Abstract

L’invention permet de réaliser un transfert d’appel sans délai, d’améliorer la qualité du service en réseau et d’utiliser les équipements plus efficacement. Après avoir transmis le message de transfert, le siège est directement libéré par le module de commande de services, et libre d’effectuer d’autres tâches, ce qui permet d’optimiser l’utilisation des équipements.
