接收根据所述国际移动台标识的移动台综合业务数字网络号码获取短信 路由目的地址的消息;

上述技术方案具有如下有益效果:通过信令转接点根据接收到的获取短信 路由目的地址的消息判断目的地址用户是否签约了短信复制业务,如杲目的地 址用户签约了短信复制业务, 然后指示消息 1务器 MS复制转发短信; MS复制 短信后发送给移动终端的过程中的获取短信路由目的地址的消息中携带不检 查上述目的地址的用户是否签约短信复制业务的信息, 实现了短信的复制转 发, 避免了用户手动输入接入码前缀, 从而提升用户体验。

本发明实施例将通过信令转接点( Signalling Transfer Point, STP )配合消 息服务器( Message Server , MS ) 来实现短信的多终端的复制分发。 STP可以 通过扩展实现配合 MS实现短信的多终端的复制分发。 实施例一, 本发明实施例提供的一种短信复制分发的方法, 如图 1所示, 可以包括以下步骤:
步骤 201: 接收获取短信路由目的地址的消息;
步骤 202: 若上述目的地址的用户签约了短信复制业务, 则向消息服务器 发送指示短信发往的目的地址用户的国际移动台标识;
进一步地, 向消息服务器发送指示短信还可以包括消息服务器地址。 步骤 203: 接收根据上述国际移动台标识的移动台综合业务数字网络号码 获取短信路由目的地址的消息;
步骤 204: 若上述根据移动台综合业务数字网络号码获取短信路由 H的地 址的消息包含不检查上述目的地址的用户是否签约短信复制业务的信息,则将 上述 ^^据上述移动台综合业务数字网络号码获取短信路由目的地址的消息发 送给归属位置寄存器。
另外, 在步骤 202判断的另一个分支为:

进一步地, 接收信令转接点发送的指示短信中还可以包括消息服务器地 址。
步骤 302: 接收到信令转接点发送的指示短信发往的目的地址用户的国际 移动台标识, 复制短信发送给上述国际移动台标识的目的地址用户的多个终 端; 其中,在发往上述国际移动台标识的目的地址用户的移动台综合业务数字 网络号码的短信时,用于获取短信路由目的地址的消息中携带有指示不检查上 述目的地址的用户是否签约短信复制业务的信息。

SMSC向 B用 户 的 HLR发送移动通信应 用 部分 ( MAP ) MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM ( SRI SM )消息, 以获取短信的路由 目的地址, 该信令被路由到 HLR前, 路由经过 STP; 上述获取短信的路由目的 地址的消息的目的地址可以为 MSISDN;
步骤 403:发送短信路由信息响应(MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM ACK , SRI SM Acknowledge ):
STP检查上述需要获取的路由的目的地址的用户是否签约了短信复制业 务。 如没有签约, 则将信令消息路由到 HLR, 整个过程同普通的移动终端的 ( Mobile Terminated, MT )短信发送的过程; 如签约了短信复制业务, 则执 行信令拦截操作, 具体拦截的方法为: STP模拟 HLR的动作, 向 SMSC返回 SRI SM ACK消息,该消息中填写用户的国际移动台标识( International Mobile Station Identity, IMSI ), MSC的地址则填写为用户 B的 Message Server的地址; 步 骤 404 : 转 发 移 动 终 结 短 信 请 求
( MAP-MT-FO WARD-SHORT-MESSAGE , MT-SM ):
SMSC接收到 STP返回的 SRI— SM ACK消息后, 开始向路由信息指示的 Message Server转发短信 ( MAP-MT-FORWARD-SHORT-MESSAGE )。 如用户 签约了短信复制分发业务, 则短信将被路由到 Message Server
步 骤 405 : 转 发 移 动 终 结 短 信 响 应 ( MAP-MT-FORWARD-SHORT-MESSAGE ACK, MT-SM ACK ):
Message Server接收到短信后 , 向主叫 SMSC返回确认消息, 并开始向 B的 多个终端转发短信; MS复制转发短信的流程如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 501: 提交短信请求 (Submit Short Message, SUBMIT_SM ): 本步 骤中可以将 IMSI地址转换为 MSISDN地址用于提交短信请求;
MS ( Message Server )复制短信, 向 B用户的移动终端转发短信。 为了避 免发给 B的手机的短信再次被 STP路由回 Message Server, MS可以在被叫号码 ( MSISDN )前添加一个特定的前缀 (例如 prefix + B )。 短信经过 SMPP接口 发给短信网关 SMS GW;
步骤 502: 提交短信请求 (Submit Short Message, SUBMIT— SM ):
短信网关选择一个短信中心 SMSC, 将短信转发给该短信中心; 步骤 503:提交短信响应 (Submit Short Message ACK, SUBMIT_SM ACK): 短信中心返回 SMPP确认响应; 步骤 504:提交短信响应 (Submit Short Message ACK, SUBMIT_SM ACK): 短信网关转发 SMPP确认响应;
步 骤 505 : 发 送 短 信 路 由 信 息 请 求 ( MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM, SRI_SM ): 该短信路由信息请求可 以使用 MSISDN作为目标地址; MSISDN前的前缀可以在本步骤中删除然后进 入步骤 506;
短信中心向 HLR获取短信路由信息,由于短信中心对特定前缀的号码配置 的全球码 ( Global Title, GT )指向 B的 HLR, 故 SRI— SM消息被发送给用户 B 的 HLR, 途中被 STP截获(该信令被信令网络路由到 HLR前, 先被路由经过 STP );
步骤 505与步骤 503没有先后关系。
步 骤 506 : 发 送 短 信 路 由 信 息 请 求 ( MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM , SRI— SM ):
STP检查 SRI— SM的目的号码, 发现附带了特定前缀, 则不执行路由拦截 动作,而是将该信令转发给 B用户的 HLR;在转发前还可以删除被叫号码前缀; 步骤 507:发送短信路由信息响应(MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM ACK, SRI— SM Acknowledge ):
HLR返回 B当前附着的 MSC地址, 该确认消息同时指示了 Β用户的国际移 动台标识( International Mobile Station Identity, IMSI ); 该响应中 B用户的 IMSI 可以从上述 MSISDN转换而来;
步骤 508:发送短信路由信息响应(MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM ACK, SRI_SM Acknowledge ): STP转发 HLR返回的 SRI_SM响应;
步 骤 509 : 转 发 移 动 终 结 短 信 请 求 ( MAP-MT-FORWARD-SHORT-MESSAGE , MT-SM ) , SMSC向 HLR返回的 MSC地址转发短信, 该消息包含了用户 B的 IMSI, 该 IMSI为 HLR返回的 IMSI; 步骤 510: MSC将短信通过 A接口转发给手机 B;

12、 一种短信复制分发的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
信令转接点, 用于接收获取短信路由目的地址的消息; 若所述目的地址的 用户签约了短信复制业务,则向消息服务器发送指示短信发往的目的地址用户 的国际移动台标识;接收根据所述国际移动台标识的移动台综合业务数字网络 号码获取短信路由目的地址的消息;若所述根据所述移动台综合业务数字网络 号码获取短信路由目的地址的消息包含不检查所述目的地址的用户是否签约 短信复制业务的信息,则将所述根据所述移动台综合业务数字网络号码获取短 信路由目的地址的消息发送给归属位置寄存器;
消息服务器,用于接收到信令转接点发送的指示短信发往的目的地址用户 的国际移动台标识后,复制短信发送给所述国际移动台标识的移动台综合业务 数字网络号码的目的地址用户; 其中,发往所述移动台综合业务数字网络号码 的目的地址用户的短信用于获取短信路由目的地址的消息中携带有指示不检 查所述目的地址的用户是否签约短信复制业务的信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述系统, 其特征在于,
所述信令转接点,还用于若所述目的地址的用户未签约短信复制业务, 则 将所述从短消息服务中心发往归属位置寄存器的获取短信路由目的地址的消 息发送给归属位置寄存器。
14、根据权利要求 12所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述信令转接点向消息服务 器发送指示短信发往的目的地址用户的国际移动台标识具体包括:向短消息月良 务中心返回短信路由信息响应消息,该消息中填写目的地址用户的国际移动台 标识和目的地址用户的消息服务器的地址,以使短消息服务中心向路由信息指 示的消息服务器发送指示短信发往的目的地址用户的国际移动台标识。
15、根据权利要求 12所述系统, 其特征在于, 所述消息服务器复制短信发 送给所述国际移动台标识的移动台综合业务数字网络号码的目的地址用户还 包括:将目的地址用户的国际移动台标识转换为国际移动台标识的目的地址用 户的移动台综合业务数字网络号码用于提交短信请求。
16、根据权利要求 12至 15任一所述系统, 其特征在于, 携带有指示不检 查所述目的地址的用户是否签约短信复制业务的信息具体为被叫号码前添加 的一个特定的前缀。
