Abstract

Provided is a fabric formation method connecting together stitches on the edges in the wale direction of a knitted fabric on the front and back by weft knitting, in which the knitted fabric on the front and back is capable of being formed without connecting stitches when the border of the knitted fabric on the front and back is viewed from the front of the fabric. Also provided is a fabric formed by applying the method. Purl stitches (ζ, θ) are alternately formed on stitches on the edges in the wale direction of the frontside knitted fabric (20F) and on stitches on the edges in the wale direction of the backside knitted fabric (20B), and the purl stitches (ζ, θ) are weft knitted into the reverse side of the fabric. In so doing, knitting yarn, which extends from previously formed purl stitches (ζ, (θ)) to a feeder, forms the subsequent purl stitches (θ, (ζ)) after moving the feeder to intersect the front of the previous purl stitches (ζ, (θ)).

Description

Knitting method of knitted fabric and knitted fabric
The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric in which the stitches at the ends in the wale direction of the respective knitted fabric portions that are locked to the front and back needle beds are connected by a bind-off process using a flat knitting machine, and the knitting method thereof It relates to the knitted fabric obtained by
When knitting a knitted fabric with a flat knitting machine, as a method of processing so that the stitch of the final course of the knitted fabric (the stitch at the end of the wale direction) cannot be unraveled, a bind off treatment can be mentioned. In the bind off process, adjacent stitches are overlapped in the final course of the knitted fabric, and the stitches of the next course are newly formed following the overlapped double stitches (double stitches). Then, the knitting in which the newly formed stitch is further overlapped with the adjacent stitch to form the stitch of the next course is repeated from one end side to the other end side in the knitting width direction of the knitted fabric.
Such a bind-off process can also be used to join the knitted fabric portions formed respectively on the front and back needle beds. For example, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when performing the bind off process by joining the shoulders of the front and back knitted fabric parts, the bind off does not appear on the front side of the knitted fabric when the knitted fabric is worn. A method of knitting a knitted fabric in which a bind-off is arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric is disclosed.
Japanese Patent No. 3798062
The knitted fabric knitted by the techniques of Patent Documents 1 and 2 above is arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric and suppresses the protruding of the knitted fabric that appears on the front side, but the bind side on the front side of the knitted fabric The processed part appears as a boundary between the front and rear knitted fabric parts. As an example, a photograph of a bind-off processing unit knitted by the knitting method of Patent Document 1 is shown in FIG. Since this boundary can be regarded as a design of the knitted fabric, there is no particular problem, but with the recent diversification of needs, the boundary of the knitted fabric part before and after this is not visible from the front side of the knitted fabric It is also desirable to do.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to knit the boundary between the front and rear knitted fabric portions when connecting the stitches at the ends in the wale direction of the front and rear knitted fabric portions by the bind-off process. An object of the present invention is to provide a knitting method of a knitted fabric that allows the front and rear knitted fabric portions to be knitted seamlessly when viewed from the front side of the ground, and a knitted fabric knitted by applying the method.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventor firstly forms a back stitch on the end of the knitted fabric portion in the wale direction, and arranges the back side of the knitted fabric on the back side of the knitted fabric as a back stitch. We thought that the boundary between the front and back knitted fabric parts could be made inconspicuous by carrying out alternately on the ground part. The back stitch is a stitch drawn from the old stitch from the front side to the back side of the knitted fabric, and the knitting yarn that connects the alternately formed back stitches appears on the front side of the knitted fabric at the boundary of the front and back knitted fabric parts. This is because it seems to look like a stitch.
However, when knitting of a considerable pattern was attempted in order to place the back side of the knitted fabric on the back side of the knitted fabric, the knitting before and after the knitted fabric knitted by the knitting method shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2 The boundary of the ground became conspicuous. Therefore, when the inventor made a trial study on the knitted fabric in detail, a part extending from the bind off (back stitch) formed on one knitted fabric portion to the bind off (back stitch) formed on the other knitted fabric portion. It was found that the knitting yarns were arranged so as to wrap around the other binding. Then, the knitting yarn should be placed on the back side of the knitted fabric by pulling the other bind-off and reversing or twisting the bind-off and the old stitch where the bind-off is formed. It has been found that the bind-offs are exposed on the front side of the knitted fabric.
As a result of the trial and error described above, the present inventor has formed the back stitches arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric by controlling the arrangement state of the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder when alternately forming the back stitches at the front and back needle beds. The present inventors have found that the problem of inversion can be solved and have completed the present invention. Based on this finding, the present invention is defined below.
The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention has at least a pair of front and back needle beds, is rackable, and is locked to the front and back needle beds using a flat knitting machine capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the direction in which the bind-off is sequentially formed in the longitudinal direction of the needle bed is the bind-off direction, the direction opposite to the bind-off direction, and the direction toward the portion where the bind-off starts to form. When the start direction is set, the following [1] and [2] are included alternately using a knitting yarn fed from one yarn feeder.
[1] Of the two adjacent stitches of the knitted fabric portion locked to one of the needle beds, these two stitches are arranged such that the stitch on the start end side is a bind-off stitch arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric portion. To overlap each other, following the overlap, newly form a back stitch that will be the next bind-off placed on the back side of the knitted fabric portion.
[2] Of the two adjacent stitches of the knitted fabric portion locked to the other needle bed, these two stitches are set so that the stitch on the start end side becomes a bind-off stitch arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric portion. To overlap each other, following the overlap, newly form a back stitch that will be the next bind-off placed on the back side of the knitted fabric portion.
In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, when the back stitches are alternately formed in the above process, the yarn feed port so that the knitting yarn extending from the previously formed back stitches to the yarn feed port intersects the front side of the back stitches. The next back stitch is formed after moving.
By the way, the back stitch is formed by transferring the old stitch locked to one needle bed to the other needle bed and knit the old stitch. When the formed new stitch is viewed from one needle bed side, it becomes a back stitch drawn from the old stitch from one needle bed side toward the other needle bed side. In the present specification, the “front side of the back stitch” in this specification refers to one needle bed side of the newly formed stitch (back stitch).
As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, among the adjacent stitches of the knitted fabric portion locked to one needle bed, the stitches on the start end direction side are stitches α and the stitches on the bind off direction side are stitches β. Of the adjacent stitches of the knitted fabric portion locked to the other needle bed, when the stitches on the start end direction side are the stitches γ and the stitches on the bind off direction side are the stitches δ, the following steps A to H It is preferable to repeat these steps A to H.
[Step A] The stitch γ is transferred to one of the opposing needle beds in a state where the yarn feeder is arranged on the start end direction side of the stitch γ.
[Step B] The stitch γ is formed by overlapping the stitch γ and the stitch δ.
[Step C] While the yarn feeder is reciprocated so as to pass through the double stitch ε, the yarn is fed to the knitting needle to which the double stitch ε is locked to form the back stitch ζ.
[Step D] The back stitch ζ is transferred to the other needle bed.
[Step E] In a state where the yarn feeder is arranged on the start end direction side with respect to the stitch α, the stitch α is transferred to the opposite needle bed.
[Step F] The stitch α is formed by superimposing the stitch α and the stitch β.
[Step G] While the yarn feeder is reciprocated so as to pass through the double stitch η, the yarn is fed to the knitting needle to which the double stitch η is locked to form the back stitch θ.
[Step H] The back stitch θ is transferred to one needle bed.
In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention comprising the steps A to H described above, at least one of the formation of the back stitch ζ in the step C and the formation of the back stitch θ in the step G is in the bind off direction of the reciprocating movement of the yarn feeder. This can be done during the forward movement.
Further, at least one of the formation of the back stitch ζ in the step C and the formation of the back stitch θ in the step G can be performed when the yarn feeder is reciprocated in the start end direction.
On the other hand, the knitted fabric of the present invention is a knitted fabric comprising a front knitted fabric portion, a rear knitted fabric portion, and a bind-off processing portion that connects the stitches at the end portions in the wale direction of the front and rear knitted fabric portions by a bind-off stitch. Related. The bind-off processing section of the knitted fabric of the present invention has a first bind-off formed of a back stitch that is overlapped from the back side of the knitted fabric when the knitted fabric is viewed from the front side. And the 2nd bind-off stitch which consists of the back stitch overlapped from the back side of the knitted fabric on the stitch of the end part of the other knitted fabric part in the wale direction has a place which continues alternately. And, in the bind-off processing section, the present invention knitted fabric connects the first bind-off and the second bind-off, and all the connecting yarns passing between the stitches at the end portions in the wale direction of the front and back knitted fabric portions are the first It is arranged on the front side of the knitted fabric with respect to the bind-off and the second bind-off.
According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the bind-off stitches formed in the front and back knitted fabric portions are arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric, and the connecting yarns connecting the bind-off stitches formed in the front and back knitted fabric portions, The knitted fabric of the present invention appearing on the front side of the knitted fabric can be knitted.
In addition, the knitted fabric of the present invention looks very good because the bind-off processing portion that connects the knitted fabric portions before and after the knitted fabric is viewed from the front side of the knitted fabric without any joints. . This is because the bind-off thread of the bind-off processing section is arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric, and the connecting yarn that connects the bind-off stitches alternately formed on the front and back knitted fabric portions is like a stitch on the front side of the knitted fabric This is because it can be seen (see FIG. 4 of the embodiment described later).

Hereinafter, first to third embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Each of the knitting described in these embodiments is an example of knitting using a two-bed flat knitting machine having a pair of front and back needle beds extending in the left-right direction and facing each other in the front-rear direction. Of course, the flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed flat knitting machine.
[First Embodiment]
In 1st Embodiment, as shown to S1 of FIG. 1, the front side knitted fabric part 20F latched by a front needle bed (henceforth FB), and the rear side latched by a rear needle bed (henceforth BB). An example in which the knitted fabric portion 20B is joined by the bind off process will be described. “Upper case alphabet + number” described in the left column of FIG. 1 to be referred to is the number of the knitting process, the arrow described in the right column is the moving direction of the yarn feeder, and “K” is the knit as the yarn feeder moves. Indicates what to do. In FIG. 1, ◯ indicates a stitch that is locked to the needle bed, ● indicates a stitch that is knitted in each knitting step, ◎ indicates a double stitch, and ▼ indicates a yarn feeder. Further, in FIG. 1, since the bind-off process starts to be formed from the left side of the page and the bind-off process is sequentially performed toward the right side, the right direction of the page is referred to as the “bound direction RS”, and the left direction of the page is referred to as the “starting edge”. Called “direction LS”. Note that these definitions in FIG. 1 are the same for FIGS. 2, 5, and 6 described later.
First, from the state of S1 in FIG. 1 where the front knitted fabric portion 20F is locked to the FB and the rear knitted fabric portion 20B is locked to the BB, the rear knitted fabric portion locked to the knitting needle 2 of the BB. The stitch γ at the left end of 20B is transferred to the knitting needle 2 (knitting needle between the stitch α and the stitch β) facing the stitch (S2). At this time, the yarn feeder is on the start end direction LS side with respect to the stitch γ, and the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder is connected to the stitch α locked to the knitting needle 1 of the FB. Then, the stitch γ locked on the knitting needle 4 of the BB adjacent to the stitch γ in S1 is superimposed on the stitch γ transferred in S2, thereby forming a double stitch ε (S3). In forming this double stitch ε, racking of the needle bed may be used.
Next, while the yarn feeder is moved in the bind-off direction RS, a new stitch ζ is formed following the double stitch ε formed on the knitting needle 2 of the FB in S3 (S4). Thereafter, the yarn feeder is moved in the starting end direction LS, stopped in the starting end direction LS side from the stitch α at the left end of the front knitted fabric portion 20F (S5), and the new stitch ζ formed in S4 is opposed to the BB knitting needle 2 (S6). The stitch ζ newly formed in S4 to S6 is a stitch that becomes a bind-off stitch in the subsequent process, and is a back stitch formed following the stitch of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B. Further, the stitch γ at the left end of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B where the bind off processing is started is disposed on the back side of the finished knitted fabric.
When the bind-off process for the stitch γ at the left end of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B is completed in S1 to S6, the bind-off processing for the stitch α at the left end of the front knitted fabric portion 20F is started. Specifically, the stitch α at the left end of the front knitted fabric portion 20F locked to the knitting needle 1 of the FB is transferred to the knitting needle 1 of the BB (S7), and the knitting needle 3 of the FB is transferred to the transferred stitch α. The stitches β to be locked are overlapped to form the overlap stitch η (S8). At this time, the knitting yarn formed in S4 and extending from the stitch ζ locked to the BB knitting needle 2 at the time of S7 to the yarn feeder is the front side of the stitch α transferred to the BB knitting needle 1 in S7, that is, the front side of the stitch α. It arrange | positions at the front side of the knitted fabric parts 20F and 20B before and after joining.
Next, while moving the yarn feeder in the bind-off direction RS, a new stitch θ following the double stitch η formed in S8 is formed (S9), and then the yarn feeder is moved in the starting end direction LS. Is positioned closer to the start direction LS than the stitch θ locked to the knitting needle 1 of BB (S10). The newly formed stitch θ is a stitch that will become a bind-off stitch in a subsequent process, and is a stitch that is formed following the stitch of the front knitted fabric portion 20F. The stitch θ and the stitch ζ are directly connected by a knitting yarn.
Further, from the state of S10 in FIG. 1, the stitches locked to the knitting needles 1 and 2 of the BB are transferred to the knitting needle 3 of the FB and the knitting needle 4 of the BB, respectively (S11 in FIG. 2). Then, the stitch γ that is locked to the knitting needle 4 of the BB that is the stitch at the left end of the rear knitted fabric portion 20B that is locked to the BB through S1 to S11 (the same stitch as the stitch ζ formed by the S2 to S6) ) And the stitch α locked to the knitting needle 3 of the FB that is the stitch at the left end of the front knitted fabric portion 20F (the same stitch as the stitch θ formed by S7 to S10) is as follows: The bind-off process.
(S16)。 First, the stitch γ locked on the BB knitting needle 4 is transferred to the FB knitting needle 4 facing the FB (S12), and the stitch δ locked on the BB knitting needle 6 is superimposed on the stitch γ. The eye ε is formed (S13). Then, while moving the yarn feeder in the bind-off direction RS, a new stitch ζ following the double stitch ε of the FB knitting needle 4 is formed (S14), and the yarn feeder is immediately moved in the starting end direction LS, and the front knitted fabric portion After the yarn feeder is disposed on the start end direction LS side of the 20F stitch α (S15), the stitch ζ formed in S14 is transferred to the BB knitting needle 4 (S16).
(S20)。 Next, the bind-off process is performed on the stitch α locked to the knitting needle 3 of the FB that has become the stitch at the left end of the front knitted fabric portion 20F through S1 to S11. Specifically, the stitches locked to the knitting needles 3 of the FB are transferred to the knitting needles 3 of the BB facing each other (S17). At this time, the knitting yarn formed in S14 and extending from the stitch ζ locked to the BB knitting needle 4 at S17 to the yarn feeder is the front side of the stitch α transferred to the BB knitting needle 3 in S17, that is, the front side of the stitch α. It is arranged on the front side of the knitted fabric part before and after being joined. In this state, the stitch β of the FB knitting needle 5 is superimposed on the stitch α transferred in S17 (S18), and the stitch η formed in S18 is continued while the yarn feeder is moved in the bind-off direction RS. A new stitch θ is formed (S19). Then, the yarn feeder is moved in the starting direction LS, and the yarn feeder is positioned closer to the starting direction LS than the stitch θ formed in S19 and locked to the knitting needle 3 of the BB (S20).
Here, looking at the arrangement state of the stitches in S20, the stitches of the front and rear knitted fabric portions are reduced by one compared to the arrangement state of the stitches in S10 of FIG. It is only shifted to RS. Therefore, the bind-off process after S20 may be repeated by knitting similar to S11 to S20.
Fig. 3 shows a loop diagram of the knitted fabric obtained through the above knitting process, and Fig. 4 shows a photograph of the knitted fabric. In FIG. 3, the front knitted fabric portion 20 </ b> F and the rear knitted fabric portion 20 </ b> B are represented by thin lines, and the bind off processing unit 20 </ b> X is represented by a thick line.
As can be seen from the loop diagram shown in FIG. 3, the back stitch θ formed following the stitch at the end of the wale direction of the front knitted fabric portion 20F and the stitch at the end of the wale direction of the rear knitted fabric portion are formed. The back stitches ζ and ζ are alternately formed, and these back stitches θ and ζ are arranged on the back side (the back side of the drawing) of the knitted fabric as bind-off stitches. Moreover, in this knitted fabric, the knitting yarn (crossover yarn) that connects the front and rear bind-offs and crosses between the front and back knitted fabric portions is arranged on the front side than the bind-off when the knitted fabric is viewed from the front side. Yes. Thereby, on either side of the front knitted fabric portion 20F and the rear knitted fabric portion 20B, the bind-off α (γ) on the start end direction side (left side of the drawing) and the stitch β (δ) at the end of the knitted fabric portion. The bind-off stitch θ (ζ) formed with respect to the double stitch composed of is pulled out from the front side to the back side of the knitted fabric. Because of the relationship between the bind-off and the crossover yarn, the crossover yarn does not pull and turn over the bind-off yarn, and the crossover yarn looks like a stitch arranged between the front and back knitted fabric portions. As shown in the photograph of FIG. 4, the bind-off processing unit that connects the front and rear knitted fabric portions is almost indistinguishable.
[Second Embodiment]
In the second embodiment, a knitting method of a knitted fabric that differs from the first embodiment in part of the bind-off process, and a knitted fabric obtained by the knitting method will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, since the knitting process of 2nd Embodiment and the knitting process of 1st Embodiment are common in most parts, only the difference between both is demonstrated below.
This second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the following points. First, in the first embodiment, as shown in S4 and S9 in FIG. 1 and S14 and S19 in FIG. 2, when forming a back stitch ζ (θ) that becomes a bind-off stitch following the double stitch ε (η), The back stitch ζ (θ) was formed when the yarn was moved in the bind-off direction RS. On the other hand, in the second embodiment, when forming the back stitch ζ (θ) that becomes the bind-off following the double stitch ε (η), it is not formed when the yarn feeder is moved in the bind-off direction RS. (T4, T9 in FIG. 5 and T14, T19 in FIG. 6), formed when the yarn feeder is inverted in the starting direction LS (T5, T10 in FIG. 5 and T15, T20 in FIG. 6).
FIG. 7 shows a loop diagram of the knitted fabric obtained by the knitting method shown in FIGS. Also in the knitted fabric shown in FIG. 7, as with the knitted fabric obtained in the first embodiment, the back stitch θ formed following the stitch at the end in the wale direction of the front knitted fabric portion 20F, and the rear knitted fabric The back stitches ζ formed following the stitches at the end of the wale direction of the part are alternately formed, and these back stitches θ and ζ are arranged on the back side (the back side of the paper surface) of the knitted fabric as bind-off stitches. Moreover, in this knitted fabric, the knitting yarn (crossover yarn) that connects the front and rear bind-offs and crosses between the front and back knitted fabric portions is arranged on the front side than the bind-off when the knitted fabric is viewed from the front side. Yes. For this reason, the bind-off processing unit that connects the front and rear knitted fabric portions is almost indistinguishable.
[Third Embodiment]
In the first embodiment, the back that becomes the bind-off is formed by knitting in the bind-off direction RS, and in the second embodiment, the back that becomes the bind-off is formed by knitting in the start end direction LS. The knitting in the bind off direction RS and the knitting in the start direction LS may be mixed.
For example, in the rear knitted fabric portion, a back stitch is formed by knitting in the bind-off direction RS, and the yarn feeder is returned to the start end direction LS, and in the front knitted fabric portion, the feed in the bind-off direction is performed. If the knitting is not performed at the time of movement of the yarn end and the back stitch that becomes the bind-off is formed by knitting in the starting end direction LS, the bind-off processing having the arrangement state of the knitting yarn as shown in the loop diagram of FIG. Is done. Contrary to FIG. 8 (A), the back knitting of the back knitted fabric part is formed by knitting in the start direction LS, and the back knitting of the front knitted fabric part is formed by knitting in the bind down direction RS. Then, the bind off process as shown in the loop diagram of FIG. 8B is performed. In the knitted fabrics shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, as in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the bind-off consisting of the back stitch is arranged on the back side of the knitted fabric, and the front and back bind-up stitches are arranged. Since the connecting yarns are arranged on the front side of the bind-off, the bind-off processing unit 20X that connects the front and back knitted fabric portions 20F, 20B of the knitted fabric is hardly discernable visually.
In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably. For example, when knitting a sleeveless knitted fabric, the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention may be applied to joining the front and back body parts with shoulder portions. In that case, before joining the shoulders with the bind off process, turn back knitting to increase the knitting course sequentially from the cuffs of the knitted fabric toward the neckline, and then the front and back body parts by the knitting method of the present invention knitted fabric Can be joined.
