Abstract
Apparatus for locomotion by water, air or land comprises at least one correspondingly rigid hull (1) having a symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis (101) of said hull (1) arranged shell (10), as well as at least two hydrofoils (210', 210", 220', 220"), and moreover at least one propulsion means (3) adapted to generate each required drag force (F), and optionally also at least one steering means (4), which is attached to said body (1) and may also be available as a directed propulsion means (3), and optionally also at least one wheel (15', 15") enabling locomotion by land. In accordance with the present invention, such apparatus comprises at least two with regard to the longitudinal axis (101) of said hull (1) apart from each other arranged pairs of coaxially aligned and apart from each other at least approximately perpendicular with respect to said longitudinal axis (101) of the body (1) extending and optionally as aerodynamically profiled wings designed transversal beams (21', 21"; 22', 22"), which are each per se firmly attached to said hull (1) at least approximately in a horizontal plane above the waterline (13) of said shell (10) of the hull (1) and each of them comprising a hydrofoil (210', 210"; 220', 220"), which may be pivoted relatively to each belonging transversal beam (21', 21"; 22', 22") at each desired angle (β) around the horizontal axis (201', 201"; 203', 203") extending parallel to said longitudinal axis (101) of the hull (1), wherein said angle (β) between each particular hydrofoil (210', 210"; 220', 220") and each belonging transversal beam (21', 21"; 22', 22") is adjustable in the area between 0° and at least approximately 60°.
