Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kavitations-Vorrichtung (100) zur Dispergierung von über eine Leitung durchströmenden, flüssigen Medien, insbesondere Kohlenwasserstoffen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (3), das wenigstens eine Mischkammer (11), wenigstens einen innerhalb der Mischkammer angeordneten Verwirbelungskörper (10.1, 10.2) sowie eine längsaxial angeordnete Einlauföffnung (4) und eine ebenso längsaxial angeordnete Auslauföffnung (5) aufweist. Die ferromagnetischen Verwirbelungskörper (10.1, 10.2) sind hintereinander längs einer Durchflussrichtung (R) des Mediums im Gehäuse (3) angeordnet. Die Verwirbelungskörper sind jeweils durch wenigstens zwei Plattenelemente (1.1, 1.2,... 1.n; 2.1, 2.2,... 2.n) gebildet, die zueinander planparallel angeordnet sind. Ferner sind die Verwirbelungskörper zueinander um einen Drehwinkel verstellt oder verstellbar unter Beibehaltung ihrer längsaxialen Anordnung innerhalb des Gehäuses.
