Abstract
La invención define un sensor electroquímico para detección de analitos en medios líquidos que comprende 4 capas, donde la primera capa (1 ) comprende un material carbonoso depositada sobre un sustrato, constituyendo dicha capa el sistema de electrodos del sensor electroquímico, compuesto al menos por un electrodo de pseudo-referencia, un electrodo de trabajo y un contraelectrodo; y la cuarta (4) comprende politiofeno depositada únicamente sobre el extremo inferior del electrodo de trabajo seleccionada entre (d1 ), que comprende una capa que comprende un politiofeno depositada sobre el extremo inferior del electrodo de trabajo y una capa que comprende un gel polimérico no conductor depositada sobre dicha capa de politiofeno;(d2), que es una capa de gel polimérico conductor que comprende un gel polimérico no conductor y un politiofeno; y (d3) que comprende una capa que comprende un politiofeno depositada sobre el extremo inferior del electrodo de trabajo y una capa que comprende nanopartículas magnéticas funcionalizadas depositada sobre dicha capa de politiofeno.
