Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trockengruppe (1) zum Trocknen einer Materialbahn (10), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn, umfassend mindestens zwei benachbarte, beheizbare Trockenzylinder (2, 3) mit einer dazwischen liegenden Leitwalze (4, 4.1), sowie einem ersten Trockensieb (101, 103). Die Materialbahn (10) ist in Kontakt mit den mindestens zwei beheizbaren Trockenzylindern (2, 3). Sie wird abwechselnd um die Trockenzylinder (2, 3) und die Leitwalze (4, 4.1) geführt. Das erste Trockensieb (101, 103) umschlingt zusammen mit der Materialbahn (10) die mindestens zwei benachbarten, beheizbaren Trockenzylinder (2, 3) mindestens 180°. Die Drehachsen der mindestens zwei beheizbaren Trockenzylinder liegen in einer ersten Ebene E2. Die Senkrechten zur ersten Ebene E2, welche durch die Drehachsen der mindestens zwei beheizbaren, benachbarten Trockenzylinder (2, 3) und der dazwischen liegenden Leitwalze (4, 4.1) verlaufen, weisen die Abstände L1 und L2 auf, wobei die Abstände L1 und L2 unterschiedlich groß sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Trockengruppe (1) zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Betrag der Bedingung (L1 -L2)/2 größer als 150mm ist.
