- This improved vacuum dressing is configured, essentially from two layers (2 and 3):
- the outer layer (2) has the particularity of having a certain thickness that favors a more effective compression, and the possibility of incorporating a drainage device which, as seen in figure 2, is constituted by a few redones or tubes (9) to which a plurality of holes (9a) has been made at their two ends, of which ends, one is inserted in the outer layer (2) of macropore foam, and the opposite is intended for inserted into the surgical plane (8), so that said tubes (9) directly transmit the negative pressures from said plane to the outer layer (2) of macropore foam, promoting tissue adhesion.
