　この発明の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体の一例として生理用ナプキン１を用いて説明する。図１および２に示した生理用ナプキン１の構成は、実施例１～３に共通するものである。図１は、生理用ナプキン１の斜視図であって、説明のためその一部を破断させた図、図２は、図１のＩＩ－ＩＩ線断面図である。生理用ナプキン１は、縦方向Ｙおよび横方向Ｘを有し、縦方向Ｙに長く延び両端部から中央部へ幅狭に形成されている。生理用ナプキン１は、横方向Ｘの長さ寸法を二等分する仮想縦中心線Ｐ－Ｐと、縦方向Ｙの長さ寸法を二等分する仮想横中心線Ｑ－Ｑとを有し、仮想縦中心線Ｐ－Ｐおよび仮想横中心線Ｑ－Ｑに対してほぼ対称に形成されている。
　生理用ナプキン１は、着用者の身体側と、その反対側である着衣側とを有している。生理用ナプキン１は、身体側から着衣側に向かって複数の吸液性のパッドを積層させている。具体的には、積層の最上側に位置する第１パッド１０と、第１パッド１０の下側に位置する第２パッド２０と、第２パッド２０の下側に位置する第３パッド３０とを含む。これら第１，第２，第３パッド１０，２０，３０は、上側に位置する吸液性シート１１，２１，３１と、それぞれの下側に位置する不透液性シート１２，２２，３２との積層体によってそれぞれ形成されている。吸液性シート１１，２１，３１は、単位面積当たりの質量が約１４～４０ｇ／ｍ２、好ましくは約２０～３５ｇ／ｍ２、さらに好ましくは約３０ｇ／ｍ２のコットン等の親水性繊維のスパンレース繊維不織布を用いることができ、不透液性シート１２，２２，３２は、単位面積当たりの質量が約１０～２５ｇ／ｍ２、好ましくは約１８ｇ／ｍ２のプラスチックフィルムを用いることができる。不透液性シート１２，２２，３２は、通気性を有することが望ましい。
　第３パッド３０の下側、すなわち、着衣側には、接着剤等の接合手段４０が形成され、その下側には接合手段４０を覆う剥離シート５０が積層されている。剥離シート５０を第３パッド３０から剥離すると、接合手段４０が第３パッド３０に現れ、接合手段４０を介して第３パッド３０を着用者の下着に固定することができる。
　第１，第２，第３パッド１０，２０，３０と、剥離シート５０とは、同形同大に形成され、両端部から仮想横中心線Ｑ－Ｑへ向かって、その横方向Ｘの長さ寸法が他の部分よりも小さくなるように形成されている。パッド１０，２０，３０を上記のような形状にすることによって、これらパッドを股下間に妄りに不規則に変形させることなく着用者の身体に密着させることができる。
　第１，第２，第３パッド１０，２０，３０は、その周縁２に沿って仮着部１３，２３，３３が形成されている。仮着部１３，２３，３３は、具体的には、周縁２に沿って間欠的に並んだ凹部（デボス）によって形成されている。凹部は、熱圧着によって形成されるとともに、厚さ方向において第１パッド１０から第３パッド３０に至るまで形成されることによって、これら第１，第２，第３パッド１０，２０，３０を互いに仮着している。このような仮着部１３，２３，３３は、各パッド１０，２０，３０を上側に離間させるように持ち上げることで容易に剥離可能となっている。また、仮着部１３，２３，３３は、周縁２の一部２Ａにおいて形成されない部分があり、その部分が各パッド１０，２０，３０を剥離するときの使用者の摘持案内部とされ、各パッド１０，２０，３０の端部を挟持しやすいようにしている。
　上記のような第１，第２，第３パッド１０，２０，３０には、それぞれ異なる識別表示要素が形成されている。識別表示要素は、各パッド１０，２０，３０の吸液性シート１１，２１，３１から視認可能であり、吸液性シート１１，２１，３１の上側に直接形成されているものであっても、不透液性シート１２，２２，３２に形成され吸液性シート１１，２１，３１を透過して認識されるものであってもよい。
　図３は、実施例１における識別表示要素６１～６３を示したものであり、識別表示要素として図形を用いている。図３（ａ）は、第１パッド１０において視認される識別表示要素６１であり、（ｂ）は、第２パッド２０において視認される識別表示要素６２、（ｃ）は、第３パッド３０において視認される識別表示要素６３である。第１パッド１０には、識別表示要素６１として対角線上に三匹の蝶の図形が画かれ、第２パッド２０には、識別表示要素６２として第１パッド１０から一匹減った二匹の蝶の図形が画かれ、第３パッド３０には、識別表示要素６３として第２パッド２０からさらに１匹減った一匹の蝶の図形が画かれている。このように、識別表示要素６１～６３において、画かれた蝶の図形の数によって、何枚目のパッドを使用しているのか、あと何枚のパッドが残っているのかを容易に判断することができる。
　この実施例では、最後のパッド、すなわち第３パッド３０を使用している場合には、識別表示要素６３において蝶をひとつだけ表示して、＜最後の一枚である＞ことを示すこととしている。したがって、現在何枚目のパッドを使用しているのかが分からなくなったとしても、蝶の図形の数を数えるだけで、最後の一枚を判断することができる。図形としては、さまざまなものを使用することができることは当然であり、例えば、雪の結晶のマークや、ハートのマーク等、種々の図形を用いることができる。
　このように、数的観念を有する図形を識別表示要素として用いることによって、全体のパッドの枚数や使用しているパッドの積層順番が分からなくなったとしても、図形を数えることによってそれを判断することができる。したがって、新しい他の生理用ナプキン１に取り替えるタイミングを図ることができ、残り枚数がまだ多数あるのに廃棄してしまうという無駄を解消することができる。
　図４は、実施例２を示したものであり、識別表示要素６４～６６として図形を用いた、図３と同様の図である。第１パッド１０には、識別表示要素６４として若葉の図形が画かれ、第２パッド２０には、識別表示要素６５として若葉が生育しつぼみになった図形が画かれ、第３パッド３０には、識別表示要素６６としてつぼみがさらに生育して開花した図形が画かれている。このように、自然現象において、経時的に変化するものであり、一般的にその変化を観念しうる一連の図形を識別表示要素として用いることによって、何枚目のパッドを使用しているのかを判断することができる。
　経時的変化の観念を有するものとは、一般的に予測できるものであって、時間の経過によって変化するものをいい、例えば、天体における変化として、満月が欠けて半月、三日月になることをそれぞれ図形として示したもの、太陽が沈み月が昇ることを図形として示したもの等がある。また、りんごがかじられて欠けていく様子を示した図形なども含む。
　図５は、実施例３における識別表示要素６７～６９を示したものであって、図３と同様の図である。第１パッド１０には、識別表示要素６７として数字の「３」が記載され、第２パッド２０には、識別表示要素６８として数字の「２」が記載され、第３パッド３０には、識別表示要素６９として数字の「１」が記載されている。このように、各パッドに、残りのパッド枚数が直接表示されるので、その判断が特に容易である。この実施例では、最後の第３パッド３０に「１」を表示して、最後の一枚であることを表示しているが、残りのパッドはないことを表示するものとして「ゼロ」を記載するようにしてもよい。
　上記のような数字のほかに、識別表示要素として連続性を有する文字等を記載することもできる。連続性を有する文字としては、例えば「Ａ」「Ｂ」「Ｃ」など、一般的にその順序が認識できる程度に連続して使用されるものをいう。
　上記の実施例１～３において、識別表示要素は、印刷等によって画くことができるほか、各パッドの表面に凹凸を形成することによって画くこともできる。いずれにしても、パッド１０，２０，３０の吸液性シート１１，２１，３１側から認識可能であればよい。また、いずれの実施例でも、３枚の積層されたパッドを用いて説明しているが、これが複数枚であれば何枚でもよい。
　識別表示要素６１～６９は、仮想縦中心線Ｐ－Ｐおよび仮想横中心線Ｑ－Ｑに、それぞれ対称に形成されているが、これに限ったものではない。例えば、一箇所にのみ形成することもできる。縦方向Ｙのいずれか一方の端部にのみ、識別表示要素を形成した場合には、識別表示要素の位置によって前後の使用方向を識別することもできる。
　最も下側に位置する第３パッド３０において、不透液シート３２の下側にスパンボンド・メルトブローン・スパンボンド（ＳＭＳ）等の繊維不織布をさらに積層させ、この繊維不織布に接合手段４０を形成するようにしてもよい。このように繊維不織布をさらに積層することによって、第３パッド３０を取り替えるために下着から剥がそうとした際に第３パッド３０が破損するのを防止する補強材とすることができる。補強材として繊維不織布を用いることによって、第３パッド３０の不透液性シート３２の剛性を小さくすることができ、着用時の違和感を軽減することができる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　縦方向および横方向と、身体側およびその反対側と、前記身体側に位置する吸液性シートおよび前記反対側に位置する不透液性シートを含む吸液性のパッドとを含み、前記パッドが複数枚積層された使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体において、
    　複数の前記パッドは、互いに剥離可能に仮着される仮着部と、前記吸液性シートの前記身体側から視認可能な識別表示要素とを含み、
    　前記識別表示要素は、複数の前記パッドで互いに異なることを特徴とする前記体液処理用パッド複合体。
  2. 　前記識別表示要素は、文字、図形および記号の少なくともいずれかの表示要素を含む請求項１記載の体液処理用パッド複合体。
  3. 　前記識別表示要素は、数的観念を有する前記表示要素を含む請求項２記載の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体。
  4. 　前記識別表示要素は、連続した観念を有する前記表示要素を含むとともに、前記パッドの積層の順番に対応して表示される請求項２または３のいずれかに記載の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体。
  5. 　前記識別表示要素は、前記反対側から数えた前記パッドの積層枚数と同数の前記文字、図形および記号のいずれかによって形成される請求項２～４のいずれかに記載の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体。
  6. 　前記識別表示要素は、経時的変化の観念を有する複数種類の前記図形または記号を含み、複数の前記パッドに互いに異なる前記図形または記号が表示され、前記パッドの積層の順番に対応して前記経時的に変化する前記図形または記号が形成される請求項２記載の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体。
  7. 　前記仮着部は、前記パッドの周縁の一部を残して該周縁に沿う熱圧着によって形成され、前記残された一部が、前記パッドを剥離するときの使用者の摘持案内部とされる請求項１～５のいずれかに記載の使い捨ての体液処理用パッド複合体。
