USSD解析单元:从无线收发单元接收到的 USSD消息中提取内容信息, 将中央处理单元发送到无线收发单元的 USSD内容信息加上 USSD消息头, 完成智能公话系统和电子支付系统协议消息与 USSD消息的转换。 存储单元: 存储智能公话和电子支付历史话单、 通话记录、 电子支付菜 单、 电子支付帐单、 系统参数设置等, 还可以存放终端软件程序。 显示单元: 显示终端基本信息、 公话计费信息、 支付菜单、 支付结果等。 接口单元: 连接内置话机按键键盘, 主要用于电子支付交易和终端参数 设置等操作; 还能够提供外接话机接口, 连接带有听筒的话机, 用于智能公 话拨号和接听; 以及提供外接打印接口, 连接打印机, 以便打印智能公话通 话话单、 电子支付话单和发票; 同时还可以提供外接串口, 通过串口更新终 端软件程序; 还能够提供支付卡识别接口, 供电子支付刷卡使用。 在实际应 用中, 可以根据需要增加更多的应用接口。 假设智能公话接入码为 9669, USSD下费服务码为 125 , 交易类型为 1 , 下费指令为 1; 电子支付 USSD服务码为 126, 交易类型为 2, 连接请求指令 为 1 ,重连指令 R,其他指令可按需要进行定义。基本消息格式可以为: *USSD 服务码 #交易类型#操作指令#消息类内容#, 但不限于此。 下面对该终端实现智能公话语音业务和电子支付业务的同时处理的过 程进行更详细的描述: 第一用户使用一体化终端接口单元外接的智能公话话机拨打被叫号码 13966661111 , 拨号被送到中央处理单元, 判断为智能公话业务类型 1 , 则从 存储单元获取智能公话接入码 9669 , 自动在输入的被叫号码前面加上接入 码, 向无线收发单元发送号码 966913966661111。 此时, 中央处理单元直接 向无线收发单元发送呼叫消息, 而不通过 USSD解析单元。 无线收发单元将 呼叫消息发送给智能公话系统。 智能公话系统鉴权通过后接续被叫号码, 开 始通话。 另一用户 (该另一用户可以与第一用户相同, 也可以不同) 同时用一体 化终端内置键盘操作电子支付业务, 按 "交易,, 键, 接口单元将该键盘操作 解析成电子支付连接请求发给中央处理单元, 中央处理单元判断该电子支付 业务的电子支付交易类型为 2, 从存储单元获取 USSD服务码 126。 中央处 理单元中向 USSD解析单元发送电子支付连接请求(指令为 1 ), USSD解析 单元解析成 * 126#2#1#***#, 然后封装成 USSD 消息发送给无线收发单元, 其中, ***代表电子支付连接请求的鉴权信息。 无线收发单元向电子支付系 统发送 USSD消息, 电子支付系统鉴权成功后, 建立 USSD通道。 具体地,中央处理单元对智能公话呼叫和电子支付业务进行处理可以分 为以下三种情况: 第一、 智能公话和电子支付同一时刻触发时, 无线收发单元先呼出智能 公话 966913966661111 , 等待通话建立, 被叫号码 13966661111 已经振铃后, 建立语音信道。 然后进行电子支付呼叫, 无线收发单元将 USSD解析单元解 析的 USSD 请求消息利用语音信道的快速随路控制信道 (Fast Associated Control Channel , 简称为 FACCH )向电子支付系统发送, 并在电子支付系统 鉴权成功后, 建立 USSD通道, 另一用户 (该另一用户可以与第一用户相同, 也可以不同) 通过建立的 USSD通道进行电子支付交易。 第二、 当智能公话先呼叫, 建立语音信道, 并已经进入通话状态且通话 未结束时, 无线收发单元用建立的话音信道的快速随路控制信道, 向电子支 付系统呼出 USSD请求消息, 建立 USSD通道, 另一用户 (该另一用户可以 与第一用户相同, 也可以不同) 通过建立的 USSD通道进行电子支付交易。 第三、 当第一用户先触发电子支付, 已建立 USSD通道时, 另一用户触 发智能公话呼叫, 无线收发单元先断开已建立的 USSD通道, 呼出智能公话 呼叫 966913966661111 , 被叫振铃后, 建立语音信道。 然后, 继续进行电子 支付交易。 同时, 中央处理单元和电子支付业务系统在未超时的情况下, 均 保持原来未完成的电子支付交易不释放。 电子支付系统未收到 USSD响应消 息, 发现 USSD通道断开时, 主动把已发送的 USSD消息再发送一次, 并带 上重连操作指令 R, USSD消息为 * 126#2#R#***#, 此时, 该 USSD消息可 以称为 USSD 重连消息, 但其消息格式不限于上述示例。 电子支付系统的 USSD 重连消息重新 4巴一体化终端和电子支付系统连接起来, 为确保重连成 功, 可以进行多次重连尝试, 直到超时后, 可判断为交易失败。 因此, 一体 化终端用新建立的 USSD通道继续进行电子支付交易。 对于智能公话,当主叫或被叫挂机时智能公话系统把本次通话的话单通 过 USSD消息下发到本终端无线收发单元, 这个操作包含智能公话业务类型 1。 例如, 下发的 USSD消息为 * 125#1#1#0002500010#, 表示月艮务码为 125 , 业务类型智能公话为 1 , 操作指令下费为 1 , 通话时长 25 秒计费 10 分为 0002500010。 对于电子支付, 接入请求鉴权通过后, 经过多次 USSD消息交 互完成电子支付的多个操作指令, 完成一笔交易。 有时, 电子支付操作指令 不能在一个 USSD消息中完全装载, 需要分成多个 USSD消息包下发, 最后 一个 USSD消息包有预定结束符, 比如, 菜单显示指令, 如果菜单消息内容 较多, 需要多次 USSD消息交互才能完成一个指令。 无线收发单元把接收的 多个 USSD消息包转发给 USSD解析单元, USSD解析单元合并 USSD消息 包, 发送给中央处理单元处理。 以上智能公话和电子支付的业务的处理过程 都用同一条 USSD通道, 不存在消息在时间上的冲突, 中央处理单元只需要 按照不同交易类型把消息分发到智能公话模块和电子支付模块完成处理。 智能公话的下费话单通话时长、通话费用等信息以及电子支付交易操作 结果信息可以在同一显示屏幕上显示, 智能公话的下费话单通话时长、 通话 费用等信息以及交易结果也可以通过同一打印机进行打印。 中央处理单元根 据不同的交易类型,在显示屏幕和打印凭证上展现交易类型名称, 以示区别, 避免用户混淆。 同时, 存储单元存储不同交易类型的历史记录, 便于操作完 成后查询历史话单或交易记录。 当遇到需要同时显示和打印时, 中央处理单 元緩存其中一个交易类型信息, 依次显示和打印。 以上 USSD服务码、智能公话接入码、交易类型、操作指令为举例说明, 在实际实现时完全可以另行定义。 终端增加扩展模块和接口, 不影响本发明 实施例的核心内容, 也在本发明的保护内容之内。 基于与方法相同的发明构思,本发明实施例提供了一种实现智能公话和 电子支付一体化的终端, 如图 3所示, 包括: 中央处理单元,用于获取用户输入的智能公话呼叫指令和电子支付连接 请求, 将智能公话呼叫指令输出给无线收发单元, 将电子支付连接请求输出 给 USSD解析单元;
USSD解析单元, 用于将电子支付连接请求解析成 USSD消息, 并输出 给无线收发单元; 无线收发单元, 用于接收智能公话呼叫指令和 USSD消息,根据智能公 话呼叫指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道, 以使所述用户进行通话; 并根据 USSD 消息, 利用语音信道的快速随路控制信道和电子支付系统进行电子支 付交易。 进一步地,无线收发单元具体用于利用 USSD消息和语音信道的快速随 路控制信道与所述电子支付系统建立 USSD通道, 并通过 USSD通道和电子 支付系统进行电子支付交易。 进一步地,无线收发单元具体用于如果在根据所述智能公话呼叫指令和 智能公话系统建立语音信道之前, 已经 居所述电子支付连接请求与所述电 子支付系统建立了 USSD通道,则在接收到智能公话呼叫指令后,断开 USSD 通道, 并根据智能公话呼叫指令与智能公话系统建立语音信道; 从语音信道的快速随路控制信道接收电子支付系统发送的 USSD 重新 连接消息; 根据 USSD 重新连接消息重新建立 USSD 通道, 并通过重新建立的 US SD通道和所述电子支付系统进行电子支付交易。 进一步地, 该终端还包括显示单元。 该无线收发单元还用于在通话结束 后, 接收智能系统发送的通话账单, 并在电子支付交易完成时, 接收电子支 付系统发送的电子支付交易账单; 相应地, 显示单元, 用于显示通话账单和电子支付交易账单。 进一步地, 定义智能公话和电子支付为不同的交易类型标识, 显示单元 具体用于根据交易类型的标识显示通话账单和电子支付交易账单。 在上述发明实施例中 ,通过接收用户输入的智能公话呼叫指令和电子支 付连接请求; 根据智能公话呼叫指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道, 以使用 户进行通话; 并将电子支付连接请求解析成 USSD消息, 根据 USSD消息, 利用语音信道的快速随路控制信道和电子支付系统进行电子支付交易, 可以 实现智能公话和电子支付一体化, 从而有利于节约终端成本, 便于运营商快 速推广业务, 同时, 实现智能公话和电子支付的一体化, 能够实现业务应用 的灵活性。 另夕卜,本发明的实现没有对系统架构和目前的处理流程修改,易于实现, 便于在技术领域中进行推广, 具有较强的工业适用性。 本发明所述方案, 并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。 对本发 明技术所属领域的普通技术人员来说, 可才艮据本发明故出各种相应的改变和 变形, 而所有这些相应的改变和变形都属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

1. 一种实现智能公话和电子支付一体化的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取用户输入的智能公话呼叫指令和电子支付连接请求; 根据所述智能公话呼叫指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道, 以使所 述用户进行通话; 并将所述电子支付连接请求解析成非结构化补充业务
USSD消息, 根据所述 USSD消息, 利用所述语音信道的快速随路控制 信道和电子支付系统进行电子支付交易。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述 USSD消息, 利用所 述语音信道的快速随路控制信道和电子支付系统进行电子支付交易, 包 括:
利用所述 USSD 消息和所述语音信道的快速随路控制信道与所述 电子支付系统建立 USSD通道, 并通过所述 USSD通道和所述电子支付 系统进行电子支付交易。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果在 居所述智能公话呼叫 指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道之前, 已经根据所述电子支付连接请 求与所述电子支付系统建立了 USSD通道, 则在接收到所述智能公话呼 叫指令后, 断开所述 USSD通道, 并根据所述智能公话呼叫指令与所述 智能公话系统建立语音信道;
从所述语音信道的快速随路控制信道接收所述电子支付系统发送 的 USSD重新连接消息;
才艮据所述 USSD重新连接消息重新建立 USSD通道,并通过所述重 新建立的 USSD通道和所述电子支付系统进行电子支付交易。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 在所述通话结束后, 接收所述智能系统发送的通话账单, 并在电子 支付交易完成时, 接收所述电子支付系统发送的电子支付交易账单; 显示所述通话账单和所述电子支付交易账单。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 定义智能公话和电子支付为不 同的交易类型标识, 居所述交易类型标识显示所述通话账单和所述电 子支付交易账单。
6. —种实现智能公话和电子支付一体化的终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
中央处理单元,用于获取用户输入的智能公话呼叫指令和电子支付 连接请求, 将所述智能公话呼叫指令输出给无线收发单元, 将所述电子 支付连接请求输出给 USSD解析单元;
所述 USSD解析单元,用于所述电子支付连接请求解析成 USSD消 息, 并输出给无线收发单元;
所述无线收发单元, 用于接收所述智能公话呼叫指令和所述 USSD 消息, 根据所述智能公话呼叫指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道, 以使 所述用户进行通话; 并 居所述 USSD消息, 利用所述语音信道的快速 随路控制信道和电子支付系统进行电子支付交易。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述无线收发单元具体用于利 用所述 USSD消息和所述语音信道的快速随路控制信道与所述电子支付 系统建立 USSD通道, 并通过所述 USSD通道和所述电子支付系统进行 电子支付交易。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 如果在 -据所述智能公话呼叫 指令和智能公话系统建立语音信道之前, 已经根据所述电子支付连接请 求与所述电子支付系统建立了 USSD通道, 则所述无线收发单元具体用 于在接收到所述智能公话呼叫指令后, 断开所述 USSD通道, 并根据所 述智能公话呼叫指令与所述智能公话系统建立语音信道;
从所述语音信道的快速随路控制信道接收所述电子支付系统发送 的 USSD重新连接消息;
才艮据所述 USSD重新连接消息重新建立 USSD通道,并通过所述重 新建立的 USSD通道和所述电子支付系统进行电子支付交易。
9. 如权利要求 6至 8中任意一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 显示 单元;
所述无线收发单元还用于在所述通话结束后 ,接收所述智能系统发 送的通话账单, 并在电子支付交易完成时, 接收所述电子支付系统发送 的电子支付交易账单;
