具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步说明。 参见图 1, 本发明设有靠背部、座位部、 靠背驱动机构、扶手 02与 05、 行走式按摩机芯 14、 小腿支撑部 09和控制电路装置 01。 靠背部设有壳体 (壳体由前盖 15、 后盖 11与 12构成)和导轨架 13 , 导轨架 13设于壳体 中, 导轨架 13为矩形框架, 矩形框架的两侧杆 131与 132构成导轨, 导轨 的形状与人体头部至大腿部的自然曲线形状相似, 类似 W形。 座位部设有 座架 03和座板 10, 座板 10设于座架 03上端面, 座板 10与座架 03为可 拆式连接, 座板 10为 U字形座板, U字形座板的开口 101是便于行走式 按摩机芯 14行至座板 10下方时按摩头对大腿部的按摩。导轨架 13下部设 有销轴 133, 销轴 133与座架 03后部上端所设的销孔 031转动连接。 导轨 架 13可以该转动连接点为支点翻转。 靠背驱动机构用于使靠背翻转, 靠背 驱动机构设有第一电动推杆 06、 U形摆杆 08和 2根第一连杆 04, 第一电 动推杆 06的输出端 061与摆杆 08铰接, 第一电动推杆 06的底端 062与座 架 03的底部前端铰接, 摆杆 08—端 081与座架 03的上部 032铰接, 摆杆 08另一端 082与第一连杆 04—端 041铰接, 第一连杆 04另一端 042与导 轨架 13下部销轴 134铰接。 第一连杆 04运动时, 通过销轴 134传力, 可 拉动导轨架 13以销轴 133转动连接点为支点使导轨架 13翻转。 扶手 02 和 05设于座架 03两侧。 行走式按摩机芯 14设于靠背部的壳体内, 行走式 按摩机芯 14的行走轮 141与导轨架 13的导轨 131滚动配合。 控制电路装 置 01安装于座架 03后端底部, 控制电路装置 01包括微处理器(图中未画 出)、 手动功能键盘(图中未画出)以及 3个限位传感器 135、 136和 137 , 微处理器釆用单片机, 其 CPU釆用 MC9S08AW16。 3个限位传感器 135、 136和 137分别设于导轨架 13的导轨 132上端、 中下端及下端, 使用时, 3个限位传感器 135、 136和 137的位置分别对应人体的头 (颈)部、 腰部 和大腿部。 微处理器与手动功能键盘、 3 个限位传感器电连接, 以及与行 走式按摩机芯 14的直流电机、 第一电动推杆 06的直流电机电连接。
小腿支撑部 09设于座架 03的前方, 小腿支撑部 09设有支撑架 091 和夹紧气袋 092 , 支撑架 091由上支撑架 0911与下支撑架 0912构成, 上 支撑架 0911与下支撑架 0912之间铰接, 上支撑架 0911通过连接部 093 与座架 03的连接部 033饺接, 下支撑架 0912通过连接杆件与座架 03转动 连接, 所述连接杆件由第二连杆 071和第二电动推杆 072构成, 第二连杆 071—端与下支撑架 0912铰接, 第二连杆 071另一端与第二电动推杆 072 的输出端铰接, 第二电动推杆 072的底端与座架 03铰接。 夹紧气袋 092 安装于支撑架 091上。 所述手动功能键盘设有控制显示屏, 控制显示屏釆 用 LCD显示屏。
参见图 2, 图 2为按摩椅处于坐姿按摩状态工作时, 2个限位传感器 135与 136起作用, 微处理器釆集 2个限位传感器 135与 136的信号, 控 制行走式按摩机芯在 2个限位传感器 135与 136之间的距离范围 L1内(即 背部范围 )按摩。 图 2中其余标号与图 1对应一致。
参见图 3, 图 2为按摩椅处于卧姿按摩状态, 工作时, 2个限位传感器
135与 137起作用, 微处理器釆集 2个限位传感器 135与 137的信号, 控 制行走式按摩机芯在 2个限位传感器 135与 137之间的距离范围 L2内(即 头部至大腿部范围)按摩。 图 3中其余标号与图 1对应一致。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅, 其特征在于设有靠背部、 座 位部、 靠背驱动机构、 扶手、 行走式按摩机芯和控制电路; 靠背部设有壳 体和导轨架, 导轨架设于壳体中, 导轨架设有导轨, 导轨的长度及形状与 人体从头部至大腿部的自然曲线形状相似; 座位部设有座架和座板, 座板 设于座架上部, 导轨架下部与座架后部转动连接; 靠背驱动机构设有第一 电动推杆、 摆杆和第一连杆, 第一电动推杆的输出端与摆杆连接, 第一电 动推杆的底端与座架连接, 摆杆一端与座架连接, 摆杆另一端与第一连杆 一端连接, 第一连杆另一端与导轨架下部连接, 第一连杆另一端与导轨架 下部转动连接的连接点位置低于座架后部与导轨架下部转动连接的连接点 位置; 扶手设于座架两侧, 行走式按摩机芯设于靠背部的壳体内, 行走式 按摩机芯的行走轮与导轨架的导轨滚动配合; 控制电路设有微处理器、 手 动功能键盘和至少 2个限位传感器, 微处理器与手动功能键盘、 限位传感 器、 行走式按摩机芯的电机和第一电动推杆的电机电连接, 限位传感器设 于导轨架的导轨上端和下端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述导轨架为矩形框架, 导轨设在矩形框架的两侧杆上。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述座板与座架可拆式连接。
4. 如权利要求 1-3 任一项所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩 椅, 其特征在于所述座板为 U字形座板。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述第一电动推杆的底端与座架连接是铰接, 所述第一电动推杆的输 出端与摆杆连接是铰接, 所述摆杆一端与座架连接是铰接, 所述摆杆另一 端与第一连杆一端连接是铰接, 所述第一连杆另一端与导轨架下部连接是 铰接。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述座架的前方设有小腿支撑部,小腿支撑部设有支撑架和夹紧气袋, 支撑架由上支撑架与下支撑架构成, 上支撑架与下支撑架之间铰接, 上支 撑架与座架饺接, 下支撑架通过连接杆件与座架转动连接, 夹紧气袋设于 支撑架上。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述连接杆件由第二连杆和第二电动推杆组成, 第二连杆一端与下支 撑架转动连接, 第二连杆另一端与第二电动推杆的输出端转动连接, 第二 电动推杆的底端与座架铰接。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅, 其特 征在于所述微处理器釆用单片机。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的一种可从头部按摩至大腿部的按摩椅,其特征 在于所述限位传感器设有 3个, 3个限位传感器分别设于导轨架的导轨上 端、 中下端及下端, 3 个限位传感器的位置分别对应人体的头部、 腰臀部 和大腿部。
