切换模块 208 , 用于响应于切换命令将移动终端连接到计算机的数据通路从第一通路切换到 第二通路, 并触发计算机重新枚举设备, 其中, 第一通路为默认通路, 连接 到移动终端的自动安装程序, 第二通路连接到移动终端的主模块。 才艮据本实施例的用于移动终端的自启动装置 200在完成驱动安装后,通 过利用切换模块 208来从第一通路切换到第二通路, 使得移动终端能够在完 成驱动安装后, 自动切换到主模块, 从而实现移动终端的自启动。 由于本实 施例的自启动装置 200通过第一通路连接的驱动安装模块 202来将移动终端 上报为虚拟光盘并自动运行驱动安装程序, 然后在驱动安装完成后, 才将数 据通路切换到连接到移动终端主模块的第二通路, 所以本实施例的自启动装 置 200的自启动功能的实现与移动终端的主模块是否支持将其上报为虚拟光 盘无关, 因此解决了相关技术中移动终端的自启动功能需要依赖于主模块对 自启动功能的支持的技术问题, 从而降低了自启动功能对移动终端的主模块 的依赖。 在驱动程序安装的同时,也将切换命令发送模块 206安装到计算机中, 以 在驱动程序安装完成后, 向移动终端发送第一通路和第二通路的切换命令; 通 过第一通路和第二通路的切换, 使得在驱动程序安装完毕后, 计算机将移动终 端重新枚举为移动终端, 而非虚拟光盘, 从而实现正常的数据通讯。 另外, 当移动终端不是首次连接到计算机时, 即, 计算机中已经安装有该 移动终端或该型号的移动终端的驱动程序时, 由于第一通路为默认通路, 所以 切换命令发送模块 206直接向移动终端发送第一通路和第二通路的切换命令, 以使得计算机将移动终端重新枚举为移动终端, 而非虚拟光盘, 从而实现正常 的数据通讯。 优选地, 切换命令发送模块 206包括: 命令下发标志使能单元, 用于使 能命令下发标志; 命令发送单元, 用于 居命令下发标志, 向切换模块 208 发送切换命令。 驱动程序安装完毕后, 命令下发标志使能单元使能命令下发 标志, 切换命令发送模块 206安装完成后, 其主动检测命令下发标志, 如果 命令下发标志处于使能状态, 则表明驱动程序安装完成, 其向移动终端发送 切换命令, 如果命令下发标志不使能, 则表明驱动程序未安装完成, 其继续 检测。 从而实现移动终端的自启动的功能。 优选地, 驱动安装模块 202和切换模块 208位于移动终端中, 切换命令 发送模块 206和驱动模块 204在安装驱动程序的同时安装到计算机中。 以互 相十办助完成移动终端的自启动。 优选地, 如图 3所示, 切换模块 208是 USB单刀双掷开关。 单刀双掷 开关可以通过判断其选择管脚的电平来决定把数据通道切换到连接驱动安装 模块 202的第一通路还是连接到移动终端的主模块的第二通路。 以实现数据 通路的切换, 实现正常的数据通讯。 才艮据本发明第二实施例的用于移动终端的自启动装置 200 通过在移动 终端连接到计算机时,利用驱动安装模块 202将其安装为计算机的虚拟光盘, 并自动运行移动终端上的自动安装程序, 以将驱动程序安装到计算机, 然后 再通过将数据通路从驱动安装模块 202 切换到主模块实现移动终端的自启 动, 从而避免在移动终端连接到计算机需要用户人工安装驱动导致的不便, 达到方便用户的技术效果。 第三实施例 图 4是根据本发明第三实施例的移动终端的方框图。 如图 4所示,根据 本发明第三实施例的移动终端 400包括图 2或图 6所示的用于移动终端的自 启动装置 200和主模块 404。 优选地, 移动终端是 WiMax终端。 对于 WiMax终端来说, 由于其内部 的 WiMax 主芯片不支持将其上 4艮为虚拟光盘, 所以在该移动终端中设置才艮 据本发明实施例的自启动装置来协助完成终端的自启动功能。 本实施例的移动终端在完成驱动安装后,通过利用切换模块 208从第一 通路切换到第二通路, 使得移动终端能够在完成驱动安装后, 自动切换到主 模块 404 , 从而实现移动终端的自启动。 由于才艮据本发明实施例的移动终端 通过第一通路连接的驱动安装模块 202来将移动终端上 4艮为虚拟光盘并自动 运行驱动安装程序, 然后在驱动安装完成后, 才将数据通路切换到连接到移 动终端主模块 404的第二通路, 所以才艮据本发明实施例的移动终端的自启动 功能的实现与主模块 404是否支持将其上报为虚拟光盘无关, 因此解决了相 关技术中移动终端的自启动功能需要依赖于主模块 404对自启动功能的支持 的技术问题, 从而降低了自启动功能对移动终端的主模块 404的依赖。 才艮据本发明第三实施例的移动终端利用自启动装置进行自启动,从而避 免在移动终端连接到计算机需要用户人工安装驱动导致的不便, 达到方便用 户的技术效果。 第四实施例 图 5是才艮据本发明第四实施例的用于移动终端的自启动方法的流程图。 如图 5所示, 居本发明第四实施例的移动终端连接到计算机时的自启动方 法包括以下步 4聚: 步骤 S502, 当移动终端安装到计算机时, 判断移动终端是否是首次连接 到计算机, 如果是, 则执行步骤 S504, 如果不是, 则执行步骤 S508; 步骤 S504 , 驱动安装模块将移动终端上报为 CDROM ( Compact Disk Read Only Memory, 只读光盘存储器), 系统根据 autorun.inf, 自动进行安装 包的安装,并在安装驱动程序的过程中利用同时安装的命令下发标志使能单 元使能命令下发标志; 步骤 S506, 在计算机侧已经完成安装的命令发送模块检测使能标志, 如 果使能, 进入步骤 S508, 如果不使能, 继续检测使能标志。 步骤 S508, 命令发送模块发送切换命令; 步骤 S510, 移动终端侧的驱动安装模块接收到切换命令后, 对命令进行 解析, 然后才艮据解析结果向 USB-switch发出切换信号; 步骤 S512, USB-switch接收到切换信号后, 进行 USB数据通路的切换, 将数据通路从驱动安装模块切换到移动终端的主模块; 步骤 S514, 计算机卸载安装到其中的命令发送模块, 并重新枚举设备 信息, 以得到移动终端主模块的上 4艮, 以将其识别为移动终端。 才艮据本发明第四实施例的用于移动终端的自启动方法利用驱动安装模块 将其安装为计算机的虚拟光盘, 并自动运行移动终端上的自动安装程序, 以将 驱动程序安装到计算机, 然后再通过将数据通路从驱动安装模块切换到主模块 实现移动终端的自启动, 从而避免在移动终端连接到计算机需要用户人工安装 驱动导致的不便, 达到方便用户的技术效果。 如上所述, 本发明的技术方案能够在移动终端首次连接到计算机时,借助 于驱动安装模块将移动终端的驱动程序自动安装到计算机, 实现移动终端的自 启动, 从而达到方便用户使用的技术效果。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 一种用于移动终端的自启动方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当所述移动终端安装到计算机时,将所述移动终端安装为所述计算 机的虚拟光盘;
自动运行所述虚拟光盘中的自动安装程序,以在所述计算机中安装 所述移动终端的驱动程序;
利用所述驱动程序驱动所述移动终端。 根据权利要求 1所述的自启动方法, 其特征在于, 将所述移动终端安装 为所述计算机的虚拟光盘具体包括:
所述移动终端将自身作为虚拟光盘上报给所述计算机;
所述计算机将所述移动终端识别并安装为虚拟光盘。 才艮据权利要求 1所述的自启动方法, 其特征在于, 在安装所述驱动程序 之后, 并在利用所述驱动程序驱动所述移动终端之前还包括:
向所述移动终端发送切换命令;
所述移动终端响应于所述切换命令将连接到所述计算机的数据通 路从第一通路切换到第二通路, 并触发所述计算机重新枚举设备, 其中, 所述第一通路为默认通路, 连接到所述移动终端的驱动安装 模块, 所述第二通路连接到所述移动终端的主模块。 一种用于移动终端的自启动装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
驱动安装模块, 用于当所述移动终端安装到计算机时, 将所述移动 终端安装为所述计算机的虚拟光盘, 并自动运行所述虚拟光盘中的自动 安装程序, 以在所述计算机中安装所述移动终端的驱动程序;
驱动模块, 用于利用所述驱动程序驱动所述移动终端。 根据权利要求 4所述的自启动装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
切换命令发送模块,用于根据所述驱动安装模块的驱动安装结果向 切换模块发送切换命令; 所述切换模块,用于响应于所述切换命令将所述移动终端连接到所 述计算机的数据通路从第一通路切换到第二通路, 并触发所述计算机重 新枚举设备,
其中, 所述第一通路为默认通路, 连接到所述移动终端的自动安装 程序, 所述第二通路连接到所述移动终端的主模块。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的自启动装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动安装模块和 所述切换模块位于所述移动终端中, 所述切换命令发送模块和所述驱动 模块在安装所述驱动程序的同时安装到所述计算机中。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的自启动装置, 其特征在于, 所述切换模块是通用 串行总线单刀双掷开关。
8 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括自启动装置, 所述自启动装置包括: 驱动安装模块, 用于当所述移动终端安装到计算机时, 将所述移动 终端安装为所述计算机的虚拟光盘, 并自动运行所述虚拟光盘中的自动 安装程序, 以在所述计算机中安装所述移动终端的驱动程序;
驱动模块, 用于利用所述驱动程序驱动所述移动终端。
9. 居权利要求 8所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述自启动装置还包括: 切换命令发送模块,用于根据所述驱动安装模块的驱动安装结果向 切换模块发送切换命令;
所述切换模块,用于响应于所述切换命令将所述移动终端连接到所 述计算机的数据通路从第一通路切换到第二通路, 并触发所述计算机重 新枚举设备,
其中, 所述第一通路为默认通路, 连接到所述移动终端的自动安装 程序, 所述第二通路连接到所述移动终端的主模块。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述驱动安装模块和所 述切换模块位于所述移动终端中, 所述切换命令发送模块和所述驱动模 块在安装所述驱动程序的同时安装到所述计算机中。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述切换模块是通用串 行总线单刀双掷开关。
