Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a packaging container and a laminated structure thereof, and more particularly to a packaging container and a laminated structure thereof which are convenient for accessing and protecting contents. Background technique
  • Plastic packaging containers commonly used in the market for packaging fresh produce usually have a number of cuvettes that can be used to separate the soft, brittle and fragile contents one by one to avoid rolling bumps or crush injuries. . Since such plastic containers have the function of displaying contents in addition to the packaging, the materials are generally made of transparent PET and PVC, and the materials thereof are relatively thin and soft, and are not as hard as the container of the pulp molding type.
  • the common plastic packaging containers can separate and position the individual contents through the pockets to avoid the collision of the contents, thereby fixing the contents of the contents only through the inner wall surface of the container, without considering the contents.
  • the bottom end will directly touch the problem of placing the surface.
  • the contents packed in it are extremely easy to accept the external force transmitted from the surface, causing damage to the bottom to affect the quality of the contents.
  • the lid of the plastic packaging container and the box base are integrally formed boxes, and the peripheral opening of the box seat and the lid is thermally joined, so that once the box is opened, it is in an unsealed state, and when the lid is lacking,
  • the weight of the contents is not easily supported by the box seat, when the single-sided box body is held, the other side of the box can easily be loaded and sagged, and the contents are easily dropped; in addition, the lid cannot be repeatedly closed and the remaining contents are caused. The item can no longer be carried with this box.
  • an egg packaging container which can be repeatedly closed is also developed. However, due to the strong fastening, the closing structure is often deformed and the number of repeated uses is limited.
  • the capacity, volume and shape of commonly used plastic packaging containers are fixed and cannot be changed, so in application The capacity, volume and shape cannot be changed, which may cause inconvenience in use, carrying and collection.
  • the plastic container which is laminated on the layer is peeled off by the robot arm, and the two-folded plastic containers are separated and sent to the conveyor belt.
  • the plastic packaging containers to be packaged are laminated, the stresses of overlapping each other are too easy to adhere together, and cannot be sequentially peeled off one by one, so that when the automatic packaging is performed, an additional one must be disposed on the conveyor belt.
  • the troubleshooting of a worker has resulted in a significant reduction in the efficiency of the entire production line, making it difficult to meet actual needs.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminated structure formed by a packaging container for solving the disadvantage that conventional plastic packaging containers are easily adhered together during lamination, which can improve the production efficiency of the automated packaging process of the plastic container.
  • a packaging container includes a box seat having a plurality of receiving units, each receiving unit having a plurality of receiving grooves and a supporting peripheral portion adjacent to the receiving groove connecting the respective receiving grooves and Extending to form the outer frame of the cartridge holder.
  • the bottom of the tank is provided with a supporting structure for supporting the bottom of the content, and the supporting column has reinforcing ribs to increase the rigidity of each of the peripheral portions.
  • the pre-breaking line can be used to tear apart the packaging container, and the peripheral portion of the box seat A plurality of mating components are included for snapping onto the lid.
  • the packaging container includes a lid having at least one recess for receiving the upper half of the article in the receptacle, the peripheral edge portion connecting between the recesses and extending to form the outer frame of the lid.
  • Each peripheral portion has a plurality of fitting components for fitting with a fitting assembly at a position opposite to the cover, and the peripheral portion has a pre-breaking line for engaging with the pre-break line of the cartridge seat, which can be used to tear the packaging container
  • the split is divided into a plurality of relatively small individual packaging containers.
  • the packaging container is made of polylactic acid.
  • the lid of the packaging container and the box base can be independent, and the sealing is achieved by a fitting structure surrounding the lid and the periphery of the box body at the time of packaging; or by integral molding
  • the cover is integrally connected with each side of the box seat, and the package only needs to be fastened to the cover and the fitting structure of the peripheral portion of the box body is not integrally connected for sealing.
  • a housing unit comprises two rows arranged in two rows, and one cartridge can include at least two housing units.
  • the fitting assembly comprises a block and a slot, and the latch is provided with a hook for inserting under the protrusion of the slot.
