具体的, 本发明中的无线通讯终端具有以下优势, 能够提高用户体 验,让无线通讯终端更加便携易用: 1、 不在用户电脑上遗留任何文件, 不需要进行修改或安装程序 (WinodwsXP SP3 例外), 真正做到免驱动 免 UI软件的绿色使用, 在避免了操作系统兼容性问题的同时也避免了在 用户操作系统中留下安装垃圾; 2、 由于不需要安装驱动程序和 UI软件, 可以极大程度加快无线通讯终端在 PC 上使用的准备工作时间, 避免了 安装驱动程序和安装 U I软件所带来的长时间等待, 有更好的用户体验; 3、对于 Linux操作系统等对于传统无线通讯终端产品的功能支持不是很 完善的操作系统, 本发明所提供的无线通讯终端可以提供和 Windows操 作系统下同样的操作感受, 使用方式和用户体验, 不会受到本地操作系 统的各种限制; 4、 拥有本发明的无线通讯终端, 避免了第三方驱动程序 和 UI软件的安装( WindowsXP SP3除外 ) , 4艮大程度上拓展了无线通讯 终端的使用场景和范围。 附图说明

RNDIS是微网络驱动接口规范 (Remote NDIS )设备的简称, 是为了 解决 NDIS设备需要厂商开发——对应的微接口 ( mini port )驱动程序的问 题, 而提出的一种 802.3网卡类设备, 是由微软公司定义的; 它使用 PC的 操作系统自带的 RNDIS驱动来匹配各种接口形式,例如, USB接口、蓝牙、 IEEE1394等的 RNDIS设备, 对于 USB设备,它使用标准 CDC协议的 ACM 设备模型进行设备的枚举和实现, 通过一系列的 OID指令进行设备控制, 该设备在 WindowsXP SP3操作系统需要安装一个 INF, 用来适配操作系统 的自带驱动, 在 Vista操作系统及其以上的操作系统可以直接识别操作系统 的自带驱动。
CDC ECM是基于 USB协议的 CDC通信协议中定义的设备,实现了标 准的 802.3网卡设备, 该设备在 MAC操作系统和 Linux操作系统上, 可以 直接识别并安装操作系统的自带驱动, 该设备是通过一系列 CDC标准通信 指令进行控制的。
本发明的基本思想是: 运行无线通讯终端提供的可执行程序, 所述可 执行程序根据 PC当前的操作系统的类型发送切换指令给无线通讯终端;无 线通讯终端根据所述切换指令将无线通讯终端枚举为网卡设备, PC通过枚 举为网卡设备的无线通讯终端连接到外网。
下面通过附图及具体实施例对本发明再做进一步的详细说明。
本发明提供一种无线通讯系统, 图 2是本发明无线通讯系统的结构示 意图, 如图 2所示, 该系统包括: 无线通讯终端 21、 PC22; 其中,
无线通讯终端 21 , 用于提供可执行程序; 根据 PC22发送的切换指令 将自身枚举为网卡设备;
PC22, 用于运行可执行程序, 所述可执行程序根据 PC 当前的操作系 统的类型发送切换指令给无线通讯终端 21 ; 通过枚举为网卡设备的无线通 讯终端 21连接到外网。
所述无线通讯设备 21还用于, 插入 PC22后将自身枚举为存储设备; 所述 PC22 还用于, 当运行的可执行程序确定自身当前的操作系统是 WindowsXP SP3操作系统时, 在自身安装网卡设备的 INF。
该无线通讯终端 21进一步包括: USB接口模块 211、切换控制模块 212、 路由模块 213、 网卡适配模块 214; 其中, USB接口模块 211 , 用于当无线通讯终端插入 PC后, 将无线通讯终端 枚举为存储设备; 接收到 PC22发送的切换指令后, 将该切换指令转发给无 线通讯终端的切换控制模块 212;根据切换控制模块 212发送的设备信息对 无线通讯终端进行重新枚举, 将无线通讯终端重新枚举为选出的网卡设备; 切换控制模块 212, 用于收到切换指令后,根据该切换指令中携带的操 作系统的类型, 选择对应的需要枚举的网卡设备, 并根据选出的网卡设备, 将对应的设备信息发送给 USB接口模块 211 ;
路由模块 213 , 用于通过 DHCP服务器为网卡设备分配局域网内的 IP 地址;
所述网卡适配模块 214, 用于通过 USB接口模块 211发送携带所述局 域网的 IP地址的上线请求给 PC22。
本发明中的无线通讯终端是指以 USB接口为对外接口的无线通讯设 备, 例如智能移动终端、 平板电脑、 USB数据卡等; 下面以无线通讯终端 是 USB数据卡为例, 对无线通讯终端的使用方法进行说明。
基于上述无线通讯系统, 本发明还提供一种无线通讯方法, 图 3是本 发明实现无线通讯方法的流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 301 , 将插入 PC的 USB数据卡枚举为存储设备, 该存储设备提 供可执行程序;
具体的, 将 USB数据卡插入 PC , PC的 USB总线可以识别该 USB数 据卡, 并开启枚举流程; 这时, USB数据卡的 USB接口模块将 USB数据 卡枚举为一个存储设备, 例如, CDROM 类的大容量存储设备; 该存储设 备中挂载了作为光盘的光盘镜像文件( iso文件 ), 在 PC中通过加载该光盘 镜像文件来模拟光盘的读取操作, 从而可以提供一个可执行程序, 该可执 行程序在 USB数据卡的表现形式为 USB数据卡的控制和安装模块;由于该 iso是 Windows操作系统和 MAC操作系统和 Linux操作系统三合一的 iso , 因此在这三种操作系统下都可以运行, 并且可以提供不同格式的可执行程 序。
步骤 302, 运行可执行程序, 可执行程序判断 PC当前的操作系统是否 是 WindowsXP SP3操作系统, 如果是, 执行步骤 303 , 如果否, 执行步骤 304;
具体的, 在 PC中运行该存储设备中的可执行程序, 该可执行程序运行 后判断当前 PC的操作系统是否是 WindowsXP SP3操作系统, 如果是, 执 行步骤 303 , 如果否, 执行步骤 304; 这里, 在 Windows操作系统中, 可以 直接通过 autorun.inf 自动运行 iso中的可执行程序。
步骤 303 , 可执行程序在 PC中安装网卡设备的 INF;
具体的, 可执行程序在 PC 中安装 RNDIS设备需要的策略信息文件 ( INF , Device Information File ) ; 这里针对 PC 当前的操作系统是 WindowsXP SP3操作系统需要安装 INF , 是由于 WindowsXP SP3操作系统 是版本较落后的操作系统, 不能够较好的支持 RNDIS设备, 因此为了能够 是该操作系统能够较好的支持 RNDIS设备, 这里需要安装 RNDIS设备需 要的 INF。
步骤 304, 可执行程序根据 PC当前的操作系统的类型发送切换指令给 枚举为存储设备的 USB数据卡;
具体的, 可执行程序根据 PC当前的操作系统的类型, 生成切换指令, 并将该切换指令发送给 USB数据卡,其中,切换指令可以是自定义的 SCSI 指令, 也可以是自定义的 USB请求, 该切换指令中携带 PC当前的操作系 统的类型; USB数据卡的 USB接口模块首先接收到 PC发送的切换指令, 然后将该切换指令转发给 USB数据卡的切换控制模块。
步骤 305 ,枚举为存储设备的 USB数据卡根据切换指令将 USB数据卡 重新枚举为网卡设备; 具体的, USB数据卡的切换控制模块收到切换指令后, 根据该切换指 令中携带的操作系统的类型, 选择对应的需要枚举的网卡设备; 例如, 如 果是 Windows操作系统, 则对应的需要枚举的网卡设备是 RNDIS设备,如 果是 MAC操作系统或 Linux操作系统, 则对应的需要枚举的网卡设备是 CDC ECM设备;
切换控制模块根据选出的网卡设备, 将对应的设备信息发送给 USB接 口模块, USB接口模块根据该设备信息对 USB数据卡进行重新枚举, 将 USB数据卡重新枚举为选出的网卡设备, 实现将枚举为存储设备的 USB数 据卡切换到枚举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡。
步骤 306, 枚举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡发送上线请求给 PC, 为该枚 举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡分配局域网内的 IP地址;
具体的,当 USB接口模块将枚举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡枚举为网卡 设备后, USB数据卡的路由模块通过 DHCP服务器为网卡设备分配一个局 域网内的 IP地址; USB数据卡的网卡适配模块进行网卡设备的控制指令的 交互处理,并通过 USB接口模块发送一个携带分配的局域网的 IP地址的上 线请求给 PC , PC收到该上线通知后, PC的操作系统接收网卡设备的上线 请求; 这样, 对于 PC而言, USB数据卡就被枚举为一个已经上线且已经 分配到局域网的 IP地址的以太网卡设备, 且该以太网卡设备与路由模块拥 有同网段的 IP地址。
步骤 307,枚举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡根据分配到的局域网的 IP地 址访问网关的 IP地址, 并进行外网拨号, 连接到外网;
具体的,枚举为网卡设备的 USB数据卡可以根据分配到的局域网的 IP 地址, 以 HTTP方式访问网关的 IP地址, 这时, USB数据卡的路由模块将 局域网的访问请求发送给 PC的网页服务器模块, 收到访问请求后, 该网页 服务器模块则以 HTTP的方式提供包含 USB数据卡各种业务功能和控制功 能的 UI界面, 在该 UI界面可以进行外网拨号的操作; 当收到用户通过 UI 界面提交的外网拨号请求时, 网页服务器模块的后台程序通过调用相应的 拨号接口函数, 触发 USB数据卡的外网接入模块发起并完成与无线网络的 交互, 进而连接到外网, 这样就可以正常使用 USB数据卡。

PC, 用于运行所述可执行程序, 所述可执行程序根据 PC 当前的操作 系统的类型发送切换指令给无线通讯终端; 通过枚举为网卡设备的无线通 讯终端连接到外网。
