本发明涉及一种可调节自动升降装置。 背景技术
传统的输液器采用压差原理, 将液瓶或液袋悬挂在高处, 利用压差使药液或 血液经输液管输入人体中。 这种输液方式, 患者需在床上卧着或在椅子上坐着, 如患者需要大小便, 需护士或家属帮忙将液瓶或液袋移动并举过患者头顶, 使用 很不方便, 而且容易发生回血或鼓包现象, 特别是在野外急救、 救灾时更不方便。
为了解决这个问题, 现在已经有了一种免吊输血、 输液器, 它由盒盖和盒体 组成, 盒体内安装有顶板及与顶板相连的弹性变形体, 通过弹性支架对位于顶板 及盒盖之间的输液袋进行加压使药液或血液通过输液管输入人体中, 患者可站位、 坐位、 卧位或行走中进行输液输血, 使用较方便。 但这种免吊输血、 输液器采用 齿轮齿条作为张紧装置, 导致结构复杂, 配件繁多, 使用不便。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调节自动升降装置, 该装置可轻松实现撑杆的 自动升降, 且结构简单, 操作方便。
本发明的特征在于: 所述前撑杆和后撑杆两侧的驱动端分别与动杆一及动杆 二相铰接, 以使两动杆沿座架靠拢时撑杆的活动端自动向上撑起, 两动杆相互分 离时撑杆自动向座架叠合, 所述两动杆之间还设置有可使两动杆相互靠拢或分离 的自动调节驱动机构。 本发明的工作过程如下: 调节驱动机构通过螺杆及其套杆的相互配合, 或液 压传动、 气压传动, 亦或是齿轮齿条结构等机械结构, 将推力作用于动杆一及动 杆二上, 导致两动杆相互分离, 前后撑杆的活动端下行, 撑杆自动向座架叠合; 当调节驱动机构对动杆的推动力撤销后, 动杆在弹簧的作用下沿座架靠拢, 致使 撑杆活动端自动向上撑起。
本发明的优点在于: 在免吊输液装置内通过可调节自动升降装置, 可轻易地 将其调节至叠合状态, 从而可以方便地在顶板与盖体之间放置储液袋。 该调节装 置可采用螺杆螺套机构, 通过人工扭转螺杆或扁轮实现叠合; 也可以采用液压、 气动等方法实现自动叠合, 实现整个操作过程相对于公知的输液装置, 具有省力、 安全、 简便等优点。 此外, 该装置不仅可用于输血输液, 还可用于如打印机自动 供墨系统、 机械设备、 生活用品等的水冷和润滑等多种液体的自动输送。 附图说明

参考图 1、 图 2, 本发明公开了一种可调节自动升降装置, 包括一对中部互相 铰接的前撑杆 1和一对中部相互铰接的后撑杆 2,以及位于座架 3两侧并可沿座架 相对靠拢和分离的动杆, 所述前撑杆和后撑杆两侧的驱动端 4分别与动杆一 5及 动杆二 6相铰接, 以使两动杆沿座架靠拢时撑杆的活动端 7 自动向上撑起, 两动 杆相互分离时撑杆自动向座架叠合, 所述两动杆之间还设置有可使两动杆相互靠 拢或分离的自动调节驱动机构 8,所述自动调节驱动机构由螺杆 9与套杆 10构成, 当以插销扭转位于动杆一上的螺杆伸出端 11时, 通过与螺杆连接的套杆将扭转力 转化为直线推力作用于动杆二上, 从而可实现前撑杆与后撑杆自动向座板叠合。
参考图 3, 图 4, 所述自动调节驱动机构还可以由液压缸 12及其活塞推杆 13 构成, 所述调节驱动机构也可以由气缸 14及其气动活塞推杆 15构成, 经液压或 气压传动, 通过与液压缸或气缸配合的活塞直接将推动力传递到动杆一或动杆二 上, 从而实现前撑杆与后撑杆的自动叠合。
参考图 5, 所述自动调节驱动机构由电机齿轮凸轮变速升降装置构成, 电机驱 动主动轮 16转动, 主动轮带动从动轮 17转动, 驱使套在从动轮上的扁轮 18转过 一定的角度, 从而对推杆 19产生向外推动的作用, 将推动力传递到动杆一或动杆 二上, 从而实现前撑杆与后撑杆的自动叠合。
参考图 6, 为了实现自动输液, 所述前撑杆和后撑杆的活动端可分别与一顶板 20四周相铰接, 所述座架周部与一盒体 21构成一体, 盒体上方设有顶盖 22, 顶 盖与顶板构成用以挤压输液袋 23的挤压组件以及指示组件。
本发明公开的文件中自动调节驱动机构采用了螺紋套杆结构、液压缸及其活塞 推杆、 气压缸及其活塞推杆或电机齿轮凸轮结构作为实施例, 阐述了自动调节驱 动机构工作的原理, 该原理亦可采用其他的机械结构实现, 凡依本发明原理所作 的改变, 所产生的功能作用未超出本发明技术方案的范围时, 均属于本发明的保 护范围。

1、 一种可调节自动升降装置, 包括一对中部互相铰接的前撑杆和一对中部相 互铰接的后撑杆, 以及位于座架两侧并可沿座架相对靠拢和分离的动杆, 其特征 在于: 所述前撑杆和后撑杆两侧的驱动端分别与动杆一及动杆二相铰接, 以使两 动杆沿座架靠拢时撑杆的活动端自动向上撑起, 两动杆相互分离时撑杆自动向座 架叠合, 所述两动杆之间还设置有可使两动杆相互靠拢或分离的自动调节驱动机
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可调节自动升降装置, 其特征在于: 所述自动调节 驱动机构由螺杆与套杆构成。

5、 根据权利要求 1所述的可调节自动升降装置, 其特征在于: 所述自动调节 驱动机构由电机齿轮扁轮变速升降装置构成。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4或 5所述的可调节自动升降装置, 其特征在于: 设有用以驱使两动杆靠拢的弹簧。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的可调节自动升降装置, 其特征在于: 所述前撑 杆和后撑杆的活动端分别与一顶板四周相铰接, 所述座架周部与一盒体构成一体, 盒体开口上设有顶盖, 顶盖与顶板构成用以挤压液体袋的挤压组件以及指示组件。
