IR.75中定义了不同运营商网络的信令互通网关 (Hub), 承担运营商之间 的短信漫游中继功能, 短信漫游流程如图 1所示, 包括: 步骤 101、运营商 MON1需要发短信给一个运营商 MON2下的终端, 而 该终端当前漫游到运营商 MON3下; 此时, 只需要通过 MON1的信令互通 网关 Hubl 向 MON2的信令网关 Hub2发送路由信息查询请求( SRI req, MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM request ) , 请求获取漫游终端当前所 在的移动交换中心 (MSC, Mobile Switching Center ) 的地址; Hub2接收到 该 SRI req后, 将该请求转发给 MON2; 步骤 102、 MON2 向 Hub2 回复路由信息查询响应 ( SRI resp , MAP-SEND-ROUTING-INFO-FOR-SM response ) ,在该响应中携带漫游终端 当前所在 MSC的地址; Hub2将该 SRI res 转发给 Hubl , Hubl将该 SRI resp 转发给 MON1 ; 步骤 103、 MON1 根据接收到的 SRI resp 中携带的漫游终端当前所在 MSC 的 地 址 , 向 Hubl 发 送短 消 息 前 转请 求 FWD req ( MAP-FORWARD-SHORT-MESSAGE request )信令; Hubl向 MON3的 信令网关 Hub3 发送 FWD req, 在该 FWD req 中携带扩展参数 MON3 MSC/VLR GT, 该参数为漫游终端当前所在 MSC的地址, Hub3根据该扩展 参数携带的 MSC地址, 向 MON3中的该 MSC转发该 FWD req, 从而将短 信发送给漫游终端; 步骤 104 、 MON3 向 Hub3 发送短消息前转响应 FWD resp ( MAP-FORWARD-SHORT-MESSAGE response ) , Hub3再将该 FWD resp 发送给 Hubl , 由 Hubl将该 FWD响应转发给 MON1 , 至此, 向漫游终端发 送短信的过程结束。 由上述过程可知, 即便 Hub3没有在没有路由信息的情 况下, 根据该短消息前转(FWD )信令中携带的扩展参数, 仍可将短信转发 给漫游终端当前所在的 MSC。 在实现上述向漫游中的漫游终端发送短信的过程中, 存在如下问题: 在 GSM的 MAPvl版本下, FWD信令中不可以携带指示漫游终端所在 MSC地址的扩展参数, 此时, 如果漫游终端所在运营商网络的 Hub 内没有 路由信息, 就无法将短信发送至漫游在其他运营商网络中的漫游终端。
发明内容 本发明提供了一种短信转发方法、 装置和系统, 解决了无法将短信发送 至漫游在其他运营商网络中的漫游终端的问题。 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种短信转发方法, 当漫游终端漫 游在遵守 MAPvl版本的国际标准信令互通规范的目的网关下的网络时, 包 括: 所述目的网关接收源网关发送的查询漫游终端当前移动交换中心 ( MSC )地址的路由信息查询请求, 向目的归属位置寄存器(HLR )查询所 述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址; 所述目的网关向所述源网关发送路由信息查询响应, 指示所述源网关发 送短信; 所述目的网关接收所述源网关向所述漫游终端发送的短信, 根据查询获 得的所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 向所述 MSC转发该短信。 优选地, 所述目的网关接收源网关发送的查询漫游终端当前 MSC地址 的路由信息查询请求, 向目的 HLR查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址的步 骤之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述目的网关接收所述源网关发送的短消息前转(FWD )信令, 所述 FWD信令携带向所述漫游终端发送的短信及该漫游终端当前 MSC的地址;

本发明的实施例提供的短信转发方法、 装置和系统, 源网关需要在向处 在目的网关下漫游的漫游终端发送短信时, 首先向该目的网关发送路由信息 查询请求, 该目的网关根据所述路由信息查询请求, 向漫游终端的归属地的 归属位置寄存器查询该漫游终端当前所在的移动交换中心的地址, 根据该地 址向漫游终端发送短信,解决了在 GSM的 MAPvl版本下无法向漫游在其他 运营商网络中的漫游终端发送短信的问题。

本发明的较佳实施方式 为了解决在 GSM的 MAPvl版本下无法向漫游在其他运营商网络中的漫 游终端发送短信的问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一种转发短信的方法, 使用 该方法向漫游的漫游终端发送短信的过程如图 2所示, 包括: 步骤 201、 在网关上配置静态路由表; 本发明实施例使用的网络系统如图 3所示, 包括: 第一运营商 MON301 和该运营商对应的 Hub302;第二运营商 MON303和该运营商对应的 Hub304; 第三运营商 MON305和该运营商对应的 Hub306。 本步骤中, 在 HUB302上配置静态路由表, 该静态路由表中包含第二运 营商和第三运营商的信令互通网关的地址和该信令互通网关支持的协议类型 及版本号。 本发明实施例中, 第三运营商的 Hub306支持的协议为 GSM的 MAPvl 版本。 步骤 202、 源网关接收本运营商网络中终端向漫游的漫游终端发送的短 信; 本步骤中, 第一运营商 MON301首先通过 Hub302向漫游终端的归属地 第二运营商 MON303 查询该漫游终端当前的位置 (即 MON301 向 Hub302 发送 SRI req ) , 再向 Hub302发送本运营商网中终端向第二运营商网络中的 漫游终端发送的短信,具体为通过 FWD req向 Hub302发送短信,在该 FWD req携带有漫游终端的标识。 该漫游终端当前在第三运营商网络中漫游。 步骤 203、 源网关向漫游终端的归属地的信令互通网关查询漫游终端当 前位置;
本步骤中, Hub302向 Hub304发送 SRI req, 请求获取漫游终端的当前 位置。
Hub304根据 SRI req, 查询 MON303的归属位置寄存器(HLR, Home Location Register ) ,获取该漫游终端当前所在的移动交换中心( MSC , Mobile Switching Center ) 的地址, 通过 SRI res 将该 MSC的地址返回给 Hub302。 本步骤通常在步骤 202中第一运营商 MON301通过 Hub302向漫游终端 的归属地第二运营商 MON303查询该漫游终端当前的位置 (即 MON301向 Hub302发送 SRI req )之后, MON301通过 FWD req向 Hub302发送短信之 前就可以开始执行, 步骤 203执行完成之后, 才执行步骤 202中 MON301通 过 FWD req向 Hub302发送短信, 即步骤 202和 203的执行时间可以部分重 叠。
步骤 204、 源网关向漫游终端当前所在的 MSC的目的网关, 发送查询漫 游终端当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求, 向目的 HLR查询漫游终端当前 MSC的地址; 本步骤中, Hub302根据步骤 203获取的漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 得 知漫游终端当前在第三运营商的网络下。
Hub302根据步骤 201配置的静态路由表得知,第三运营商网络的 Hub306 支持的协议为 GSM的 MAPvl版本, 故 Hub306不能接收带有包含 MSC地 址信息扩展参数的 FWD信令, Hub302只能向 Hub306发送 SRI req, 以触发 Hub306获取漫游终端当前所在 MSC地址; 在该 SRI req中, 携带有漫游终 端的标 i只。 步骤 205、目的网关接收源网关发送的查询漫游终端当前 MSC地址的路 由信息查询请求, 向目的 HLR查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址; 本步骤中, Hub306接收步骤 204中 Hub302发送的 SRI req, 向第三运 营商网络的 HLR查询该漫游终端当前 MSC的地址信息。 如果第三运营商网络的 HLR 中记录了漫游的漫游终端的信息, 则 Hub306可以直接在第三运营商网络的 HLR中获取该漫游终端当前的 MSC, 进而获取该 MSC当前的地址。 如果第三运营商网络的 HLR 中没有记录漫游的漫游终端的信息, 则 Hub306将步骤 204中接收的 SRI req转发给漫游终端归属地, 即第二运营商 网络的 HLR, 并接收第二运营商网络的 HLR返回的 SRI resp, 该 SRI resp 中带有漫游终端当前所在 MSC的地址。 步骤 206、 目的网关向源网关发送路由信息查询响应, 指示源网关发送 短信; 本步骤中, Hub306向 Hub302发送 SRI resp, 表示已获取漫游终端当前 所在 MSC的地址, 可以向该漫游终端转发短信。 步骤 207、 源网关接收目的网关发送的路由信息查询响应, 向漫游终端 转发所述短信; 本步骤中, Hub302接收步骤 206中 Hub306发送的 SRI resp, 通过 FWD req信令向 Hub306发送短信。 步骤 208、 目的网关接收源网关向漫游终端发送的短信, 根据查询获得 的漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 向该 MSC转发该短信; 本步骤中, Hub306接收到 Hub302发送的 FWD req, 根据步骤 205获取 的漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 向该 MSC转发该短信, 由该 MSC将短信发 送至漫游终端。 需要说明的是, 本发明实施例的步骤 201 为可选步骤, 即对于源网关
Hub302来说, 也可以不在该源网关配置静态路由表, Hub302并不知道目的 网关 Hub306的协议类型, 故在向 Hub306发送短信时, 仍先向 Hub306发送 携带扩展参数的 FWD req, 此时, 目的网关 Hub306无法接收该携带扩展参 数的 FWD req, 向源网关 Hub302返回一个 FWD失败响应,在该响应中声明 自己使用的协议类型和接收 FWD失败的原因 ,这样, Hub302就知道 Hub306 无法直接根据 FWD信令扩展参数中携带的地址发送消息, 再次向 Hub306 发送 SRI req, 进入步骤 204。 此外, 对于步骤 202, 其中 MON301向 Hub302发送短信这一操作也可 以在步骤 206之后执行,即 Hub302在步骤 206接收到 Hub306发送的 SRI resp 后, 将该 SRI res 转发给 MON301 , MON301再向 Hub302发送短信。
本发明实施例一提供的短信转发方法, 在需要向处在目的网关下漫游的 漫游终端发送短信时, 首先向该目的网关发送路由信息查询请求, 该目的网 关根据所述路由信息查询请求, 向漫游终端的归属地的归属位置寄存器查询 该漫游终端当前所在的移动交换中心的地址, 根据该地址向漫游终端发送短 信,解决了在 GSM的 MAPvl版本下无法向漫游在其他运营商网络中的漫游 终端发送短信的问题。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种网关, 其作为目的网关, 在 MAPvl 版本 的国际标准信令互通规范中, 该网关的结构如图 4所示, 包括:
MSC地址查询模块 401 , 其设置成: 接收查询漫游终端当前 MSC地址 的路由信息查询请求, 向目的 HLR查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址; 地址查询响应模块 402, 其设置成: 根据所述 MSC地址查询模块 401的 查询结果, 发送路由信息查询响应, 指示所述源网关发送短信; 短信转发模块 403 , 其设置成: 接收向所述漫游终端发送的短信, 根据 所述 MSC地址查询模块 401查询获得的所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 向 所述 MSC转发该短信。 进一步地, 上述网关如图 5所示, 还包括:
FWD信令处理模块 404, 其设置成: 接收 FWD信令, 若所述 FWD信 令携带扩展参数, 则回复 FWD失败响应。 所述 MSC地址查询模块 401 , 还设置成: 当所述目的 HLR中没有所述 漫游终端当前 MSC的地址信息时, 向所述漫游终端归属地的 HLR查询该漫 游终端当前 MSC的地址。 本发明的实施例还提供了一种网关, 其作为源网关, 当漫游终端漫游在
MAPvl版本的国际标准信令互通规范下的其他网关下的网络时,该网关的结 构如图 6所示, 包括: 短信接收模块 601 , 其设置成: 接收向漫游终端发送的短信; 地址查询请求模块 602, 其设置成: 在需要向漫游终端转发短信时, 发 送查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求; 短信转发模块 603 , 其设置成: 接收路由信息查询响应, 向所述漫游终 端转发所述短信。 进一步的, 上述网关如图 7所示, 还包括: FWD信令处理模块 604, 其设置成: 发送 FWD信令, 所述 FWD信令 携带短信及该短信的漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 并接收 FWD失败响应, 在 接收所述 FWD失败响应后, 指示所述地址查询请求模块 602发送查询所述 漫游终端当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种短信转发系统, 该系统如图 8所示, 包括 目的网关 801和源网关 802,所述目的网关 801遵守 MAPvl版本的国际标准 信令互通规范; 所述目的网关 801 , 设置成: 接收所述源网关 802发送的查询漫游终端 当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求, 向目的 HLR查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 并向所述源网关 802发送路由信息查询响应, 指示所述源网关 802发送短信, 接收所述源网关 802向所述漫游终端发送的短信, 根据查询 获得的所述漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 向所述 MSC转发该短信; 所述源网关 802,设置成: 需要向漫游终端转发短信时, 向目的网关 801 发送查询所述漫游终端当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求, 并接收所述目 的网关 801发送的路由信息查询响应, 向所述漫游终端转发所述短信。 上述网关和系统, 可以与本发明的实施例提供的一种短信转发方法相结 合, 在向处在目的网关下漫游的漫游终端发送短信时, 首先向该目的网关发 送路由信息查询请求, 该目的网关根据所述路由信息查询请求, 向漫游终端 的归属地的归属位置寄存器查询该漫游终端当前所在的移动交换中心的地 址,根据该地址向漫游终端发送短信, 解决了在 GSM的 MAPvl版本下无法 向漫游在其他运营商网络中的漫游终端发送短信的问题。

9、 根据权利要求 8所述的网关, 还包括: 短消息前转(FWD )信令处理模块, 其设置成: 发送 FWD信令, 所述
FWD信令携带短信及该短信的漫游终端当前 MSC的地址, 并接收 FWD失 败响应, 在接收所述 FWD失败响应后, 指示所述地址查询请求模块发送查 询所述漫游终端当前 MSC地址的路由信息查询请求。
