本发明主要涉及到五金工具领域, 特指一种拉铆枪用多功能阻断器。
背景技术
拉铆枪是工业生产中应用非常广泛的基础五金工具之一, 我国年生产出口各型拉铆 枪产品达到几千万支, 但该产品在实际应用中仍存在着一些使用不便, 如: 拉铆枪上必 须装有阻断器, 阻断器是根据各种规格的铆钉来设计, 就造成了阻断器的规格是多种多 样的, 但是在使用中只能使用一种规格的阻断器。 一般一支拉铆枪都可适用三、 四种以 上规格的拉铆钉, 遇到更换铆钉规格时就必须用拉铆枪专配的专用扳手将原阻断器撤 卸, 换用所需规格的阻断器, 这样就给工作带来麻烦, 同时也降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单紧凑、 体积小、 适用范围广、 操作简便、 能够提高工作效率的拉铆枪用多功能 阻断器。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种拉铆枪用多功能阻断器, 其特征在于: 包括前挡板以及装设于拉铆枪壳体上的 旋帽, 所述前挡板连接于旋帽的一侧, 所述旋帽上开设有一个以上具有不同规格的拉钉 孔, 所述一个以上拉钉孔的圆心均位于同一个圆周上, 所述前挡板上开设有一个前拉钉 孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述旋帽与拉铆枪壳体之间设有旋帽定位机构,所述旋帽定位机构包括一个以上定 位槽以及装设于拉铆枪壳体上的定位钢珠,所述一个以上定位槽开设于旋帽上与定位钢 珠对应的位置处。
所述定位钢珠装设于拉铆枪壳体上的凹槽内, 定位钢珠与凹槽之间设有压簧。 与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于:
本发明的拉铆枪用多功能阻断器, 结构简单紧凑、体积小、适用范围广、操作简便, 在应对不同规格的铆钉时, 只需要转动旋帽, 将适合铆钉规格的拉钉孔对中铆钉即可, 不需要更换旋帽, 这样简化了操作, 大大提高了工作效率。 附图说明

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
参见图 1, 拉铆枪主要包括拉铆枪壳体 6和拉铆机构, 该拉铆机构包括拉钉退杆筒 11、 拉钉筒 13和拉爪 5, 拉爪 5位于拉铆枪壳体 6的前端并装设于拉钉筒 13内, 拉钉 筒 13的尾端与拉钉退杆筒 11相连, 由拉钉退杆筒 11带动其运动。 拉爪 5的一端与拉 爪顶锥 15相连, 拉爪顶锥 15令拉爪 5张开用于夹持铆钉。 拉爪顶锥 15的后端设有拉 爪顶锥压簧 12, 便于其复位。 如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本发明拉铆枪用多功能阻断器 装设于拉铆枪的最前端, 它包括前挡板 2以及装设于拉铆枪壳体 6上的旋帽 1, 旋帽 1 通过旋帽卡环 14固定于拉铆枪壳体 6上, 前挡板 2固定于旋帽 1的一侧, 前挡板 2不 发生转动。 旋帽 1上开设有一个以上具有不同规格的拉钉孔 3, 一个以上拉钉孔 3的圆 心均位于同一个圆周上, 即所有的拉钉孔 3均不在旋帽 1的最中心, 而与之对应的拉爪 5也为偏心设计。 前挡板 2上开设有一个前拉钉孔 4, 该前拉钉孔 4始终对准拉爪 5的 开口处。 旋帽 1可以转动, 每转动一定角度, 可以使拉爪 5对准一个规格的拉钉孔 3, 即拉爪 5的开口处对准拉钉孔 3的位置,此时可以对与该种规格对应的铆钉进行拉铆作 业。 本实施例中, 旋帽 1与拉铆枪壳体 6之间设有旋帽定位机构, 旋帽定位机构包括定 位槽 8以及装设于拉铆枪壳体 6上的定位钢珠 7, 定位槽 8开设于旋帽 1上与定位钢珠 7对应的位置处。 定位钢珠 7装设于拉铆枪壳体 6上的凹槽 9内, 定位钢珠 7与凹槽 9 之间设有压簧 10。 当旋帽 1转动一定角度后, 拉爪 5已对应到一个拉钉孔 3时, 定位钢 珠 7在压簧 10的回复力作用下将卡入定位槽 8内, 对其进行限位。 当需要进行再次调 整时, 只需用力旋转旋帽 1, 定位钢珠 7将会脱离定位槽 8的控制, 直至转动到下一个 定位槽 8处。 以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施 例, 凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和 润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种拉铆枪用多功能阻断器, 其特征在于: 包括前挡板 (2) 以及装设于拉铆枪 壳体 (6) 上的旋帽 (1 ), 所述前挡板 (2) 连接于旋帽 (1 ) 的一侧, 所述旋帽 (1 ) 上 开设有一个以上具有不同规格的拉钉孔 (3 ), 所述一个以上拉钉孔 (3 ) 的圆心均位于 同一个圆周上, 所述前挡板 (2) 上开设有一个前拉钉孔 (4)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的拉铆枪用多功能阻断器, 其特征在于: 所述旋帽 (1 ) 与 拉铆枪壳体 (6) 之间设有旋帽定位机构, 所述旋帽定位机构包括一个以上定位槽 (8) 以及装设于拉铆枪壳体 (6) 上的定位钢珠 (7), 所述一个以上定位槽 (8) 开设于旋帽
( 1 ) 上与定位钢珠 (7) 对应的位置处。
3、根据权利要求 2所述的拉铆枪用多功能阻断器, 其特征在于: 所述定位钢珠(7) 装设于拉铆枪壳体(6)上的凹槽(9)内,定位钢珠(7)与凹槽(9)之间设有压簧(10)。
