Abstract
Die vorliegende Anmeldung beschäftigt sich mit einem elektrochirurgischen Instrument zum Fassen, Koagulieren und Durchtrennen von Gefäßen. Bei derartigen Instrumenten ist es wichtig, einen ausreichend sicheren Gewebeverschluss zu erzielen, bevor ein Durchtrennen des Gewebes vorgenommen wird. Die vorliegende Anmeldung schlägt ein elektrochirurgisches Instrument, insbesondere eine elektrochirurgische Zange, mit einem ersten Maulteil und einem zweiten Maulteil vor. Dieses Instrument umfasst mindestens ein Anpresselement am ersten Maulteil und mindestens eine Aufnahmefläche am zweiten Maulteil, wobei die Maulteile innerhalb einer Führungsebene aus einer Aufnahmeposition in eine Fixierposition verschwenkbar angeordnet sind, wobei in der Fixierposition ein Abschnitt eines Hohlorgans zwischen dem mindestens einen Anpresselement und der mindestens einen Aufnahmefläche mit einer Anpresskraft fixierbar ist, wobei zur Erhöhung der Anpresskraft die Aufnahmeflächen zumindest abschnittsweise gegenüber der Führungsebene spitzwinklig geneigt ist.
