[1] 本发明涉及一种电子计价、 计数秤, 特别是指一种可大幅降低成本, 且使用方 便的电子计价、 计数秤结构。
[2] 电子计价秤是现在超市及集市中普遍使用的衡器, 其具有计算功能, 在秤重吋 会同步计算并直接显示金额, 因而方便商家的使用, 提高商家售货的效率。
[3] 如图 1、 2所示, 现有的电子计价秤, 其由秤主体 1'及活动设置在秤主体 1'上的 秤盘 2'构成, 秤盘 2'是由金属片材制成, 由于金属片材的厚度有限, 且金属片材 裁切后的边缘较为锋利, 所以其形成秤盘 2'吋, 周缘需进行折边 21 '的加工, 一是 提高秤盘 2'的刚性, 二是提高其使用的安全性; 另外, 金属片材秤盘 2'的不可透 视, 使得该电子计价秤的水平仪 3'只能设置在秤主体 Γ的前方, 即秤主体 Γ上需 要开设有水平仪 3'放置的凹槽, 如此令秤主体 1 '的加工无法进一步简化。 另外, 一般电子计价秤缺少防虫进入机体的设计。
[4] 吋下金属材料的价格在不断攀升, 势必造成该计价秤的材料成本的攀升, 且电 子秤需要防蟑螂进及防滚动的功能; 另外, 对秤盘 2'周缘折边 21 '的加工需要专用 的设备与模具, 亦是其加工成本无法有效降低的一个原因。 本案由此产生。
[5] 本发明的目的是提供一种不仅可以降低材料成本增加防虫、 透视水平仪功能还 可以降低加工成本的电子计价秤结构, 令其更具有市场竞争力。
[6] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是:
[7] 一种电子计价秤结构, 其包括秤主体及活动设置在秤主体上的秤盘; 其中: 该 秤盘为一钢化玻璃板, 在钢化玻璃板的中部形成防止物体滚动的凹区。
[8] 所述钢化玻璃板的下表面上用 UV胶反贴水平仪。
[9] 所述秤主体上方四角处分别设置有配合孔, 四个秤盘定位销是分别配合于该配 合孔中而承托秤盘。 [10] 所述秤盘定位销上部形成与玻璃秤盘胶合的盘体, 邻接盘体形成渐缩的柱体, 在柱体上套置有一外径大于配合孔的防虫环片。
[11] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明的电子计价秤将传统金属片材制成的秤盘改变为 钢化玻璃板, 使得该电子称具有如下优点:
[12] 1、 降低材料成本, 由于钢化玻璃材料价格远远低于金属材料, 并且其刚性佳
, 因而该玻璃板可以大幅降低电子计价秤的材料成本。
[13] 2、 降低加工成本, 由于钢化玻璃板只需依秤盘大小裁割后, 周缘打磨即可, 省去了现有秤盘需要进行折边的加工和贴保护膜等工序, 因而加工简单、 易行
, 如此减少了加工的设备成本。
[14] 3、 易清理, 钢化玻璃板具有防水、 防腐、 不易粘贴的特点, 因而在对各种物 品的称重后留下的污渍、 灰尘更易清洁与整理, 不存在如金属材料易氧化、 易 腐蚀的问题, 令电子计价秤的使用寿命更长。
[15] 4、 简化秤主体结构, 由于钢化玻璃板形成的秤盘具有可透视性, 则水平仪可 直接反贴在秤盘上, 无需在秤主体上另开设水平仪的放置位置, 并且直接设置 在秤盘上的水平仪在调节吋会更加准确, 保障电子计价秤的精确性。 而普通秤 盘不具可透视性, 需另找壳体空间装载水平仪, 造成设计和开模之增加成本。
[16] 5、 锥状定位销加防虫环片可避免蟑螂小虫进入秤主机。 四个锥状定位销的斜 度可在秤重过程中自动调整防虫环片的位置, 以防止磨擦发生, 使不会妨害秤 重精度。 锥状销的锥体单边角度大于零度, 小于 20度均可, 最佳角度为 3度左右 國删

[24] 本发明的关键在于: 该秤盘 2是釆用钢化玻璃板, 其上表面的中部形成的凹区 2 1, 该凹区 21可釆用腐蚀加工或是打磨加工或挖空嵌入零件而成, 其为一渐凹或 陷落的圆区, 以令在称重易滚动物品, 如西瓜等吋具有一限位防滚的作用。
[25] 在秤盘 2下表面的近四角处分别固定有秤盘定位销 4, 该定位销 4的上端形成盘 体 41以与钢化玻璃板秤盘 2下表面贴固, 而邻接盘体 41的秤盘定位销 4形成锥状 柱体 42, 该锥状柱体 42的单边角度为零度到 20度之间, 最佳角度约 3度。 柱体 42 下端形成盘座 43以与秤主体 1接触, 而在各柱体 42上分别套置有一防虫环片 5, 防虫环片 5的外径大于下述秤主体 1上配合孔 11的内径。 四个锥状定位销 4的斜度 可在秤重过程中自动调整防虫环片 5的位置, 以防止磨擦发生, 使之不会妨害秤 重精度; 另在秤盘 2下表面上还贴固有水平仪 3。
[26] 该秤主体 1上方对应秤盘 2上各定位销 4的位置分别设置有配合孔 11, 四个秤盘 锥状定位销 4是分别配合于该配合孔 11中而承托秤盘 2。
[27] 上述各防虫环片 5的设置是遮档秤盘定位销 4与配合孔 11的间隙, 以防止蟑螂等 虫子爬入秤主体 1中。
[28] 综上所述的本发明电子称结构, 其秤盘釆用的钢化玻璃材料价格远远低于金属 材料, 并且其刚性佳, 如此大幅降低电子计价秤的材料成本; 由于钢化玻璃板 只需依秤盘 2大小裁割后, 周缘打磨即可, 省去了现有秤盘需要进行折边的加工 , 因而加工简单、 易行, 减少加工的设备成本; 钢化玻璃板的秤盘 2具有防水、 防腐、 不易粘贴的特点, 在对各种物品的称重后留下的污渍、 灰尘更易清洁与 整理, 不存在如金属材料易氧化、 易腐蚀的问题, 令电子计价秤的使用寿命更 长; 钢化玻璃板形成的秤盘 2具有可透视性, 水平仪 3可直接用 UV胶反贴在秤盘 2 上, 无需在秤主体 1上另开设水平仪 3的放置位置, 并且直接设置在秤盘 2上的水 平仪在调节吋会更加准确, 保障电子计价秤的精确性。 倒锥状定位柱 4配合防虫 环片 5, 防止蟑螂进入机体, 大大提高电子计价秤的寿命及环境卫生。 如此结构 的电子计价秤不仅美观, 且更加具有市场竞争力。

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种电子计价秤结构, 其包括秤主体及活动设置在秤主体上的秤盘; 其 特征在于: 该秤盘为一钢化玻璃板, 在钢化玻璃板的中部形成防止物体滚 动的凹区; 侧边底面反贴水平仪及四个加了防虫环片的锥状定位柱。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子计价秤结构, 其特征在于: 钢化玻璃秤盘 中共有一凹区, 此凹区为凹平面或凹圆弧, 以热变形或喷砂、 或嵌入零件 来形成。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子计价秤结构, 其特征在于: 钢化玻璃板侧 边的下表面上反贴有水平仪。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子计价秤结构, 其特征在于: 秤盘定位柱上 部以胶贴合在玻璃板底部成为盘体一部份, 该锥状定位柱的单边角度在零 到 20度之间。
