- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing download program download processing in the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 of FIG.
- the ECG storage unit 1205 (see FIG. 1) of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 determines the program ID 902a (see FIG. 3) of the download program (step 3). S1).
- the ECG storage unit 1205 extracts an ECG data file 900 (see FIG. 3) corresponding to the determined program ID 902a (step S2).
- the ECG storage unit 1205 extracts broadcast schedule information 905a (see FIG. 3) from the ECG data file 900 (step S3).
- the ECG storage unit 1205 compares the broadcast start date and time (in this example, 6:00 on May 1, 2010) included in the schedule information 905a with the current date and time (step S4). If the current date / time is not the broadcast start date / time (in this example, May 1, 2010, 6:00), the ECG storage unit 1205 determines that the current date / time is the broadcast start date / time (in this example, May 1, 2010 6). Wait until 0:00). When the current date and time is the broadcast start date and time (in this example, May 1, 2010, 6:00), the ECG storage unit 1205 performs the download based on the information specifying the broadcast channel included in the broadcast schedule information 905a. The broadcast channel of the program is determined, and the receiving unit 1201 is controlled to select the broadcast channel (step S5).
- the ECG accumulation unit 1205 accumulates the content of the download program separated from the TLV stream by the TLV demultiplexing unit 1203 (see FIG. 1) in the content accumulation unit 1206 (see FIG. 1) (step S6).
- the ECG storage unit 1205 determines whether or not a missing portion has occurred in the content stored in the content storage unit 1206 (step S7). - FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of the missing part and the supplement part of the content.
- the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 when a missing portion MI occurs in the content CN accumulated in the content accumulating unit 1206 in the download process of the download program described above, The corresponding content portion (complement portion IN) is acquired, and the missing portion MI of the content CN is supplemented using the acquired supplement portion.
- the content missing part complementing process will be described.
- FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a content missing part complementing process in the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 of FIG.
- the content missing portion complementing process may be executed in parallel with the download program download process of FIG. 5 or may be executed during the idle time of various processes of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 after the download process is completed.
- the case where the content missing portion complementing process is executed in parallel with the download program downloading process will be described below.
- the download processing unit 1210 determines the program ID 902a (see FIG. 3) of the download program (step S11). Next, the download processing unit 1210 extracts the ECG data file 900 (see FIG. 3) corresponding to the program ID 902a from the ECG storage unit 1205 (see FIG. 1) (step S12). Subsequently, the download processing unit 1210 extracts broadcast schedule information 905a, address information 905b, and distribution schedule information 905c (see FIG. 3) from the ECG data file 900 (step S13).
- the download processing unit 1210 determines whether or not missing information is accumulated in the content accumulation unit 1206 (see FIG. 1) in step S8 of FIG. 5 (step S14). If missing information is not accumulated, the download processing unit 1210 proceeds to the process of step S19 described later. If missing information is accumulated, the download processing unit 1210 determines whether the current date and time is before the net delivery start date and time (in this example, 6:30 on May 1, 2010) included in the delivery schedule information 905c. It is determined whether or not (step S15). If the current date and time is before the net distribution start date and time (in this example, 3:1 on May 1, 2010), the download processing unit 1210 indicates that the current date and time is the net distribution start date and time (in this example, 2010 5 Wait until 6:30 on March 1).
- the download processing unit 1210 displays the net delivery end date and time when the current date and time is included in the delivery schedule information 905c ( In this example, it is determined whether or not it is before June 1, 2010, 6:00) (step S16). If the current date and time is before the net delivery end date and time (in this example, June 1, 2010, 6:00), the download processing unit 1210 uses the delivery server 1300 (see FIG. 1) based on the extracted address information 905b. ) To obtain at least a complement of the content from the distribution server 1300 (step S17).
- the download processing unit 1210 accesses the distribution server 1300 via the communication unit 1211 (see FIG. 1) and the Internet 1500 (see FIG. 1) based on the content acquisition URL of the acquired address information 905b. To do.
- the download processing unit 1210 distributes to the distribution server 1300 a signal (hereinafter, referred to as an HTTP-Get request) that requests distribution of at least a complementary part of the content using the “HTTP-Get” protocol based on the missing information.
- the HTTP-Get request includes a distribution request start position and a distribution request size in the content. The distribution request start position and the distribution request size are set so that the content portion corresponding to the missing portion of the content is included.
- the distribution server 1300 When the distribution server 1300 receives an HTTP-Get request from the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 via the Internet 1500 and the communication unit 1301 (see FIG. 1), the supplementary part of the requested content is received from the content storage unit 1302 (see FIG. 1). Extract. After that, the distribution server 1300 transmits the supplemented portion of the extracted content to the broadcast receiving device 1200 via the communication unit 1301 and the Internet 1500.
- the download processing unit 1210 receives a content complement from the distribution server 1300 via the Internet 1500 and the communication unit 1211. As a result, the download processing unit 1210 can acquire a complement of content.
- the combining unit 1212 (see FIG. 1) of the download processing unit 1210 combines the complement of the content acquired from the distribution server 1300 with the missing portion of the content stored in the content storage unit 1206 (step S18). Thereby, the missing part of the content accumulated in the content accumulation unit 1206 is complemented. Subsequently, the download processing unit 1210 returns to the process of step S14, and determines whether other missing information is stored in the content storage unit 1206.
- the download processing unit 1210 displays the broadcast end date / time of the download program whose current date / time is included in the broadcast schedule information 905a (in this example, 2010 5 It is determined whether it is before 7:00 on the first day of the month (step S19). If the current date and time is before the broadcast end date and time (in this example, May 1, 2010, 7:00), new missing information can be stored in the content storage unit 1206 during the download processing of the download program. Therefore, the download processing unit 1210 returns to the process of step S14. If the current date and time is after the broadcast end date and time (in this example, May 1, 2010, 7:00), the download processing unit 1210 ends the content missing portion complement processing.
- one or a plurality of missing information is sequentially stored in the content storage unit 1206 during the download program download process. Based on this, one or more missing parts of the content are supplemented using the supplemental parts acquired from the distribution server 1300 sequentially. Further, when the net distribution period of the content of the download program is later than the broadcast period of the download program, one or more missing items stored in the content storage unit 1206 at the time when the current date / time becomes the net distribution start date / time. Based on the information, one or more missing portions of the content of the download program are supplemented using a supplement portion acquired from the distribution server 1300.
- step S16 if the current date and time is after the net delivery end date and time (in this example, June 1, 2010, 6:00), the download processing unit 1210 cannot supplement the missing portion of the content. . Therefore, the download processing unit 1210 ends the content missing part complementing process. In this case, the download processing unit 1210 may display on the video display device of the video / audio output unit 1209 (see FIG. 1) that the missing part of the content is not complemented. Thereby, the user of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 can recognize that there is a missing part in the content.
- the download processing unit 1210 may wait until the content of the download program is redistributed from the distribution server 1300. In this case, if the content of the download program is not redistributed from the distribution server 1300 within a certain period, the download processing unit 1210 has a content missing portion in the video display device of the video / audio output unit 1209 (see FIG. 1). You may display that it is not complemented.
- the supplement part of the content is acquired from the distribution server 1300 during the distribution period and acquired based on the distribution schedule information 905c of the download control information 905.
- the missing part of the content is complemented by the complement part.
- Second Embodiment A broadcast transmission / reception system according to the second embodiment will be described while referring to differences from the broadcast transmission / reception system 1000 according to the first embodiment.
- the TLV multiplexing unit 1107 of the broadcast transmitting apparatus 1100 in FIG. 1 divides the MPEG-TS constituting the content into units each having a size that is an integral multiple of the TS packet size (192 bytes or 188 bytes). Units are multiplexed into one TLV stream. Here, each divided unit is called a divided unit.
- the size of the TS packet (hereinafter referred to as TS packet size) is S.
- the size of the division unit (hereinafter referred to as the division unit size) is (S ⁇ a) bytes. a is an integer.
- MPEG-TS division units are multiplexed in each TLV stream extracted by the receiving unit 1201 of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200. Therefore, the size of the AV stream separated from each TLV stream by the TLV demultiplexing unit 1203 is (S ⁇ a) bytes.
- the distribution request start position and the distribution request size are set to an integral multiple of the TS packet size S.
- the supplementary portion can be acquired from the distribution server 1300 in units of TS packet size.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining a missing part, missing information, and a complementary part of the content in the second embodiment.
- the ECG accumulation unit 1205 (see FIG. 1) of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 according to the present embodiment processes the AV stream constituting the content CN in units of TS packet size.
- step S6 (see FIG. 5) of the download program download process
- the ECG storage unit 1205 stores the AV stream of the download program separated from the TLV stream by the TLV demultiplexing unit 1203 (see FIG. 1).
- the data is accumulated in the accumulation unit 1206 (see FIG. 1).
- the content CN includes 6 TS packets.
- packet numbers P1 to P6 are assigned to six TS packets, respectively.
- the TS packet size of each TS packet is S.
- step S8 the ECG storage unit 1205 determines that if the missing part MI occurs in the content CN stored in the content storage unit 1206, the ECG storage unit 1205 A range of one or more TS packets including the missing portion MI of the content CN is accumulated as missing information in units of TS packet size.
- a missing portion MI occurs in a part of the TS packet with the packet number P2 and a part of the TS packet with the packet number P3. Therefore, the packet numbers P2 and P3 are stored in the content storage unit 1206 as missing information.
- the download processing unit 1210 (see FIG. 1) of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 according to the present embodiment processes the AV stream constituting the content CN in units of TS packet size. Specifically, in step S17 (see FIG. 7) of the process of complementing the missing part MI of the content CN, the download processing unit 1210 obtains the supplementary part IN of the content CN from the distribution server 1300 (see FIG. 1) in units of TS packets. get. In the example of FIG. 8, two TS packets with packet numbers Q2 and Q3 corresponding to the two TS packets with packet numbers P2 and P3 are acquired as the supplemental portion IN. In this case, the download processing unit 1210 sets the distribution request start position and the distribution request size to an integer multiple of the TS packet size S. In the example of FIG. 8, the size of the complementary portion IN is twice the TS packet size S. Therefore, the distribution request size is 2S bytes.
- step S18 of the content missing part complementing process
- the combining unit 1212 (see FIG. 1) of the download processing unit 1210 delivers the missing part MI of the content CN accumulated in the content accumulating unit 1206.
- the supplement part IN of the content acquired from the server 1300 is combined in units of TS packets.
- the missing part MI of the content CN stored in the content storage unit 1206 is transmitted from the distribution server 1300. It is complemented by the complement part IN of the acquired content.
- the ECG storage unit 1205 and the download processing unit 1210 process the AV stream constituting the content in units of TS packet size. Therefore, a number can be assigned to each TS packet including a missing part. In addition, a number can be assigned to a TS packet including a complementary portion corresponding to a TS packet including a missing portion.
- the packet number by specifying the packet number, the range of the missing part of the content can be easily specified, and the TS packet including the complementary part can be easily acquired.
- the missing portion of the content can be easily supplemented. it can.
- the distribution request start position and the distribution request size may be set to an integral multiple of the division unit size in the content missing portion complementing process. Specifically, the distribution request start position is set to (S ⁇ a ⁇ b) bytes. b is an integer. Also, the distribution request size is set to (S ⁇ a ⁇ c) bytes. c is an integer.
- the ECG storage unit 1205 can detect a missing part in units of TLV streams.
- the download processing unit 1210 can acquire a complement portion in units of TLV streams. Thereby, it is possible to further simplify the algorithm for performing the process of complementing the missing part of the content.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the content information 905d of FIG.
- the value of the content position of the broadcast included in the content information 905d corresponds to the size of the part of the content for which the broadcast-type download broadcast has been completed.
- the value of the content size of the broadcast included in the content information 905d indicates the size of the portion of the content for which broadcast-type download broadcasting has not been completed.
- the sum of the content position value of the broadcast and the content size value of the broadcast is equal to the length value of the content included in the address information 905b.
- the content position value of the broadcast is 0, and the content size of the broadcast is the same.
- the value is equal to the content length value.
- the content position value of the broadcast increases and the content size value of the broadcast decreases.
- the content position value of the broadcast is equal to the content length value, and the content size value of the broadcast is zero.
- the download time of download programs depends on the content size and digital broadcast transfer rate. Therefore, if the size of the content of the downloaded program is large, or if the transfer rate of the digital broadcast is low, all the content cannot be downloaded by the broadcast end date and time of the downloaded program, and the download process is performed with the content downloaded halfway. May end.
- the download processing unit 1210 of the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 ends the download process due to the arrival of the broadcast end date and time when the ECG storage unit 1205 has accumulated the content halfway in the download program download process
- the remaining content portion that has not been stored is processed as a missing portion
- the content portion (complement portion) corresponding to the missing portion is acquired
- the content missing portion complement processing is executed using the acquired complement portion.
- FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 are flowcharts showing a content missing part complementing process in the broadcast receiving apparatus 1200 according to the third embodiment.
- the content missing part complementing process in the present embodiment is executed after the download program download process of FIG.
- the download processing unit 1210 determines whether or not the current date and time is before the broadcast end date and time included in the broadcast schedule information 905a extracted in the download program download processing of FIG. 5 (step S21). If the current date is before the broadcast end date, the download processing unit 1210 waits until the current date reaches the broadcast end date. If the current date and time is after the broadcast end date and time, the download processing unit 1210 (see FIG. 1) determines the program ID 902a (see FIG. 3) of the download program (step S22).
- the download processing unit 1210 extracts the ECG data file 900 (see FIG. 3) corresponding to the program ID 902a from the ECG storage unit 1205 (see FIG. 1) (step S23). Subsequently, the download processing unit 1210 extracts broadcast schedule information 905a, address information 905b, distribution schedule information 905c, and content information 905d (see FIG. 3) from the ECG data file 900 (step S24).
- the EPG storage unit 1204 determines whether or not the content position value of the broadcast included in the content information 905d is smaller than the content length value included in the address information 905b (step S25). If the content position value is smaller than the content length value, a missing portion has occurred in the content stored in the content storage unit 1206, so the download processing unit 1210 displays the current date and time in the distribution schedule information 905c. It is determined whether it is before the included net distribution start date and time (step S26).
- the download processing unit 1210 waits until the current date / time reaches the net delivery start date / time. If the current date and time is after the net delivery start date and time, the download processing unit 1210 determines whether or not the current date and time is before the net delivery end date and time included in the delivery schedule information 905c (step S27). If the current date and time is before the net distribution end date and time, the download processing unit 1210 accesses the distribution server 1300 (see FIG. 1) based on the extracted address information 905b, and obtains at least a complementary part of the content from the distribution server 1300. Obtain (step S28).
- the combining unit 1212 (see FIG. 1) of the download processing unit 1210 combines the complement of the content acquired from the distribution server 1300 with the missing part of the content stored in the content storage unit 1206 (step S29). Thereby, the missing part of the content accumulated in the content accumulation unit 1206 is complemented. Thereafter, the download processing unit 1210 ends the content missing part complementing process.
- step S25 if the content position value is equal to or greater than the content length value, no download portion has occurred in the content stored in the content storage unit 1206. Completion processing ends.
- step S27 if the current date and time is after the net distribution end date and time, the download processing unit 1210 cannot complement the missing portion of the content.
1). 図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る放送送受信システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図1に示すように、放送送受信システム1000は、放送送信装置1100、放送受信装置1200および配信サーバ1300を備える。図1の放送送受信システム1000は高度BS(Broadcasting Satellite)デジタル放送に適合する。
