Abstract

Bei einem Flugstromvergaser, der als Bestandteil für eine im Wirkungsgrad optimierte Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) - Anlage vorgesehen ist, durchläuft das Rohgas zunächst eine als Strahlungskühler ausgebildete Abhitzeeinheit zur Dampferzeugung und anschließend einen Vollquench. Dies führt zu einem erhöhten Wasserdampfanteil im Rohgas, was in IGCC - Anlagen mit CO2 - Abscheidung die Mitteldruck - Dampfzuspeisung vor dem CO - Shift verringert und somit einen Wirkungsgradvorteil bewirkt.
