本发明涉及鞋类领域,特别是涉及一种具有弹性防水性能的皮鞋 及其制备方法。 本申请是基于申请日 2009年 8月 11 日的、 申请号 200910041801. 1 的中国发明专利申请, 上述专利申请的内容作为参 考引入文本。 背景技术
皮鞋是人们生活中常用的一种衣着用品,传统的全皮制做的皮鞋 不仅具有穿着高贵优雅的质感、而且能够体现使用者的身份档次, 并 且由于其内部采用真皮制成, 因而能够吸收足部潮气, 具有久穿而不 生异味的特点。
现有技术中, 由于传统的皮鞋鞋底通常为僵硬的皮革制做, 因而 不具有弹性, 柔软度差, 使用者穿着行走时足部容易产生疲劳, 更有 甚者, 如果经久穿着行走, 足部还常常由于皮鞋的长期压力及摩擦容 易出现生茧、产生死皮或者足部感到疲劳等现象, 严重影响了使用者 穿着皮鞋的舒适度。而且, 传统的全皮皮鞋不具有防水作用, 遇到潮 湿地或者雨天,皮革鞋面及皮革鞋底会因吸收水分而导致鞋内潮湿不 适, 并且皮鞋遇水后皮革纤维容易变形松软, 皮鞋的耐磨性能及粘着 力将会大大下降, 容易造成全皮皮鞋脱底或者加速皮鞋的磨损, 严重 影响皮鞋的美观。 以上缺陷限制了全皮皮鞋的使用场合, 无法满足 消费者所需的无论在何时何处都能长期舒服地穿着享用皮鞋的需求, 这无论对于制造商还是对于消费者而言, 无疑都是一种浪费。
中国专利 ZL 96204675. 2公开了一种 "助弹柔软皮鞋", 该专利 的技术方案是采用在鞋底内前部设置助弹层, 在内垫下端设置舒适 层, 舒适层和助弹层用泡沬塑料、 海绵、 橡胶等柔软性材料制成, 由 此能够增加脚的舒适度, 使鞋底更加柔软。该专利虽然可以在一定程 度提高皮鞋的柔软度,但是该专利的技术方案主要是提高了鞋底的柔 软度, 而不能实现皮鞋整个结构的舒适柔软、 以适合消费者多种场合 使用。 另外, 仅靠设置助弹层和舒适层, 没有考虑人性化设计及人体 力学等因素, 无法真正解决消费者舒适穿着的需要。
中国专利 ZL 01125258. 8公开了一种 "防水鞋及其制造方法", 该防水鞋特点是在鞋内部设置一个防水内套,该防水内套具有透气不 透水的特点。但是, 虽然该防水鞋设置的防水内套能够实现防水的作 用, 然而其防水内套却容易造成使用者穿着时产生不舒适感, 不能满 足消费者对舒适感的需求。
因此, 针对现有技术的不足, 提供一种具有防水防变形作用, 且 具有穿着舒适、 高雅大方的皮鞋及其制备方法甚为必要。 发明内容
本发明在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种能够防水防 变形、 具有良好的耐磨性和弹性, 而且柔软舒适、 穿着典雅端庄的皮 鞋及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现: 一种皮鞋, 包括有鞋底、 鞋跟及鞋面,
所述鞋底包括有底层、皮革上层, 所述鞋底位于足掌部设置有鞋 底防水结构, 所述鞋底位于足掌部着地位置设置有弹性耐磨结构, 所 述鞋面设置有鞋面防水防变形结构;
所述鞋底防水结构设置有鞋底防水层,所述鞋底防水层设置于所 述鞋底位于足掌部的所述底层和所述皮革上层之间,所述鞋底防水层 粘结设置于所述底层, 所述底层、所述皮革上层与所述鞋底防水层结 合形成整体结构的鞋底;
所述弹性耐磨结构设置有柱垫孔和柱垫,所述柱垫孔开设于所述 底层, 所述柱垫设置于所述柱垫孔内、 并填满所述柱垫孔, 所述柱垫 的凸出部凸出设置于所述底层、 并与所述底层的下底面相接;
所述柱垫的穿过所述底层的端面与所述鞋底防水层粘结形成整 体结构,或者所述柱垫与所述鞋底防水层整体压注形成所述柱垫穿过 所述底层的整体结构。
优选的, 上述鞋底防水层的厚度设置为 1. 0〜2. 5匪, 所述柱垫 的凸出部凸出于所述鞋底 1. 5〜3. 5mm。
更有选的, 上述鞋底防水层的厚度设置为 1. 5〜2匪, 所述柱垫 的凸出部凸出于所述鞋底 2〜3匪。
以上的的,上述柱垫是由柔韧耐磨弹性的化工合成材料制成的柱 垫。
另一优选的, 上述鞋面包括有皮革面层、衬里及鞋面防水防变形 结构, 所述鞋面防水防变形结构设置有防水胶层和防水布层, 所述衬 里设置于所述皮革面层的内侧,所述防水布层通过涂覆于所述衬里内 侧的所述防水胶层粘结设置于所述衬里内侧,所述衬里与所述防水布 层缝合。
更优选的, 上述防水胶层为软性防水胶的防水胶层, 所述防水布 层为超薄无延伸性高纤防水布的防水布层。
以上的, 上述鞋面的后踵部位设置为柔软弹性后踵结构, 所述柔 软弹性后踵结构设置有后踵垫,所述后踵垫设置于所述皮革面层与所 述衬里之间, 并与所述衬里和所述皮革面层固定粘结。
进一步的, 上述后踵垫设置有内衬垫和外衬垫, 所述内衬垫为柔 软发泡胶层构成的内衬垫, 所述外衬垫为热可塑性胶片构成的外衬 垫,所述内衬垫与所述外衬垫粘结,所述内衬垫与所述衬里固定粘结, 所述外衬垫与所述皮革面层固定粘结。
另一优选的, 上述鞋跟设置为柔软弹性鞋跟结构, 所述柔软弹性 鞋跟结构设置有跟壳和跟垫, 所述跟壳设置为鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳, 所述跟垫与所述跟壳相匹配、并设置于所述跟壳内、且与所述跟壳固 定连结。 一种制备上述皮鞋的制备方法, 包括以下步骤:
鞋底制备: 所述鞋底制备是将所述鞋底于脚掌部位横剖剖开, 形 成所述底层和所述皮革上层, 然后在所述底层冲出柱垫孔, 将注塑材 料注入各个所述柱垫孔形成所述柱垫,并同时在所述底层上方形成所 述鞋底防水层, 再将所述皮革上层与所述鞋底防水层、所述底层胶着 复位, 形成整体结构的鞋底;
鞋跟制备: 所述鞋跟制备包括鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳制备、与所述 跟壳匹配的所述跟垫的制备、 以及将所述跟壳与所述跟垫胶着钉牢; 后踵垫制备:所述后踵垫制备是将所述内衬垫与所述外衬垫胶着 结合, 并置于模具中加热定形, 形成整体结构的后踵垫;
鞋面制备: 所述鞋面制备是将所述防水胶层涂覆于所述衬里内 侧, 将所述防水布层与所述衬里粘结, 再将所述后踵垫设置于后踵部 的所述衬里与所述皮革面层之间, 然后将所述防水布层、所述衬里及 所述皮革面层缝合;
皮鞋组合装配加工:所述皮鞋组合装配加工是将以上各个步骤分 别制备或者依次制备的所述鞋底、 所述鞋跟及所述鞋面胶合和 /或缝 合连接, 形成整体结构的皮鞋。 本发明的皮鞋,从构成皮鞋的每个部分着手改善皮鞋的舒适性和 防水性。 由于鞋底包括底层、 皮革上层, 并在鞋底位于足掌部设置防 水结构, 在鞋底位于足掌着地位置设置弹性耐磨结构, 并在鞋面设置 鞋面防水防变形结构。 因此, 整个皮鞋不仅具有良好的防水性能, 还 具有良好的穿着舒适感。鞋底防水结构设置有鞋底防水层, 并在鞋底 位于足掌着地位置设置弹性耐磨结构,弹性耐磨结构设置有柱垫和在 底层的柱垫孔, 柱垫填满设置于柱垫孔且凸出于鞋底 1. 5〜3. 5匪, 柱垫的穿过底层的端面与鞋底防水层粘结形成整体结构,或者柱垫与 鞋底防水层整体压注形成柱垫穿过底层的整体结构,一方面能够有效 防水, 另一方面使得皮鞋组装后, 柱垫与鞋底防水层及底层之间结合 更牢固。 此外, 该设计是根据人体穿着皮鞋后, 皮鞋的受力情况作出 的。鞋底的柱垫孔设置于鞋底底层的足掌部着地位置, 由柔软耐磨弹 性的化工合成材料制成的柱垫填满设置于柱垫孔且凸出于鞋底 2〜 3mm, 此设计考虑了人体脚掌的着地受力情况, 增加柱垫能够有效地 增强皮鞋的弹性, 消费者即使穿着长久也不易造成足部疲劳, 而且, 鞋底凸出的柱垫所具有的弹性耐磨功效还可以防止鞋底与地面直接 摩擦从而改善皮鞋的防滑作用。
鞋跟的跟壳设计为鸟巢式内凹状,跟壳内粘结有与该跟壳的结构 相匹配的跟垫, 跟垫由弹性材料构成, 从而构成具有柔软弹性的鞋跟 皮鞋鞋面除了皮革面层、衬里外,还设置了鞋面防水防变形结构。 皮鞋的衬里涂覆有防水胶层, 并且在衬里内侧还设置有防水布层。此 设计可以使得成型后的皮鞋具有防水作用。另外, 由于防水胶层设置 为软性防水胶层, 因此, 能够保证皮鞋的柔软, 还避免磨脚等缺陷。 防水布层设置为超薄无延伸性高纤防水布层,具有不易变形及防水功 能。 因此, 该皮鞋鞋面具备防水防变形特性。
该皮鞋的鞋面还在后踵部位设置有后踵垫,将后踵垫设置于鞋面 与衬里之间, 后踵垫包括内衬垫和外衬垫, 内衬垫与衬里固定粘结, 外衬垫与鞋面固定粘结, 内衬垫是以柔软发泡胶层构成的内衬垫, 外 衬垫是以热可塑性胶片构成的外衬垫。 内衬垫柔软与人体脚部接触, 外衬垫的形状结构能够支撑皮鞋外型使皮鞋具有优美的外观, 因此, 后踵垫的设置不仅能够提高消费者使用的舒适感而且不影响皮鞋的 美观。
综上所述,本发明的皮鞋与现有技术相比,具有能够防水防变形、 柔软舒适、 良好的耐磨性和弹性、 穿着典雅端庄的特点。
本发明提供的皮鞋的制备方法, 包括分别制备或者依次制备鞋 底、 鞋跟、 后踵垫、 鞋面, 然后将以上的各个部分胶合和 /或缝合连 接, 形成整体结构的皮鞋。 各个制备过程工艺简单, 采用现有的加工 设备及加工工艺就可以完成, 具有加工方便、 成本低廉等特点。 附图说明

一种皮鞋, 如图 1、 图 2所示, 包括鞋底 1、 鞋跟 2及鞋面 4, 鞋底 1位于足掌部设置有鞋底防水结构,鞋底 1位于足掌部着地位置 设置有弹性耐磨结构,鞋面 4设置有鞋面防水防变形结构,该鞋底 1、 鞋跟 2及鞋面 4三个部分通过胶粘和 /或缝合牢固组合在一起。 鞋底 1的足掌部位设置有底层 12、 皮革上层 11和鞋底防水结构, 鞋底防 水结构设置有防水层 13, 如图 3、 图 4和图 5所示, 防水层 13设置 于鞋底 1位于足掌部的底层 12和皮革上层 11之间, 防水层 13粘结 设置于底层 12, 底层 12、 皮革上层 11和防水层 13结合形成整体结 构的鞋底 1。
鞋底 1的弹性耐磨结构设置有柱孔垫 121和柱垫 122,柱垫孔 121 和柱垫 122设置于底层 12, 柱垫孔 121的位置根据人性化设计要求 和人体力学特点设置于鞋底 1底层 12的足掌着地位设置, 柱垫 122 设置于柱垫孔 121内、 并填满柱垫孔 121, 柱垫 122的凸出部凸出设 置于鞋底 1的底层 12之外、并与底层 12的下底面相接。柱垫 122的 穿过底层 12的端面与鞋底 1防水层 13粘结形成整体结构,或者柱垫 122与鞋底 1防水层 13整体压注形成柱垫 122穿过底层 12的整体结 构, 形成内部防水功能, 这样, 整个鞋底 1具有良好的防水性能。 防 水层 13设置为 1. 0〜2. 5匪, 即具有良好的防水性能。 柱垫 122通常 凸出鞋底 1. 5〜3. 5mm, 柱垫 122通常采用富有弹性和耐磨材料制成, 通过设置柱垫 122能够有效增强皮鞋的弹性,使消费者穿着长久也不 易造成足部疲劳, 另外, 柱垫 122具有的弹性耐磨功效还可以防止鞋 底 1与地面直接摩擦从而改善皮鞋的防滑作用。
鞋跟 2设置为柔软弹性鞋跟结构, 鞋跟 2包括跟壳 21、 跟垫 22 和跟外垫 23, 如图 6所示, 跟壳 21设置为鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳 21, 跟壳 21设置为鸟巢式内凹状, 便于跟垫 22放置于其中。 跟垫 22与 跟壳 21结构相匹配, 二者之间通过胶体固定粘结。跟壳 23的下部设 置有跟外垫 23, 跟外垫 23用于保护皮鞋的鞋跟 2, 防止鞋跟 2的磨 损。 通常, 跟壳 21是一种超轻的高硬度和高强度的塑料跟壳, 这样 可以保证跟壳 21具有较好的支撑性能,跟垫 22设置为柔软富有弹性 的跟垫, 这样, 当跟垫 22组装于跟壳 21后, 消费者穿着该鞋后具有 良好的舒适感, 皮鞋与脚跟的接触部位比较柔软, 不会磨脚, 同时又 不会出现鞋跟 2变形等缺陷。 跟壳 21为塑料制品, 能够防止水通过 鞋跟 21进入皮鞋, 具有防水作用。
为了使皮鞋具有较好的防水性能, 鞋面 4 设置有防水防变形结 构。 鞋面 4包括有皮革面层 42、 衬里 41及鞋面防水防变形结构, 鞋 面防水防变形结构设置有防水胶层和防水布层,该防水胶层为软性防 水胶的防水胶层, 该防水布层为超薄无延伸性高纤防水布的防水布 层, 衬里 41设置于皮革面层 42的内侧, 防水布层通过涂覆于所述衬 里内侧的防水胶层粘结设置于衬里 41内侧, 41衬里与该防水布层缝 合。 在鞋面 4衬里 41内侧设置防水胶层及防水布层, 能够使皮鞋防 水防变形。 由于防水胶层设置为软性防水胶层, 因此, 能够保证皮鞋 的柔软, 避免磨脚等缺陷。 防水布层选取超薄无延伸性高纤防水布的 防水布层, 使得其与衬里缝合后具有防水不变形的特点。
为了使皮鞋穿着具有良好的舒适感,鞋面 4的后踵部位 3设置有 柔软弹性后踵结构, 该柔软弹性后踵结构设置有后踵垫 33, 后踵垫 33设置于鞋面 4的皮革面层 42与衬里 41之间, 如图 7、 图 8所示, 并与衬里 41和皮革面层 42固定粘结。 后踵垫 33包括内衬垫和外衬 垫, 内衬垫与衬里 41固定粘结, 外衬垫与皮革面层 42固定粘结。 内 衬垫为柔软发泡胶层构成的内衬垫,外衬垫为以热可塑性胶片构成的 外衬垫, 这样, 与脚后踵接触的内衬垫及衬里 41具有柔软不磨脚的 特点, 而外衬垫则具有特定的形状, 能够展现皮鞋的高雅外观。
本发明提供的皮鞋综合考虑了皮鞋的各个方面,从每个角度考虑 了皮鞋的防水性能和消费者的使用舒适度, 因此, 本发明提供的皮鞋 不仅具有良好的防水防变形特性, 而且具有穿着柔软舒适、皮鞋耐磨 富弹性等特点。 本发明的皮鞋制备方法, 包括以下步骤: 鞋底制备、 鞋跟制备 后踵垫制备、 鞋面制备及皮鞋组合装配加工, 其中鞋底制备、 鞋跟制 备、 后踵垫制备、 鞋面制备可以按照上述步骤顺序加工, 也可以分别 各自加工后再组合装配加工形成整体皮鞋。
鞋底制备: 制造鞋底 1时, 可以将皮鞋鞋底 1于脚掌部位横剖 形成底层 12和皮革上层 11, 如图 4所示, 然后根据脚掌各着地点按 照脚掌行走站立部位, 用刀模在底层 12冲出适当柱垫孔 121。 再将 已冲孔的鞋底 1 置于与其对应的模具中, 使注塑材料注入各柱垫孔 121形成柱垫 122, 并在剖开的鞋底 1底层 12上方形成 1. 0〜2. 5匪 的鞋底防水层 13, 即鞋底防水层 13与柱垫 122注塑成为一个整体, 再将已剖开的皮革上层 11与鞋底防水层 13、 下层 12胶着恢复原位, 形成整体结构的鞋底 1。
鞋跟制备: 包括鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳 21制备、与该跟壳 21匹配 的跟垫 22的制备、 以及将跟壳 21与跟垫 22胶着钉牢。 制造时, 先 将设计制成的跟模用超轻的高硬度和高强度的塑料制成具有鸟巢式 内凹状的跟壳 21, 然后再将与之结构相称的柔软富有弹性的跟垫 22 置入跟壳 21胶着, 再胶着钉牢跟外垫 23, 然后再与鞋底 1组合钉牢 形成半成品大底。
后踵垫制备: 后踵垫制备是将内衬垫与外衬垫胶着结合, 并置于 模具中加热定形, 形成整体结构的后踵垫 33。 具体做法是将热可塑 性胶片依据所需形状规格切裁作为外衬垫, 再在外衬垫内覆以约 2. Omm的发泡乳胶作为内衬垫与外衬垫胶着结合, 再将其置于与鞋踵 后跟相称的热模具中加热形成与所需鞋跟后踵完全一致吻合的后踵 垫 33。
鞋面制备: 将防水胶层涂覆于衬里 41 内侧, 通过防水胶层将防 水布层与衬里 41粘结, 将衬里设置于皮革面层 42的内侧, 再将后踵 垫 33设置于后踵部的衬里 41与皮革面层 42之间,然后将防水布层、 所述衬里 41及皮革面层 42缝合。后踵部分 3通常是这样制备的, 在 皮革面层 42与衬里 41 缝合后在制作成品时置入套于鞋楦上的衬里 41与皮革面层 42之间, 使接触脚踵部位形成柔软弹性的鞋后踵。
皮鞋组合装配加工:将以上各个步骤分别制备或者依次制备的所 述鞋底、 所述鞋跟及所述鞋面胶合和 /或缝合连接, 形成整体结构的 皮鞋。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对 本发明保护范围的限制, 尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说 明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以对本发明的技术方案进行 修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。 工业应用性
本发明创造对构成皮鞋的每个部分包括鞋底、鞋跟及鞋面进行设 计,从每个角度考虑了皮鞋的防水性能和消费者的使用舒适度,因此, 该皮鞋不仅具有良好的防水防变形特性, 而且具有穿着柔软舒适、皮 鞋耐磨富弹性等特点, 具有良好的市场前景。

所述鞋底防水结构设置有鞋底防水层,所述鞋底防水层设置于所 述鞋底位于足掌部的所述底层和所述皮革上层之间,所述鞋底防水层 粘结设置于所述底层, 所述底层、所述皮革上层与所述鞋底防水层结 合形成整体结构的鞋底;
所述弹性耐磨结构设置有柱垫孔和柱垫,所述柱垫孔开设于所述 底层, 所述柱垫设置于所述柱垫孔内、 并填满所述柱垫孔, 所述柱垫 的凸出部凸出设置于所述底层、 并与所述底层的下底面相接;
所述柱垫的穿过所述底层的端面与所述鞋底防水层粘结形成整 体结构,或者所述柱垫与所述鞋底防水层整体压注形成所述柱垫穿过 所述底层的整体结构。

5. 根据权利要求 1所述的皮鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋面包括有 皮革面层、衬里及鞋面防水防变形结构, 所述鞋面防水防变形结构设 置有防水胶层和防水布层, 所述衬里设置于所述皮革面层的内侧, 所 述防水布层通过涂覆于所述衬里内侧的所述防水胶层粘结设置于所 述衬里内侧, 所述衬里与所述防水布层缝合。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的皮鞋, 其特征在于: 所述防水胶层为 软性防水胶的防水胶层,所述防水布层为超薄无延伸性高纤防水布的 防水布层。
7.根据权利要求 5或 6所述的皮鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋面的后 踵部位设置为柔软弹性后踵结构,所述柔软弹性后踵结构设置有后踵 垫, 所述后踵垫设置于所述皮革面层与所述衬里之间, 并与所述衬里 和所述皮革面层固定粘结。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的皮鞋, 其特征在于: 所述后踵垫设置 有内衬垫和外衬垫, 所述内衬垫为柔软发泡胶层构成的内衬垫, 所述 外衬垫为热可塑性胶片构成的外衬垫, 所述内衬垫与所述外衬垫粘 结, 所述内衬垫与所述衬里固定粘结, 所述外衬垫与所述皮革面层固 定粘结。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的皮鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋跟设置为 柔软弹性鞋跟结构, 所述柔软弹性鞋跟结构设置有跟壳和跟垫, 所述 跟壳设置为鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳, 所述跟垫与所述跟壳相匹配、并设 置于所述跟壳内、 且与所述跟壳固定连结。
10. 一种皮鞋的制备方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤: 鞋底制备: 所述鞋底制备是将所述鞋底于脚掌部位横剖剖开, 形 成所述底层和所述皮革上层, 然后在所述底层冲出柱垫孔, 将注塑材 料注入各个所述柱垫孔形成所述柱垫,并同时在所述底层上方形成所 述鞋底防水层, 再将所述皮革上层与所述鞋底防水层、所述底层胶着 复位, 形成整体结构的鞋底;
鞋跟制备: 所述鞋跟制备包括鸟巢式内凹状的跟壳制备、与所述 跟壳匹配的所述跟垫的制备、 以及将所述跟壳与所述跟垫胶着钉牢; 后踵垫制备:所述后踵垫制备是将所述内衬垫与所述外衬垫胶着 结合, 并置于模具中加热定形, 形成整体结构的后踵垫;
