Abstract
Linvention concerne un procédé de transfert dappel, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : un siège accepte un appel dun utilisateur appelant (201) ; le siège transmet un message de transfert à un module de commande de services (202) ; le module de commande de services libère le siège et appelle un utilisateur de transfert compte tenu du message de transfert. Linvention concerne également un système pupitre dopérateur. Lutilisateur de transfert est appelé directement après lacceptation de lappel de lutilisateur appelant par le siège, ce qui permet déviter à lutilisateur appelant davoir à écouter une tonalité de garde, comme dans létat de la technique. Linvention permet de réaliser un transfert dappel sans délai, daméliorer la qualité du service en réseau et dutiliser les équipements plus efficacement. Après avoir transmis le message de transfert, le siège est directement libéré par le module de commande de services, et libre deffectuer dautres tâches, ce qui permet doptimiser lutilisation des équipements.
