Abstract
La présente invention concerne une structure de robinet à pression constante de bouteille à gaz comprenant un corps de robinet à pression constante (10), un composant régulateur de pression (20), une valve de sécurité antidéflagrante (30), un manomètre (40) et un robinet d'admission de gaz (50). Le corps de robinet à pression constante (10) est pourvu d'au moins sept ouvertures dans différentes directions, une première ouverture (11) communique avec une deuxième et une troisième ouverture (12, 13) et est raccordée à la bouteille à gaz (70), la deuxième ouverture (12) destinée à distribuer du gaz est assemblée avec le composant régulateur de pression (20), la troisième ouverture (13) communique avec l'extérieur au niveau du composant régulateur de pression (20), une quatrième ouverture (14) est également raccordée à la bouteille à gaz (70) et communique avec une cinquième ouverture (15), la cinquième ouverture (15) est raccordée au robinet d'admission de gaz (50), une sixième ouverture (16) est raccordée au manomètre (40) et une septième ouverture (17) est raccordée à la valve de sécurité antidéflagrante (30). Le corps de robinet à pression constante (10) est formé d'un seul tenant en une pièce. Les cinquième, sixième et septième ouvertures (15, 16, 17) sont dans le même plan et forment un angle les uns avec les autres. Les cinquième, sixième et septième ouvertures (15, 16, 17) sont pourvues de premier, deuxième et troisième trous fendus non débouchants (151, 161, 171)évidés dans le corps de robinet à pression constante (10), le premier trou fendu (151) est pourvu séparément d'un trou débouchant (61, 62) dans un angle d'inclinaison vers les deuxième et troisième trous fendus (161, 171) de façon à faire communiquer les uns avec les autres les premier, deuxième et troisième trous fendus (151, 161, 171). Le corps de robinet à pression constante est moins encombrant et plus pratique et facile à assembler.
