Abstract
L'invention concerne un ensemble palier à roulement présentant une douille à aiguilles (1) en forme d'anneau, dont la surface intérieure forme un chemin de roulement (8) pour des corps de roulement conçus sous la forme d'aiguilles de roulement (3) et disposés à une certaine distance les uns derrière les autres dans le sens de la périphérie à l'intérieur d'une cage (2) qui est emboîtée dans la douille à aiguilles (1) et entoure un arbre (6) sur la surface extérieure (7) duquel sont soutenues les aiguilles de roulement (3) de manière à pouvoir rouler. La douille à aiguilles (1) est emboîtée de manière ajustée dans un espace de réception (4), par exemple un trou de boîtier (5). Selon l'invention, la douille à aiguilles (1) présente un ardillon (9) faisant saillie radialement en au moins un point périphérique de sa surface extérieure. Une fois la douille à aiguilles (1) emboîtée dans le boîtier (5), ledit ardillon entre par encliquetage dans un évidement de boîtier (10) ouvert sur l'espace de réception (4) suite à la déformation élastique de la douille.
