接收单元, 用于接收接续的号码的应答; 以及
第二发送单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收到接续的号码的应答后向所 述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带有目的号 码及改向指示信息, 指示所述 SCP计费。
优选地, 所述装置还包括:
第三发送单元, 用于在所述接续的号码接续失败时, 向 HLR发送改向 号码请求消息, 触发对所述 MAH群组中的下一号码的接续。
优选地, 所述被叫应答请求消息中还携带有改向号码信息。

本 发 明 中 , MSC 在 向 SCP 发 送 的 用 于 触 发
Called_Routing_Address_Available 触发器的分析信息请求消息时, 携带有 MAH群组智能业务的指示信息, SCP在接收到 MAH群组智能业务的指示 信息时, 并不触发对当前呼叫的计费流程。 MSC在接收到接续的号码的应 答后, 向 SCP发送用于触发 T_Answer触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带 有目的号码及改向指示信息, 实现对接续的号码的接续, 并指示 SCP计费。 本发明可以实现 MAH群组智能业务的触发及计费,丰富和扩展了 MAH群 组业务。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: MSC 在向 SCP 发送的用 于触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available 触发器的分析信息请求消息时, 携带有 MAH群组智能业务的指示信息, SCP在接收到 MAH群组智能业务的指示 信息时, 并不触发对当前呼叫的计费流程。 MSC在接收到接续的号码的应 答后, 向 SCP发送用于触发 T_Answer触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带 有目的号码及改向指示信息, 实现对接续的号码的接续, 并指示 SCP计费。 本发明可以实现 MAH群组智能业务的触发及计费,丰富和扩展了 MAH群 组业务。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。 该字段在协议中的定义如表 1所示:

如表 1所示, 本发明在 Featurelndicator字段中增加一个 MAH群组智能业 务的指示信息,用于指示当前的业务为 MAH群组智能业务,如设置该指示 信息的代码值为 40, 即 40: mobile AccessHuntingGroup。 代码值的设置以 不与现有的指示代码冲突为准, 并不限定具有的值, 本发明仅是示例性的 说明。
另外, 还需要对 IS826协议中的 TAnswer消息( T_Answer触发器)进 行扩展, 具体方式 ¾口下:
1 )增加一个可选的参数 DestinationDigit (目的号码 ), 用来表示最终 接续的号码;
2 )增加一个可选的参数 RedirectingNumberDigit (改向号码), 用来在 临时本地号码 ( TLDN, Temporary Local Directory Number ) 出局的情况下, 原来指示该 TLDN号码对应的改向用户号码。 当接续的号码为固定电话或 本局移动号码时, 该参数 RedirectingNumberDigit中填入的是当前接续的固 定电话或本局移动号码, 或不设置该参数;
3 )增加一个可选的参数 DMH_RedirectionIndicator (改向指示), 用来 表示最后一次改向的呼叫类型, 即改向后需要接入的接续号码的网络。
TAnswer消息经过扩充后 , 具体结构如表 2所示, 其中, 加粗斜体部分 即为扩充的参数。

当 MSC触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available触发器时, 不携带路由 信息, 而是携带 Featurelndicator参数, 其值填写为 40, 指示当前的业务为 MAH群组智能业务, 使 SCP先不算费率, 不计费。
MAH群组中的一个用户号码应答之后, MSC触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 具体的: 若为固定号码用户应答, 则 DestinationDigit填写的是该固 定 号 码 , RedirectingNumberDigit 为 空 或 不 设 置 该 参 数 , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 6,指示接入到公共交换电话网络( PSTN, Public Switched Telephone Network )。 如果是外局移动用户应答, 则 DestinationDigit 填写 为 该移动用 户 分配的 临 时漫游号码 , RedirectingNumberDigit 填 写 为 该 移 动 用 户 的 MDN , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 5 , 指示接入到未指定网络;
如果是本局移动用户应答, 则 DestinationDigit填写为该移动用户的号 码, RedirectingNumberDigit 中同样也填写为该移动用户的号码, DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 23 , 指示接入到本局。 需要说明的是, 当 接续的号码为本局的移动号码时, 也可以不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参 数, 或者, 该参数为空。
SCP被上述的 T_Answer触发器触发后,就可以获取最终被叫的位置信 息了, 就可以进行相应的计费流程了。
本发明的示例中,是以 MAH群组中包括三个成员为例进行说明的,其 中, 三个成员分别为: 1 :固定电话用户; 移动号码 2:HLR下的外局用户; 移 动号码 3:HLR下的本局用户。 以下通过具体的示例, 进一步阐明本发明技 术方案的实质。
图 2是本发明固定电话作为 MAH群组的用户应答时智能业务的触发流 程图, 如图 2所示, 本示例的智能业务触发流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 : 用户拨打引导号码。
步骤 202: MSC1分析引导号码为移动号码, 向该号码归属的 HLR发 送位置请求消息, 其中携带引导号码和 Mobile—Termination触发器。
步骤 203 : HLR 确定该引导号码签约了智能业务, 并且携带有 Mobile—Termination触发器, 则在向 MSC1返回的位置请求响应消息中携带 该引导号码签约的触发器地址列表 {Initial_Termination、 Location、 Called—Routing—Address—Available、 T_Answer和 T_Disconnect }。
步骤 204: MSC1向 SCP发送分析信息请求消息,其中携带有引导号码 和 Initial—Termination触发器。
步骤 205: SCP对引导号码鉴权通过,向 MSC1发送分析信息响应消息 给 MSC1。
步骤 206: MSC1发送位置请求消息给 MSC1 归属的 HLR, 其中携带 引导号码和 Location触发器。
步骤 207: HLR确定位置请求消息中携带有触发器是 Location, 并且其 中携带的号码是引导号码, HLR进一步分析确定 MAH群组中的首个接续 号码 1是固定电话用户, 则 HLR通过位置请求响应消息, 将固定号码 1发 送给 MSC1。
需要说明的是,本发明中的 MAH群组中的首个接续号码也可以是本局 移动号码, 也可以是外局的移动号码, 不管是什么号码, 实现本发明的技 术方案的实质不会有任何改变。
步骤 208: MSC1 继续发送分析信息请求消 息 , 触发 Called_Routing_Address_Available 触发器, MSC1 发现当前触发的业务是 MAH群组智能业务, 根据本发明前述的参数扩展的描述, 分析信息请求消 息中包含 Featurelndicator参数, 该 Featurelndicator参数填写为 40, 用于指 示当前的业务为 MAH群组智能业务, 指示 SCP不进行计费流程。
步骤 209: SCP确定当前的业务是 MAH群组智能业务, SCP先不算费 率、 不计费, 直接发送分析信息响应消息给 MSC1。
步骤 210: MSC1发送初始地址消息到 PSTN, 接续固定号码 1。
步骤 211 : MSC1收到固定电话 1的应答消息, 向 SCP发送被叫应答请 求消息, 触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 其中 DestinationDigit填写为固定 号码 1 , 不携带 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, DMH—Redirectionlndicator填 写为 6, 表示接入到 PSTN。 需要说明的是, 当接续的号码是固定电话号码 时, 本发明的 TAnswer消息中也可以设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, 只 是该参数为空即可。 而如果接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 与固定号码的 情况类似, 可以不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, 或者该参数为空。 当 然, 如果设置该 RedirectingNumberDigit参数时, 也可以为该参数填入固定 号码或本局移动号码, 即填入的内容与 DestinationDigit参数的相同, 即此 时的目的号码项与改向号码项中填入的参数相同。 而接续的号码为外局移 动号码时,由于该外局移动号码的 MSC为该外局移动号码分配了漫游号码, 因此, 需要设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, 并且该参数中需要填入该外 局移动号码, 而 DestinationDigit 参数中需要填入漫游号码, 而 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数中填入的内容依据目的号码的不同而不同, 例如, 固定电话号码时, 填入的值为 6 , 而为本局移动号码, 填入的值为 23 , 而为外局移动号码时, 填入的值为 5。
SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。
图 3是本发明 MAH群组中固定电话接续失败后外局移动用户应答时智 能业务的触发流程图, 如图 3 所示, 本示例外局移动用户应答时智能业务 的触发包括以下步骤:
步骤 301至步骤 310与图 2所示的步骤 201至步骤 210完全相同, 这 里不再赘述其实现细节。 图 3 重点介绍固定电话号码接续失败之后, 如何 实现 MAH群组中其他捆绑号码的接续, 以下详细进行说明。 本示例假设 MAH群组中第二个待接续的号码为外局移动号码。
步骤 311 :接续固定号码 1失败, MSC1发送改向号码请求消息给 HLR, 其中携带引导号码, 去请求下一个可以接续的 MAH群组中成员号码。
步骤 312: HLR判断当前是 MAH群组呼叫, 并且 MAH群组的下一个 成员移动号码 2是它局用户, 则向移动号码 2所在的 MSC2发送路由请求 消息。
步骤 313: MSC2接收到路由请求消息后, 为移动号码 2分配临时漫游 号码 2, 并通过路由请求响应消息发送给 HLR。
步骤 314: HLR发送改向号码响应消息到 MSC1 , 其中携带移动号码 2 和漫游号码 2。
步骤 315: MSC1发送初始地址消息到 MSC2, 接续移动号码 2。
步骤 316: MSC1收到移动号码 2应答消息, 向 SCP发送被叫应答请求 消息, 触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 其中 DestinationDigit填写为 MSC2 为移动号码 2分配的漫游号码 2 , RedirectingNumberDigit填写为移动号码 2 , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 5指示接入到未指定网络。
SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。
图 4是本发明 MAH群组中固定电话接续失败后本局移动用户应答时智 能业务的触发流程图, 如图 4所示, 本示例本局移动用户应答时智能业务 的触发包括以下步骤:
步骤 401至步骤 415与图 3所示的步骤 301至步骤 315完全相同, 这 里不再赘述其实现细节。 图 4重点介绍它局移动号码接续失败之后, 如何 实现 MAH群组中其他捆绑号码的接续, 以下详细进行说明。 本示例假设 MAH群组中第三个待接续的号码为本局移动号码。
步骤 416:接续移动号码 2失败, MSC1发送改向号码请求消息到 HLR, 其中携带引导号码, 去请求下一个可以接续的 MAH群组中的成员号码。
步骤 417: HLR判断当前是 MAH群组呼叫 , 并且 MAH群组的下一个 成员移动号码 3 当前就在 MSC1局, 则发送改向号码响应消息到 MSC1 , 其中携带移动号码 3、 移动识别号码( MIN, Mobile Identification Number ) MIN3和移动号码 3在本局的指示。
步骤 418: MSC1 发送寻呼消息到基站控制器 (BSC , Base Station Controller ), 接续移动号码 3。
步骤 419: MSC1收到移动号码 3应答消息,向 SCP发送被叫应答请求 消息, 触发 T_Answer触发器到 SCP, 其中 DestinationDigit填写为移动号 码 3 , RedirectingNumberDigit 同 样 填 写 为 移 动 号 码 3 , DMH_RedirectionIndicator填写为 23 , 指示接入到本局。 需要说明的是, 移 动号码为 本局 移动 号码时 , TAnswer 消 息 中 可 以 不设置 RedirectingNumberDigit参数,或者, RedirectingNumberDigit参数可以为 。
SCP根据被叫应答请求消息中的 TAnswer消息中 DestinationDigit参数 及 DMH_RedirectionIndicator参数, 开始计算费率、 开始计费等操作。
需要说明的是, 为使 TAnswer消息格式统一, 可设定 TAnswer消息中 包含 RedirectingNumberDigit参数, 在接续的号码为固定电话号码或是本局 移动号码时, 该 RedirectingNumberDigit填写为固定电话号码或是本局移动 号码, 或者填写为特定的无意义的比特数。
本发明的技术方案适用于第二代移动通信系统及第三代移动通信系 统, 在第三代移动通信系统中, 业务控制点又称为 SCPe ( Service Control Point Emulation ), 归属位置寄存器又称为 HLRe ( Home Location Register Emulation ) , 移动交换中心又称为 MSCE ( Mobile Switching Center Emulation ), 但其实现流程都是相同的。
图 5 为本发明移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的触发装置的组成结构示 意图, 如图 5 所示, 本发明移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的触发装置包括 第一发送单元 50、 接收单元 51和第二发送单元 52, 其中, 第一发送单元 50用于向 SCP发送的用于触发被叫路由地址可用触发器的分析信息请求消 息, 携带有 MAH群组智能业务的指示信息; 接收单元 51用于接收接续的 号码的应答; 第二发送单元 52用于在接收单元 51接收到接续的号码的应 答后向所述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息, 携带 有目的号码及改向指示信息, 指示所述 SCP计费。
如图 5 所示, 本发明移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的触发装置还包括 第三发送单元 53 , 用于在所述接续的号码接续失败时, 向 HLR发送改向号 码请求消息, 触发对所述 MAH群组中的下一号码的接续。
所述接续的号码为所述 MAH群组中的接续号码或为外局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中还携带有改向号码信息。 所述接续的号码为固定 电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN 的标识信息; 所述接续的号码为外局移动 号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号码为所述移动号码的临时漫游号 码、 所述改向号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入未知网络的 标识信息; 所述接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识信息。 所述接续号码为固定电话号码或本局移动号码时, 所述改向号码为所述固 定电话号码或所述本局移动号码。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明图 5 所示的移动台接入寻线群组智 能业务的触发装置是为实现图 2至图 4所示的 MAH群组智能业务触发方法 而设计的, 图 5所示装置中的各处理单元的实现功能可参照图 2至图 4所 示的方法中的相关描述而理解, 各单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程 序而实现, 也可通过相应的逻辑电路而实现。 本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 5所示第三发送单元 53并非实现本发明移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的 触发装置的必要技术特征。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的触发方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法包括:
移动交换中心 MSC在向业务控制点 SCP发送的、用于触发被叫路由地 址可用触发器的分析信息请求消息中,携带移动台接入寻线 MAH群组智能 业务的指示信息; 并在接收到接续的号码的应答后, 向所述 SCP发送用于 触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息;
其中, 所述被叫应答请求消息携带有目的号码及改向指示信息, 指示 所述 SCP计费。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接续所述接续的号码失败时, 所述 MSC向归属位置寄存器 HLR发送 改向号码请求消息, 发起对所述 MAH群组中的下一号码的接续。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应答请求消息 中还携带有改向号码信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话 号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入公共交换电话网络 PSTN的标识信息; 所述应答的接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述本局移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识 信息。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为外局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中目的号码为所述移动号码的 临时漫游号码、 所述改向号码为所述移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 未知网络的标识信息;

6、 一种移动台接入寻线群组智能业务的触发装置, 其特征在于, 所述 装置包括第一发送单元、 接收单元和第二发送单元; 其中,
第一发送单元, 用于向 SCP发送的用于触发被叫路由地址可用触发器 的分析信息请求消息;所述分析信息请求消息携带 MAH群组智能业务的指 示信息;
接收单元, 用于接收接续的号码的应答; 以及
第二发送单元, 用于在所述接收单元接收到接续的号码的应答后、 向 所述 SCP发送用于触发被叫应答触发器的被叫应答请求消息; 所述被叫应 答请求消息携带目的号码及改向指示信息, 指示所述 SCP计费。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 第三发送单元, 用于在所述接续的号码接续失败时, 向 HLR发送改向 号码请求消息, 触发对所述 MAH群组中的下一号码的接续。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述被叫应答请求 消息中还携带有改向号码信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述应答的接续的号码 为固定电话号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中的目的号码为所述固定电话 号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入 PSTN的标识信息;
所述应答的接续的号码为本局移动号码时, 所述被叫应答请求消息中 目的号码为所述本局移动号码, 所述改向指示信息为接入本局网络的标识 信息。
