Abstract
Elektronenlinearbeschleuniger werden zur Erzeugung von Röntgenstrahlung für die Tumorbehandlung eingesetzt. Eine effiziente Tumorbestrahlung kann nur sichergestellt werden wenn der Elektronenstrahl exakt geführt wird und somit das erforderliche Dosisprofil appliziert wird. Die Ablage von der Idealbahn des Elektronenstrahls wird über sogenannte Strahllagemonitore gemessen und dann über Magnete korrigiert. Erfindungsgemäß wird die Ablage des Elektronenstrahls in einer Driftröhre des Linearbeschleunigers gemessen, wobei die auszukoppelnde Welle einen Frequenzbereich aufweist, der ein Vielfaches der Grundfrequenz des Beschleunigungsfeldes entspricht. Es werden Koppelsonden, ein mischerbasierdes Empfangskonzept mit hoher Dynamik und Empfindlichkeit, ein Verfahren zur Auswertung der Messsignale und ein Kalibrationsverfahren zur Herauskalibrierung von Nichtlinearitäten angegeben. Störende Einflüsse durch das Beschleunigungsfeld werden durch das erfindungsgemäße Messverfahren und den auszuwertenden Frequenzbereich minimiert. Die hohen Auswertefrequenzen ermöglichen dabei auch geometrisch kleine Koppelsonden, die man in eine Driftröhre, in der sich nur das auszuwertende Feld des Elektronenstrahls befindet, einführen kann.
