如图 1、 图 2所示, 自动护理床, 包括床体 1、 排便吸座 2、 排便吸座自动翻转装置 3和排便收集处理装置 4, 排便收集处理装置 4。
作为本实施例的重要组成部分, 床体 1包括床底盘 11, 所述床底盘 11下安装有脚 轮 l la,所述床底盘 11上还安装有脚轮制动装置 l ib, 脚轮制动装置 l ib为与具有制动 结构的脚轮连接的脚轮制动踏杆; 所述床底盘 11 上表面安装有床架 12, 所述床架 12 和所述床底盘 11之间安装有床架升降装置; 所述床架升降装置包括位于床头端的床架 前倾升降装置 12a, 位于床尾端的床架后倾升降装置 12b; 所述床架前倾升降装置 12a 和床架后倾升降装置 12b为电动推杆。
所述床架 12上表面分为三部分, 依次安装有背部活动床板 131、 中间床板 132、 腿 部活动床板 133,所述背部活动床板 131与所述床架 12之间安装有背部床板仰起驱动装 置 131a,所述腿部活动床板 133与所述床架 12之间安装有腿部床板抬起驱动装置 133a, 所述中间床板 132上开有护理孔 132a; 所述背部活动床板 131、 中间床板 132、 腿部活 动床板 133都具有各自的支撑框架。
所述背部床板仰起驱动装置 131a和腿部床板抬起驱动装置 133a均为电动推杆。 床底盘 11采用方形钢管和圆管焊接制成,两端分别固定 4只可锁止的脚轮 l la,通 过脚轮制动踏杆等组成的脚轮制动装置, 实现床体的移动和锁止。
床体升降通过两套摇杆组件、 所述床架前倾升降装置 12a和床架后倾升降装置 12b 实现, 摇杆组件是机械设计中的常用结构, 本实施例中不再具体描述。 使用时分别按下 操作系统的床体升、 降功能按钮, 同时启动两个床体升降电动推杆可以实现床体整体的 升降; 按下床体前倾按钮: 启动床头位置的电动推杆, 实现床体的前倾; 按下床体后倾 按钮, 启动床尾位置的电动推杆, 实现床体的后倾功能。
床头板 12c、床尾板 12d采用环保塑料制成,通过锁止部件分别安装在床架 12的两 端, 可以方便安装和拆卸。
使用时, 分别按下操作系统背部升、 降按钮, 启动背部升降电动推杆, 实现背部床 板的升 /降功能; 分别按下操作系统腿部升、 降按钮, 启动腿部升降电动推杆, 实现腿 部床板的升 /降功能。
中间床板 132、 褥子和床单中间开设一个长椭圆的护理孔 132a, 以容纳排便吸座 2 翻转升降。
床体的功能动作是通过操作系统、 控制器进行控制, 驱动相应的电动推杆实现, 图 4-图 9分别示出了本发明背部升降、 腿部升降、 背部和腿部同时升降、 床体升降、 床体 前倾和床体后倾的功能。
作为本实施例的重要组成部分, 排便吸座 2位于所述中间床板 132下方; 排便吸座 2的结构在专利 200720025869. 7中有详细的描述,区别是将收集口和供水供风口都设置 在排便吸座的底部。
作为本实施例的重要组成部分, 如图 3所示, 排便吸座自动翻转装置 3, 所述排便 吸座自动翻转装置 3上安装有所述排便吸座 2, 并驱动所述排便吸座 2穿过所述护理孔 132a运行至床面以上或运行至床面以下;所述排便吸座自动翻转装置 3上还安装有护理 孔堵板 35a, 用于封堵所述护理孔 132a。
所述排便吸座自动翻转装置 3包括:
拉杆 31, 所述拉杆 31上套装有吸座翻转套管 32和护理孔堵板翻转套管 33, 所述 拉杆 31具有沿轴线移动的自由度, 所述吸座翻转套管 32和护理孔堵板翻转套管 33具 有分别沿所述拉杆 31转动的自由度; 所述吸座翻转套管 32上固定安装有排便吸座 2, 所述护理孔堵板翻转套管 33上安装有护理孔堵板 35a;
拉杆推动装置, 与所述拉杆 31连接, 带动所述排便吸座 2或所述护理孔堵板 35a 移动至护理孔 132a下方; 所述拉杆推动装置为水平电动推杆 36。
翻转驱动装置, 与所述吸座翻转套管 32或护理孔堵板翻转套管 33动力连接, 分别 驱动所述吸座翻转套管 32和护理孔堵板翻转套管 33翻转。所述翻转驱动装置包括翻转 电动推杆 37, 与所述翻转电动推杆 37连接的翻转齿条 38, 所述吸座翻转套管 32和护 理孔堵板翻转套管 33上分别固定安装有翻转齿轮 39、 310, 所述翻转齿条 38驱动与所 述翻转齿条 38啮合的翻转齿轮 39、 310转动。
所述拉杆 31上对应于所述吸座翻转套管 32位置沿圆周方向设有吸座翻转限位长孔 311,所述吸座翻转套管 32上安装有伸入所述吸座翻转限位长孔 311的吸座定位销 312; 所述拉杆 31上对应于所述护理孔堵板翻转套管 33位置沿圆周方向设有护理孔堵板翻转 限位长孔 313,所述护理孔堵板翻转套管 33上安装有伸入所述护理孔堵板翻转限位长孔 的护理孔堵板定位销 314。
所述排便吸座自动翻转装置 3的工作原理如下:
所述拉杆 31通过拉杆支架 316、 317固定在横梁 315上 (横梁 315安装在床架 12 上), 可以实现轴向平移, 水平电动推杆 36通过水平推杆连接组件 320作用于拉杆 31, 实现排便吸座 34和护理孔堵板 35的平行移动功能。 当需要实现排便功能时, 按下控制 器上的操作按钮, 启动翻转电动推杆 37, 翻转电动推杆 37收縮动作,通过翻转齿条 38, 驱动翻转齿轮 310, 带动护理孔堵板翻转套管 33向下翻转, 向下翻转角度为 90度时, 护理孔堵板 35脱离床体护理孔, 此时翻转电动推杆 37收縮至最小行程, 触发位置传感 器 328, 翻转动作停止, 同时启动水平电动推杆 36伸出动作, 通过水平推杆连接组件 320联动拉杆 31向前移动, 当行程至最大时, 触发位置传感器 326, 水平动作停止, 此 时排便吸座 34正好与床体护理孔位置对中, 同时启动翻转电动推杆 37伸出动作, 此时 翻转齿条 38与吸座翻转套管 32上的翻转齿轮 39啮合,带动吸座翻转套管 32向上翻转, 当翻转电动推杆 37延伸至最大行程, 翻转角度为 90度时, 触发位置传感器 327, 翻转 动作停止, 排便吸座 34翻转至床面以上, 由于此时翻转齿条 38与吸座翻转套管 32上 的齿轮 39处于啮合状态,排便吸座 34位置被锁止而不能自由落下,实现病人排便功能。
当不使用排便吸座 34时, 按下控制器的操作按钮, 启动翻转电动推杆 37, 翻转电 动推杆 37收縮动作带动吸座翻转套管 32向下翻转, 翻转角度为 90度时, 排便吸座脱 离床体护理孔,翻转电动推杆 37收縮至最小行程,触发位置传感器 329,翻转动作停止, 同时启动水平电动推杆 36收縮动作,通过水平推杆连接组件 320联动拉杆 31向后移动, 当行程至最小时, 触发位置传感器 325, 水平动作停止, 此时护理孔堵板 35与床体护理 孔位置对中, 同时启动翻转电动推杆 37伸出动作, 此时翻转齿条 38与护理孔堵板翻转 套管 33的翻转齿轮 310啮合, 带动护理孔堵板翻转套管 33向上翻转, 当翻转电动推杆 37延伸至最大行程, 翻转角度为 90度时, 触发位置传感器 328, 翻转动作停止, 护理 孔堵板 35将床体护理孔堵住,此时翻转齿条 38与护理孔堵板翻转套管 33上的齿轮 310 处于啮合状态, 护理孔堵板 35位置被锁止, 实现病人活动翻身等功能。
排便吸座 34和护理孔堵板 35的平移、 翻转动作, 分别通过位置传感器 325、 326、
327、 328实现位置检测, 信号传输到控制器, 由单片机程序控制水平电动推杆 36和翻 转电动推杆 37,通过有线或无线遥控手柄操作, 实现排便吸座 34和护理孔堵板 35的位 置转换和翻转功能。
作为本实施例的重要组成部分, 如图 1和图 2所示, 排便收集处理装置 4, 与所述 排便吸座 2连接, 收集并处理从所述排便吸座 2接收的大小便,本实施例中的排便收集 处理装置 4 为自动式病人方便护理机的主机, 该护理机的专利申请号为 200710016738. 7, 具体结构和功能在专利文献中具有详细的描述, 在此不再赘述。
本发明适用于卧床老年人和伤残、 弱智、 无知觉病人床上大小便, 更换洗浴头后可 以进行洗澡。 当需要排便时, 排便吸座翻转升起, 排便吸座内置的传感器电路对病人的 大、 小便自动识别, 启动相应的工作模式, 无需陪护人员监控; 排便后可对病人排便部 位进行清洗、 热风烘干, 同时对排出的气体进行触媒除臭, 负离子杀菌,保证室内空气 清洁; 不需要时排便吸座降下, 护理孔堵板将护理孔堵上, 病人可以自由翻身活动。 从 而实现了人性化的护理服务, 省时省力。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 自动护理床, 其特征在于, 包括:
床体, 包括床底盘; 所述床底盘上表面安装有床架, 所述床架和所述床底盘之间安 装有床架升降装置;所述床架上表面分为三部分,依次安装有背部活动床板、中间床板、 腿部活动床板, 所述背部活动床板与所述床架之间安装有背部床板仰起驱动装置, 所述 腿部活动床板与所述床架之间安装有腿部床板抬起驱动装置,所述中间床板上开有护理 孔;
排便吸座, 位于所述中间床板下方;
排便吸座自动翻转装置, 所述排便吸座自动翻转装置上安装有所述排便吸座, 并驱 动所述排便吸座穿过所述护理孔运行至床面以上或运行至床面以下; 所述排便吸座自动 翻转装置上还安装有护理孔堵板, 用于封堵所述护理孔;
排便收集处理装置,与所述排便吸座连接,收集并处理从所述排便吸座接收的污物。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述床底盘下安装有脚轮, 所 述床底盘上还安装有脚轮制动装置。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述床架升降装置包括位于床 头端的床架前倾升降装置, 位于床尾端的床架后倾升降装置。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述床架前倾升降装置和床架 后倾升降装置为电动推杆。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述背部床板仰起驱动装置和 腿部床板抬起驱动装置为电动推杆。
6. 如权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述排便吸 座自动翻转装置包括:
拉杆, 所述拉杆上套装有吸座翻转套管和护理孔堵板翻转套管, 所述拉杆具有沿轴 线移动的自由度,所述吸座翻转套管和护理孔堵板翻转套管具有分别沿所述拉杆转动的 自由度; 所述吸座翻转套管上固定安装有排便吸座, 所述护理孔堵板翻转套管上安装有 护理孔堵板;
拉杆推动装置, 与所述拉杆连接, 带动所述排便吸座或所述护理孔堵板移动至护理 孔下方;
翻转驱动装置, 与所述吸座翻转套管或护理孔堵板翻转套管动力连接, 分别驱动所 述吸座翻转套管和护理孔堵板翻转套管翻转。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述拉杆推动装置为水平电动 推杆。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述翻转驱动装置包括翻转电 动推杆, 与所述翻转电动推杆连接的翻转齿条, 所述吸座翻转套管和护理孔堵板翻转套 管上分别固定安装有翻转齿轮, 所述翻转齿条驱动与所述翻转齿条啮合的翻转齿轮转 动。
9. 如权利要求 6所述的自动护理床, 其特征在于, 所述拉杆上对应于所述吸座翻 转套管位置沿圆周方向设有吸座翻转限位长孔,所述吸座翻转套管上安装有伸入所述吸 座翻转限位长孔的吸座定位销; 所述拉杆上对应于所述护理孔堵板翻转套管位置沿圆周 方向设有护理孔堵板翻转限位长孔,所述护理孔堵板翻转套管上安装有伸入所述护理孔 堵板翻转限位长孔的护理孔堵板定位销。
