本 发 明 中 , MSC 在 向 SCP 发 送 的 用 于 触 发 Called_Routing_Address_Available 触发器的分析信息请求消息时, 携带有 FA群组智能业务的指示信息, SCP在接收到 FA群组智能业务的指示信息 时,并不触发对当前呼叫的计费流程。 MSC在接收到接续的号码的应答后, 向 SCP发送用于触发 T_Answer触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带有目的 号码及改向指示信息, 此处的目的号码即为应答的接续的号码, 同时释放 FA群组中其余成员号码,仅实现对该应答的接续的号码的接续,并指示 SCP 计费。 本发明可以实现 FA群组智能业务的触发及计费, 丰富和扩展了 FA 群组智能业务。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: MSC 在向 SCP 发送的用 于触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available 触发器的分析信息请求消息时, 携带有 FA群组智能业务的指示信息, SCP在接收到 FA群组智能业务的指示信息 时,并不触发对当前呼叫的计费流程。 MSC在接收到接续的号码的应答后, 向 SCP发送用于触发 T_Answer触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带有目的 号码及改向指示信息, 此处的目的号码即为应答的接续的号码, 同时释放 FA群组中其余成员号码,仅实现对该应答的接续的号码的接续,并指示 SCP 计费。 本发明可以实现 FA群组智能业务的触发及计费, 丰富和扩展了 FA 群组智能业务。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。 该字段在协议中的定义如表 1所示:

如表 1所示,本发明在 Featurelndicator字段中增加一个 FA群组智能业务的 指示信息, 用于指示当前的业务为 FA群组智能业务, 如设置该指示信息的 代码值为 39, 即 39表示 flexible AlertingGroup。 代码值的设置以不与现有 的指示代码冲突为准, 并不限定具有的值, 本发明仅是示例性的说明。
另外, 还需要对 IS826协议中的 TAnswer消息( T_Answer触发器)进 行扩展, 具体方式 ¾口下:
1 )增加一个可选的参数 DestinationDigit (目的号码), 用来表示最终 接续的号码;
2 )增加一个可选的参数 RedirectingNumberDigit (改向号码), 用来在 临时本地号码 ( TLDN, Temporary Local Directory Number ) 出局的情况下, 用来指示该 TLDN号码对应的改向用户号码。 这里的改向号码的意义不同 于正常前转的改向号码,而是表示 FA成员为移动用户的时该成员的移动台 号码( MDN, Mobile Directory Number ), 此时目的号码对应为漫游号码。 当应答的接续的号码为 固定电话或本局移动号码时, 该参数 RedirectingNumberDigit中填入的是当前接续的固定电话或本局移动号码, 或不设置该参数;
3 )增加一个可选的参数 DMH_RedirectionIndicator (改向指示), 用来 表示最后一次改向的呼叫类型, 即指示接入的应答的接续的号码的网络的 信息。 本发明中, TAnswer消息经过扩充后, 具体结构如表 2所示, 其中, 加 粗斜体部分即为扩充的参数。

当 MSC触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available触发器时, 不携带路由 信息, 而是携带 Featurelndicator参数, 其值填写为 39 , 指示当前的业务为 FA群组智能业务, 使 SCP先不算费率, 不计费。
同振的一个呼叫分支应答之后, MSC触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 具体的: 如果是固定号码用户应答, 则 DestinationDigit填写该固定号码, 不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 6, 指示呼叫传递到 PSTN; 如果是外局移动用户应答,则 DestinationDigit填写 该移动用户所属的 MSC 为该移动用户分配的临时漫游号码, RedirectingNumberDigit 填 写 为 该 移 动 用 户 的 MDN , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 5 , 指示接入到未指定网络; 如果是本局 移动用户应答, 则 DestinationDigit 填写为该移动用户的号码, 可不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 23 ,指示接 入到本局。
SCP被上述的 T_Answer触发器触发后,就可以获取最终被叫的位置信 息了, 就可以进行相应的计费流程了。
本发明的示例中 ,是以 FA群组中包括三个成员为例进行说明的,其中, 三个成员分别为:移动号码 1 :HLR下的外局用户;移动号码 2:HLR下的本局 用户; 固定号码 3:固定电话用户。 以下通过具体的示例, 进一步阐明本发 明技术方案的实质。
图 2是本发明固定电话应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程图, 如图 2 所示, 本示例的固定电话应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程包括以下步 骤:
步骤 201 : 用户拨打引导号码。
步骤 202: MSC1分析引导号码为移动号码, 向该号码归属的 HLR发 送位置请求消息, 其中携带引导号码和 Mobile—Termination触发器。
步骤 203 : HLR 确定该引导号码签约了智能业务, 并且携带有 Mobile—Termination触发器 , 则在向 MSC1返回的位置请求响应消息中携带 该引导号码签约的触发器地址列表 {Initial_Termination、 Location、 Called_Routing_Address_Available、 T_Answer和 T_Disconnect }。
步骤 204: MSC1向 SCP发送分析信息请求消息,其中携带有引导号码 和 Initial—Termination触发器。
步骤 205: SCP对引导号码鉴权通过,向 MSC1发送分析信息响应消息 给 MSC1。 步骤 206: MSC1发送位置请求消息给 MSC1归属的 HLR, 其中携带 引导号码和 Location触发器。
步骤 207: HLR确定位置请求消息中携带的触发器是 Location, 其中携 带的号码是引导号码, 且引导号码签约了智能业务, 则 HLR进一步确定移 动号码 1是本 HLR的用户, 则向移动号码 1所在的 MSC2发送路由请求消 息。
步骤 208: MSC2为移动号码 1分配临时漫游号码, 并通过路由请求响 应消息发送给 HLR。
步骤 209: HLR通过位置请求响应消息, 将移动号码 1、 漫游号码 1、 移动号码 2、 移动识别码(MIN, Mobile Identification Number ) MIN2, 移 动号码 2在本局的指示和固定号码 3发送给 MSC1。
步骤 210: MSC1 向 SCP 发送分析信息请求消息, 触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available触发器, SCP确定当前触发业务是 FA群 组智能业务, 此时 Featurelndicator参数中填写为 39, 指示 SCP当前触发的 业务类型是同振群组智能业务。
步骤 211 : SCP根据确定出当前业务是 FA群组智能业务, SCP先不算 费率, 直接发送分析信息响应消息给 MSC1。
步骤 212a: MSC1发送初始地址消息到 PSTN网络,接续固定电话 3。 步骤 212b: MSC1发送初始地址消息到 MSC2, 携带漫游号码 1 , 接续 移动号码 1。
步骤 212c: MSC1发送寻呼消息到 BSC, 接续移动号码 2。
步骤 213: MSC1收到固定电话 3应答消息, 先释放接续移动号码 1和 移动号码 2 的呼叫分支, 然后触发 T_Answer 触发器到 SCP , 其中 DestinationDigit中填写固定号码 3 , 不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 6, 指示接入到 PSTN。 SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。
图 3是本发明外局移动用户应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程图,如 图 3所示,本示例外局移动用户应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程包括以 下步骤:
步骤 301至步骤 312与图 2所示的步骤 201至步骤 212完全相同, 这 里不再赘述其实现细节。
步骤 313: MSC1接收到移动号码 1的应答消息, 先释放接续固定电话 3 和移动号码 2 的呼叫分支, 然后触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 其中 DestinationDigit 填写 为 移 动 号码 1 分 配 的 漫游号码 1 , RedirectingNumberDigit填写为移动号码 1 , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写 为 5 , 指示接入到未指定网络。
SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。
图 4是本发明本局移动用户应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程图,如 图 4所示,本示例本局移动用户应答时 FA群组智能业务的触发流程包括以 下步骤:
步骤 401至步骤 412与图 3所示的步骤 201至步骤 212完全相同, 这 里不再赘述其实现细节。
步骤 413: MSC1接收到移动号码 2的应答消息, 先释放接续固定电话
3 和移动号码 1 的呼叫分支, 然后触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 其中 DestinationDigit填写为移动号码 2, 不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 23 , 指示接入到本局。
SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。 需要说明的是, 为使 TAnswer消息格式统一, 可设定 TAnswer消息中 包含 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, 在接续的号码为固定电话号码或是本局 移动号码时, 该 RedirectingNumberDigit填写为固定电话号码或是本局移动 号码, 或者填写为特定的无意义的比特数。
本发明的技术方案适用于第二代移动通信系统及第三代移动通信系 统, 在第三代移动通信系统中, 业务控制点又称为 SCPe ( Service Control Point Emulation ), 归属位置寄存器又称为 HLRe ( Home Location Register Emulation ) , 移动交换中心又称为 MSCE ( Mobile Switching Center Emulation ), 但其实现流程都是相同的。
图 5 为本发灵活振铃群组智能业务的触发装置的组成结构示意图, 如 图 5所示, 本发灵活振铃群组智能业务的触发装置包括第一发送单元 50、 接收单元 51和第二发送单元 52, 其中, 第一发送单元 50用于向 SCP发送 用于触发被叫路由地址可用触发器的分析信息请求消息,携带有 FA群组智 能业务的指示信息; 接收单元 51用于接收接续的号码的应答; 第二发送单 元 52用于在接收单元 51接收到接续的号码的应答后向释放 FA群组中其余 成员号码,向所述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带有目标号码及改向指示信息, 指示所述 SCP计费; 其中, 所述目标号 码为所述接续的号码。 所述应答的接续的号码为外局移动号码时, 所述被 叫应答请求消息中还携带有改向号码信息。 所述应答的接续的号码为固定 电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN 的标识信息; 所述接续的号码为外局移动 号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号码为所述移动号码的临时漫游号 码、 所述改向号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入未知网络的 标识信息; 所述接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识信息。 所述被叫应答请求消息中携带有改向号码信息, 而所述响应的接续的号码 为固定电话号码或本局移动号码时, 所述改向号码为所述固定电话号码或 所述本局移动号码。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明图 5 所示的灵活振铃群组智能业务 的触发装置是为实现图 2至图 4所示的 FA群组智能业务触发方法而设计 的, 图 5所示装置中的各处理单元的实现功能可参照图 2至图 4所示的方 法中的相关描述而理解, 各单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实 现, 也可通过相应的逻辑电路而实现。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种灵活振铃群组智能业务的触发方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包 括:
移动交换中心 MSC在向业务控制点 SCP发送的、用于触发被叫路由地 址可用触发器的分析信息请求消息中,携带灵活振铃 FA群组智能业务的指 示信息; 并在接收到接续的号码的应答后, 释放 FA群组中其余成员号码, 向所述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息;
其中, 所述被叫应答请求消息携带有目标号码及改向指示信息, 指示 所述 SCP计费; 所述目标号码为所述接续的号码。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应答请求消息 中还携带有改向号码信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话 号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入公共交换电话网络 PSTN的标识信息; 所述应答的接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述本局移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识 信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为外局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号码为所述移动号码的 临时漫游号码、 所述改向号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 未知网络的标识信息;
所述应答的接续的号码为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 的目的号码为所述固定电话号码, 所述改向号码为所述固定电话号码, 所 述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN的标识信息;
所述接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号 码为所述移动号码, 所述改向号码为所述本局移动号码, 所述改向指示信 息为接入本局网络的标识信息。
5、 一种灵活振铃群组智能业务的触发装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包 括第一发送单元、 接收单元和第二发送单元; 其中,
第一发送单元, 用于在向 SCP发送用于触发被叫路由地址可用触发器 的分析信息请求消息, 携带 FA群组智能业务的指示信息;
接收单元, 用于接收接续的号码的应答;
第二发送单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收到接续的号码的应答后向释 放 FA群组中其余成员号码, 向所述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的 被叫应答请求消息, 其中, 所述被叫应答请求消息携带有目标号码及改向 指示信息, 指示所述 SCP计费; 所述目标号码为所述接续的号码。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应答请求消息 中还携带有改向号码信息。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话 号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN的标识信息;
所述应答的接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述本局移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识 信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为外局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号码为所述移动号码的 临时漫游号码、 所述改向号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 未知网络的标识信息;
所述应答的接续的号码为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 的目的号码为所述固定电话号码, 所述改向号码为所述固定电话号码, 所 述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN的标识信息;
