Abstract

본 발명은 냉풍건조기와 데시칸트건조기를 하이브리드 화하여 건조효율(제습량/소비동력)을 증가시키면서 건조시간을 단축하여 운전비를 대폭으로 절감하도록 한 하이브리드 건조시스템 및 하이브리드 건조시스템의 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 증발기와 응축기 사이에 설치되며, 상기 증발기를 통과한 냉풍건조공기를 건조공기로 만드는 데시칸트건조기 흡착부와 상기 응축기의 응축열로 가열된 재생공기가 재생열원으로 공급되는 탈착부를 갖는 데시칸트건조기; 상기 재생공기로 하여 외기공기와 재생배기를 열교환하여 배기열을 회수하는 열교환기; 상기 건조실의 습도 및 온도에 따라 냉풍건조와 데시칸트건조를 동시에 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 시스템은 냉동사이클, 건조사이클, 건조실순환사이클 및 재생사이클로 운전되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
