切环 1的外缘均作圓角处理(当然也可以是作导角 处理)。 扎切环 1及弹性绑扎物均由抗菌、 抗病毒的纳米材料制成。 其余 结构如实施例 12所述。 实施例 14
如图 15所示, 断口 20的一个端向另一端伸出一个弧形臂 22 , 另一 端设有相应的弧形凹陷 23 ,该弧形臂 22可以伸入或拉出该弧形凹陷 23。 其余结构如实施例十所述。 如图 16、 17所示, 本发明采用有断口的环和有弹性的绑扎物, 断口 两端接触后环不能再收缩, 可以提供足够的支撑。 阴茎勃起时, 带断口 的环可以被胀大, 大大减轻患者的难言隐痛。
本发明人制造的包皮环扎切器, 已经在实践应用中获得成功。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种能与阴茎互动胀缩的包皮环扎切器, 其包括能与阴茎互动胀 缩的扎切环和弹性绑扎物, 其中, 所述的扎切环是一弹性结构, 其外圓 周上设有环形凹槽, 包皮能被所述弹性绑扎物绑扎在该环形凹槽内。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述的扎切环具有一 个或一个以上活动开口, 并被分成 N个弧形段, 其中 N为 1或大于 1的 正整数; 而且, 当 N为大于 1的正整数时, 相邻两个弧形段之间的连接 能在一定范围内伸缩变化。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述的扎切环采用医 用塑料制成, 其宽度为 6.0- 12.0mm, 厚度为 2.5-6.0mm; 所述的环形凹 槽的横截面呈 "U"、 "V"或 形, 其最深处的深度为 1.5 ~ 3.0mm。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述的扎切环的一侧 或两侧每隔 5-10mm分布有 1个小孔, 每个侧面设有 4-10个小孔。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述的相邻两个弧形 段之间通过弹性物连接, 而且, 所述的相邻两个弧形段的端部之间设有 一段可伸缩的分离部; 所述的弹性物在所述扎切环内侧形成内环, 所述 弧形段均匀固定在该内环的外侧。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述弹性物与弧形段 之间通过缝纫、 胶粘合或超声波热融合实现连接。
7、 如权利要求 5或 6所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述相邻的两个 弧形段中的一个弧形段向另一个弧形段伸出一段弧形臂, 该弧形臂嵌入 另一个弧形段内, 并可在其内伸缩。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的包皮环扎切器, 其中, 所述的扎切环上设有 1对或 1 对以上凸起, 凸起位于不影响绑扎包皮的环形凹槽的一侧, 每 对凸起之间用线材或胶圏捆绑连接。
9、 一种用于能与阴茎互动胀缩的包皮环扎切器中的扎切环, 其中, 所述的扎切环是一弹性结构, 其外圓周上设有环形凹槽。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的扎切环, 其中, 所述的扎切环具有一个或 一个以上活动开口, 并被分成 N个弧形段, 其中 N为 1或大于 1的正整 数; 而且, 当 N为大于 1的正整数时, 相邻两个弧形段之间的连接能在 一定范围内伸缩变化。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的扎切环, 其中, 所述的相邻两个弧形段之 间通过弹性物连接, 而且, 所述的相邻两个弧形段的端部之间设有一段 可伸缩的分离部; 所述的弹性物在所述扎切环内侧形成内环, 所述弧形 段均匀固定在该内环的外侧。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的扎切环, 其中, 所述弹性物与弧形段之间 通过缝纫、 胶粘合或超声波热融合实现连接。
13、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的扎切环, 其中, 所述相邻的两个弧 形段中的一个弧形段向另一个弧形段伸出一段弧形臂, 该弧形臂嵌入另 一个弧形段内, 并可在其内伸缩。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的扎切环, 其中, 所述的扎切环上设有 1对 或 1 对以上凸起, 凸起位于不影响绑扎包皮的环形凹槽的一侧, 每对凸 起之间用线材或胶圏捆绑连接。
