[39] 如图 1至图 3所示, 本实施方式振动按摩器包括壳体 1、 振动组件 2及第一弹性连 接件 3, 振动组件 2通过第一弹性连接件 3弹性挂接在壳体 1上, 振动组件 2包括按 摩基板 4、 按摩触头 5及振动换能器 6, 按摩触头 5设在按摩基板 4上, 振动换能器
6与按摩基板 4固定。

[41] 按摩基板 4设有第一连接槽 41, 壳体 1对应设有第二连接槽 11, 第一弹性连接件 3包括连接销 31及具有弹性的连接嘴 32, 连接嘴 32具有外径较大的基部 33及外径 较小的延伸部 34, 基部 33和延伸部 34连成一体, 基部 33不能横穿第一连接槽 41 和第二连接槽 11, 延伸部 34可以横穿第一连接槽 41和第二连接槽 11, 延伸部 34 的头部具有纵向贯穿的销孔 35。 连接嘴 32可以由软性的材料制成而具有一定的 弹性, 如由硅胶等胶体制成, 使振动换能器振动吋, 连接嘴 32在振动换能器的 振动方向具有一定的变形量。 第一连接槽 41和第二连接槽 11均可以有一个或多 个。
[42] 按摩触头 5固定在按摩基板 4上, 振动换能器 6固定在按摩基板 4上; 连接嘴 32的 延伸部 34横穿第一连接槽 41和第二连接槽 11, 连接嘴 32的基部 33档在第一连接 槽 41的外侧, 连接销 31穿入销孔 35而档在第二连接槽 11的内侧, 从而将按摩基 板 5和壳体 1弹性连接一体, 不仅可以防止按摩基板在振动吋自壳体上脱落, 而 且使按摩基板 5具有一定的运动自由度。
[43] 振动换能器 6和壳体 1之间设有软体隔离层 7, 软体隔离层 7由可以吸收振动和外 力冲击的材料制成, 该材料如胶体、 布料等。
[44] 通电后, 振动换能器 6将输入的电能转换为振动机械能, 带动按摩基板 4在振动 方向振动, 设在按摩基板 4上的按摩触头 5实现对使用者的振动按摩。
[45] 在一种实施方式中, 软体隔离层 7可以为包覆按摩基板 4、 按摩触头 5和第一弹 性连接件 3的布罩。
[46] 该振动按摩器可以应用在头部上, 其包括壳体 1、 振动组件 2及第一弹性连接件 3, 壳体 1包括用于罩在使用者头围上的第一壳体 12及用于罩在使用者头顶上的 第二壳体 13, 第一壳体 12具有对应使用者后脑的后壳体 14, 振动组件 2通过第一 弹性连接件 3弹性挂在后壳体 14上。 该振动按摩器还可以包括软体隔离层, 该软 体隔离层设于后壳体和振动换能器之间。
[47] 振动组件通过弹性连接件挂接在壳体上, 相当于使振动组件悬挂在壳体上, 从 而能够避免振动组件和壳体共振而产生噪音, 使按摩更加舒适。 通过在振动换 能器和壳体之间设置软体隔离层, 也可以进一步避免共振。 弹性连接件可以釆
用弹性连接嘴和连接销, 也可以釆用例如弹簧结构、 弹性橡胶、 弹性套筒结构 等能够使振动组件弹性挂在壳体上并能够在振动换能器的振动方向上弹性变形 的结构。
[48] 振动按摩器可以应用在使用者头部实现对头部、 眼部及头部穴位的按摩, 也可 以对使用者的肩部、 臂部、 腿部、 背部等身体部位进行振动按摩。 振动按摩器 可以为盔式结构, 也可以是按摩椅式结构、 按摩棒式结构、 按摩垫式结构、 按 摩床垫式结构或其它结构。
[49] 如图 4所示, 其为振动换能器的第一种具体实施方式。 该振动换能器具有外壳 , 该振动换能器包括外壳 68、 磁性及轭构元件 62和线圏 63。 外壳 68包括相互连 接 (可以釆用扣合连接、 螺纹连接、 螺钉连接等)的上盖 61和下盖 63, 磁性及轭构 元件 62通过弹簧 66(或弹性橡胶等弹性元件)连接在上盖 61内侧, 磁性及轭构元件 62与上盖 61的连接点可以根据需要釆用一个或多个连接点。 线圏 64缠绕在设置 在下盖 63内侧的筒体 65上 (在其他实施方式中, 线圏 64可以通过成型粘结固定后 直接连接在下盖 63内侧上) 。 线圏 64通过导线 67连接音频驱动信号, 保证线圏 6 4的电流方向与磁性及轭构元件 62的磁力线横向相交。 这样, 当频率和强度变化 的音频驱动信号通过线圏 64吋, 在磁性及轭构元件 62的磁场作用下, 线圏 64对 磁性及轭构元件 62产生变化的电磁作用力, 磁性及轭构元件 62在该变化的电磁 作用力和弹簧 66的作用力相互作用下按照音频频率振动, 在磁性及轭构元件 62 的惯性作用下, 带动整个振动换能器 6振动, 对按摩部位实现按摩。
[50] 该振动换能器在安装吋, 可以将外壳 68与按摩基板固定, 如将上盖 61与按摩基 板固定, 或者是将下盖 63与按摩基板固定。
[51] 在其他实施方式中, 可以将线圏 64连接在上盖 61内侧, 将磁性及轭构元件 62连 接在下盖 63内侧, 也可以同吋将线圏 64和磁性及轭构元件 62都连接在上盖 61内 侧或都连接在下盖 63内侧。
[52] 如图 5所示, 其为振动换能器的第二种具体实施方式。 该振动换能器 6仅设置凹 形腔外壳 68, 凹形腔外壳 68的外侧底面为按摩表面, 将线圏 64连接在凹形腔内 侧, 将磁性及轭构元件 62弹性连接在凹形腔的侧壁上, 可以实现本发明目的。 该振动换能器在安装吋, 将外壳 68与按摩基板连接。
[53] 由于振动换能器与按摩部分釆用面接触结构, 按摩部位受力均匀, 消除了现有 头部按摩器因产生局部过渡刺激所引起的不适感。
[54] 如图 6至图 14所示, 其为振动换能器的第三种具体实施方式。 如图 6所示, 本实 施方式振动换能器 6包括支架 8、 线圏 64、 第二弹性连接件 9及具有磁性的振动块 4。 第二弹性连接件 9具有固定部 91和自由部 92, 该固定部 31与支架 8连接, 该自 由部 92与振动块 4连接, 该线圏 64固定在支架 8的下方,该支架用于与按摩基板固 定。 当电信号通过线圏 64吋, 线圏 64产生磁能, 线圏 64的磁能和振动块 4的磁能 相互作用, 使振动块 4振动, 实现电能到振动机械能的转换。
[55] 支架 8可以为板状体、 柱状体或其它能够起到支撑作用的结构体。 支架可以设 有导线槽, 该导线槽供线圏 64的正、 负极导线 67通过。 第二弹性连接件 9起到将 振动块 4弹性挂接在支架 8上的作用, 该第二弹性连接件 9如弹簧、 弹性套筒、 弹 片或其它可伸缩、 或可变形或具有弹性而使自由部 92能够相对固定部 91发生位 置改变的弹性结构。 振动块 4可以具有磁隙 41, 线圏 64定位在该磁隙 41中。
[56] 振动块 4可以全部由磁性材料制成, 也可以仅部分由磁性材料制成。
[57] 振动块 4弹性挂接在支架下方, 且振动块 4的周围及下方完全开放, 因此振动块 4可以自由上下振动, 从而可以达到更好的低频振动效果。
[58] 振动换能器仅由支架、 弹性连接件、 线圏及振动块组成, 省去了由上、 下盖组 成的外壳, 使振动块的周围和下方完全开放, 使振动块能够自由的上下振动, 从而便于用户根据自身需求调节振动块的质量和弹性连接件的弹性系数, 提高 了低频振动的效果。
[59] 如图 7及图 8所示, 其为振动换能器的第四种具体实施方式, 该实施方式与第三 实施方式的主要区别在于: 支架 8为环形。 支架 8环绕振动块 4, 振动块 4通过第 二弹性连接件 9悬挂在支架 8上, 线圏与支架固定。
[60] 如图 9及图 10所示, 其为振动换能器的第五种具体实施方式。 振动换能器包括 支架 8、 线圏 64、 第二弹性连接件 9及具有磁性的振动块 4。 该支架用于与按摩基 板固定, 支架 8具有上下贯穿的导线槽 11。 第二弹性连接件 9具有固定部 91和自 由部 92, 该自由部 92为圆环形, 该固定部 91有多个并均自该自由部 92悬臂状延 伸出。 振动块 4包括磁轭体 42及配重块 43, 该磁轭体 42包括磁铁 421及环绕该磁
铁 421的轭铁 422, 该磁铁 421和轭铁 422之间形成环形磁隙 41, 配重块 43的比重 大于磁轭体 42的密度。 当然, 磁铁 421也可以环绕轭铁 422; 配重块 43的密度也 可以小于或等于磁轭体 42的密度。
[61] 支架 8上具有间隔分布的多个第一安装孔 12, 第二弹性连接件的固定部 91具有 多个第二安装孔 93, 第二弹性连接件的自由部 92具有多个第三安装孔 94, 磁轭 体 42和配重块 43上分别设有与第三安装孔 94对应的第四安装孔 44和第五安装孔 4 5。
[62] 安装吋, 将线圏 64用耐高温的胶水固定在支架 8的中心位置, 使线圏 64和支架 8 同轴线 HI, 线圏的正、 负极导线 67可以从支架 8的导线槽 11中引出, 当然, 该导 线 67也可以用耐高温的胶水直接固定在支架 8上; 通过用螺丝或铆钉穿过对正的 第一、 二安装孔 12、 93, 将第二弹性连接件 9的固定部 91固定在支架 8上, 且使 第二弹性连接件 9和支架 8同轴线; 通过用螺丝或铆钉穿过对正的第三、 四安装 孔 94、 44, 将磁轭体 42固定在第二弹性连接件 9的自由部 92上, 使磁轭体 42和第 二弹性连接件 9同轴线 HI, 弹性连接件的自由部 92套在轭铁中部的凸起 46上; 通 过螺丝或铆钉穿过对正的第四、 五安装孔 44、 45 , 将配重块 43固定在磁轭体 42 上, 且使配重块 43的重心在该轴线 HI上, 此吋, 线圏 64自然落入磁轭体 4的磁隙 41中, 当然, 配重块 43也可以直接通过胶水粘合固定在磁轭体 42上。 前述的磁 性及轭构元件相当于本实施方式的振动块。
[63] 通过设置配重块可以灵活调整整个振动块的质量, 达到更好的低频振动效果; 当配重的密度大于磁轭体的密度吋, 在厚度一定的情况下, 相对于仅具有磁轭 体的现有换能器具有更大的质量, 从而可以有效降低共振频率, 使低频振动效 果更好。
[64] 如图 11及图 12所示, 其为振动换能器的第六具体实施方式, 该实施方式与第五 实施方式的主要区别在于: 配重块 43为具有中央贯穿孔的环形结构, 该配重块 4 3紧套磁轭体 42。
[65] 第二弹性连接件 9的结构可以根据要求设计, 如自由部的形状、 固定部的形状 数量可以不同, 如图 13及图 14所示。
[66] 对于振动换能器, 由于其仅包括支架、 线圏、 第二弹性连接件及具有磁性的振
动块, 使振动块的周围完全开放, 使其振动不受限制, 使用户能够根据自身需 要调整振动块的质量、 弹性连接件的弹性系数等。
[67] 如图 15及图 16所示, 其为振动按摩器的另一种具体实施方式, 该实施方式与前 述振动按摩器的主要区别在于: 振动换能器没有外壳, 如第三至第六具体实施 方式所示。 该振动换能器 6的支架 8固定在按摩基板 4上, 按摩基板 4通过连接销 3 1和具有弹性的连接嘴 32挂接在壳体 1上, 且振动换能器 6和壳体 1之间可以设置 软体隔离层 7。
[68] 如图 17所示, 振动按摩器可以设置带有控制电路的控制手柄 4, 控制手柄 4中的 控制电路包括相互连接的音乐信号或声音信号输入部分、 分频电路和功率放大 电路, 分频电路将音乐信号或声音信号输入部分输入的信号中 20~150赫兹的信 号选出输入功率放大电路, 功率放大电路通过导线 3连接振动换能器 5的输入端( 即振动换能器的线圏), 音乐信号或声音信号经功率放大电路放大后推动振动换 能器 5振动, 实现按摩。 振动换能器通过导线连接音频驱动信号, 通过音频信号 进行驱动。 该音频信号包括但不限于音乐信号、 各种声音信号如蛙鸣声、 海潮 声、 溪流声等。
[69] 音乐信号或声音信号输入部分可以釆用包括但不限于音乐信号或声音信号输入 接口、 MP3播放器、 MP4播放器、 音乐碟片播放器之一。 音乐信号或声音信号输 入部分可以内置在控制手柄内, 也可以作为外部音源外接使用, 比如通过数据 线连接 MP3播放机、 CD播放机、 DVD播放机等。
[70] 音乐信号或声音信号输入部分釆用播放器吋, 播放器的驱动电源可以使用电池 或外接电源。 外接电源吋, 增加变压装置满足头部按摩器对电压的要求。
[71] 为了实现按摩吋间控制, 在控制电路中设置串联在音乐信号或声音信号输入部 分和功率放大电路中的吋间继电器, 吋间继电器起到开关的作用, 通过设定吋 间继电器的吋间控制头部按摩器的按摩吋间。
[72] 为了实现欣赏音乐或声音与按摩同步进行, 在壳体 1上设置耳机 10, 耳机 10的 位置对应于头部耳朵位置, 耳机 10连接音乐信号或声音信号输入部分的输出端
[73] 利用音乐信号作为振动换能器的驱动信号, 通过音乐信号的强度和频率的规律
变化, 改变按摩强度和节奏, 复合人体舒适感受规律, 使用舒适感高, 可以较 长吋间使用而不产生疲劳感, 利于延长按摩吋间; 可以在头罩上设置耳机接听 音乐信号或声音信号, 实现欣赏音乐或声音和按摩放松同步进行, 让使用者在 心情愉悦的状态下接受按摩, 利于提高按摩效果。

一种振动按摩器, 其特征在于: 包括壳体、 振动组件及第一弹性 连接件, 所述振动组件通过所述第一弹性连接件弹性挂接在所述 壳体上, 所述振动组件包括按摩基板、 按摩触头及振动换能器, 所述按摩触头设于所述按摩基板上, 所述振动换能器与所述按摩 基板固定。
如权利要求 1所述的振动按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述按摩基板通过 所述第一弹性连接件挂接在所述壳体上。
如权利要求 2所述的振动按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述第一弹性连接 件包括具有连接销及具有弹性的连接嘴, 所述连接嘴具有外径较 大的基部及外径较小的延伸部, 所述按摩基板具有第一连接槽, 所述壳体具有第二连接槽, 所述延伸部穿过所述第一连接槽和第 二连接槽, 所述基部档在所述第一连接槽的外侧, 所述延伸部设 有销孔, 所述连接销穿入所述销孔并档在所述第二连接槽的内侧 如权利要求 3所述的振动按摩器, 其特征在于: 所述连接嘴为硅胶 体。
